I hate going to this store so much and only go when there are no other options. I hate the self-check system here. The customer service desk often closes early. The grocery side of the store is often messy and understocked. Shopping for clothes is very frustrating because they are almost always out of the sizes I am looking for, tags are often missing and clothes are just everywhere.

I shop here often as my go to for weekly grocery shopping. My pet peeve is incorrect pricing, especially on mark downs. This happens quite often. I take pictures now of the posted price to show the employee working the "pit". So not only do we have to check out ourselves, we have to be their price checkers. Sam would be so disappointed with how his company is now. Update 9/22: I am further disappointed in the employees. I understand the employees that have to shop for customers picking up their orders, but they should be courteous to the customers there shopping. Today, I had one run into me like I wasn't even there. He seen me clearly but kept moving his cart towards me. Never excused himself or apologized. Then He turned into next aisle and almost hit another shopper. This isn't the first time this has happened. This needs to be corrected immediately.

It's a nice clean store, but what happened to customer service? They want you to spend your money there, load up your cart, ring up AND sack your own groceries, etc. No care about the actual customers. Sad!!! It's irritating. We don't work there and shouldn't have to do everything. I swear if they could figure out a way for the customers to unload the trucks and stock shelves, they would!

The car care center wait times are ridiculously long. 4 hours for a tire change after being told it would take 1 hour. If you ever get that service here make sure to pack a lunch, bring a nice book to read, and tell your family where you are so they don’t call missing persons 😂. I wanna go home!!!!!!!

Have had several bad experiences at this location. Recently went to this location to make a purchase in electronics. I paid with a check and the register would not read my check..was told I needed another form of payment. Never offered to use another register. And when I got upset was refused service. This location has the WORST customer service. Went to another location and told them of my experience and they were able to use my check.

It's fun to find an employee for help. Kind of like an advanced game of hide n seek. Where you always lose.

I have not been to this establishment to have my nails done yet. I hurt my finger so I must wait till it heals. I have diabetes and the nail lacquer they have is mood changing which helps me regulate if I am cold or hot. There are not too many places I found that have these. I will keep you updated.

Frustrating and disgusting. Disgusting because apparently they tolerate their employees walking around and helping customers with no shoes on. See photos. Frustrating because I came in with an online return, followed the instructions in the email, so I went to customer service, and immediately the girl took one look at my items and told me I had to go back to electronics. When I went back to electronics, they told me they couldn't help me because it was an online order and I needed to go back to customer service. So because the girl customer service could not be bothered to even see that I was returning an online order, for which I had the sheet already printed, I ended up waiting line three times. Simply to do a return.

I brought a vehicle in to fix a flat and was 4th in line when the vehicle service counter opened at 7:00 am. At 9:30 am the service on my vehicle still had not been started and all the bays were empty. At 10:01 am my vehicle was finally taken back. Walmart may want to hire a few more mechanics.

I understand why they closed the North doors when they had to monitor people entering in the building for masks and count during Covid. I do Not understand why the North entrance is still closed to this day. 😐 Winter is coming , there is only so much parking, my mother is 87 and I'm a bit younger, but nobody needs to break a bone getting to Walmart because they won't open doors that should be open during business hours.

Trevor from tech helped me and a friend move some seriously heavy stuff to our car, we are so grateful. He was super nice and had a great attitude! Definitely made everything easier. If there's a person who defines great customer service it's him.

My husband and I went to get our weekly grocery's. They had everything we needed. My husband however needed a part for his boat battery. Online it said that they had it in stock but when he got there there were none available. I believe it was like a battery cable or something. That was our only issue.

Love Walmart and I'm just noticing more and more have the shelves are empty and not so many choices on what you want and we used to getting. But when you can find somebody to help you other than at the checkout, they're really great. But I think they're short-handed too! p

It's Walmart. Always busy and people seem to discard all social graces when they enter the lmao e parking lot and store. As far as the store, it's decently clean as far as Walmarts go. It's a full size store not a small neighborhood format. Steer clear of the produce and Walmart brands/no name brands and you'll be fine.

I recently visited this location Saturday July 30th. 2022 with the automotive department and was very disappointed. When I first arrived at my scheduled appointment I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no help and was passed by twice with the same employee.Another woman came in and that same employee helped her immediately. When I finally did get help and checked into my scheduled appointment I asked what the total price with the warranty would be and was given a total of 516.00. I was later on given an amount of $554.00 when it came time to pay. I was informed by the employee that that was the total after tax which was fine but I was not informed prior when I asked for the total amount. The employee also told me that they would call me when my vehicle was ready so I figured I would walk around the store and wait for them to call me over the intercom. It was taking a while I did my shopping and went outside by the garage where my vehicle was being worked on, I also had my three children with me and all we heard was profanity and the employees screaming and cursing. We had to move away from the garage because of the employees and their mouths. When I seen them finally pull my vehicle out I walked inside to ask if it was ready and one of their female employees told me that they were signing paperwork and that they would have called me if it was ready. I told them I waited in the store for quite a while to see if they would call me and she said they would not call over the intercom they would call my personal phone. I told her that I was not asked for my personal phone number. Since my husband made the appointment the day prior I figured they might have taken his number down and the female employee told me that they don't hold numbers overnight. Then my husband called me and said that they had called him to tell him my vehicle was ready so I was very confused. This female employee was also extremely rude to me and cut me off numerous times when I was trying to explain. I would not suggest they're automotive department to anybody. I really hope somebody does something about this because this kind of business was extremely unprofessional. My children should not have been subjected to such profanity, I should have been helped right away instead of overlooked and having the next person walk in to be helped first knowing that I have been standing at the register for 10 minutes with my three children. I will never go back to this location for any future work on my vehicle. I hope these employees are held accountable for their unprofessionalism and for their complete disregard for their customers.

It's fine place to shop. Unfortunately it's hard to get a wheelchair parking. Not enough spaces deemed handicapped. And there's more handicapped carts foe shopping then there is parking spots for the handicapped. Go figure!

For the most point I go in and go through the check outs and leave with hardly any interactions with any workers and that’s fine for me. The pickup is what I really need but waiting sometimes is longer then just going in. I tried the neighborhood market place and it was the same. Also they pick the bottom of the barrel fruit and vegetables.

This store is clean and always well-stocked. Most likely you will have to use self-checkout which may or may not bother you. I was able to get what I needed quickly and be on my way.

having to scan my own items while staff stands around of which half are on their phones is not welcoming in my opinion. Products are always available as staff is always working stocking. Not sure how much money Walmart is saving when a certain % of theft is occurring I am sure. We like this Papillion location. It seems newer and better kept. Thank you

Found everything ok. One: The Ruffles Queso "Family or Party Size" was on the very top shelf, so I had to track down an employee and wait for them to bring something to get it down. Two: the gallon of regular white milk I grabbed was in the middle of the Walmart ones which are $1.72 or so, but it rung up at checkout as almost $6 as it was a brand 3x more expensive. Instead of them grabbing me the appropriate gallon for me as most would, they made me go & get it.

A wide range of goods, that is well organized. The best part of this store is its working hours. Some days when we drive back home late at night and we are reminded to buy something, we don't have to worry about rushing within 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. This store is open till 11:00 p. m. which is so helpful & gives us a sense of relief. Thanks for this! Needless to say, their staff are out there, ready to help all the time.

I go when it's early to avoid the crowds. Only things I get there are vitamin supplements and personal hygiene products. I go with a list so that I'm in and out. Prices are great, but like everything else, inflation is affecting them.

Walmart is always stocked with all of the items I want to purchase. I noticed prices had dropped on some of the items I purchase. I perfer shopping at Baker's and pay their prices because they have food products I could purchase when I lived in Houston, Texas. Bakers reminds me of shopping at the stores in River oaks.

The new automated system for refilling prescriptions is lousy. It interrupts you and can not seem to accept a prescription without refills like the old system. If this was supposed to be an improvement; it fails miserably. I am posting about the Pappilion Supercenter.

Didn't exactly love it , I was there late afternoon and it was Busier than hell.😳😩😢 But they had a guy at each of the 2 sections, directing people to the self check outs. As they came open . it's gotten crazy since it's either cash or card, can't do both on the same machine..😵‍💫 I got to do two lines that day the money center also. But it is a nice store and big and has almost everything.

Terrible experience. One cashier, groups of us trying to buy a couple of items at do-it-yourself checkout. Human robots with carts blocking aisles while I am looking for things (can’t the robots just work in the warehouse and stay away from the humans?) WMT is up. Customer satisfaction is down.

I don’t think I have ever written a review in my 20 years of life but I feel like this is much needed. I recently moved to Papillion and this is the closest Walmart to home and the hospital I work at. I work very long hours so I hate going grocery shopping so I use the curbside pick up (i’m not lazy I just work very long hours and go to the gym after work so I have no time to walk around a grocery store). Anyways, the first time I used the curbside pick up at this location I set my time to pick up groceries from 5-6 pm and at 5:20 pm I got a message saying my order would be two hours late (remind you, I placed this order at 7 am during work). I had things to do after 6 so that’s why I chose that specific time so for my order to be TWO HOURS late is ridiculous! Every single time I have used curbside pickup at this location I either get that message or my order is ready at the time I set BUT I sit here parked for 30+ minutes waiting for my order. Yes, I could always go inside and grocery shop myself or go to another location (like the location in bellevue who was ALWAYS on time and had my groceries out 2 minutes after I parked but I just live on the opposite side of the county now so that’s out of my way) but when they have a system for people like me who don’t have time for it, I think they should be consistent or actually do their job right. If I have the option to choose a time I expect to get my groceries at that time. And yes I am currently sitting in the parking lot since 4:55 pm and it is now 5:25 pm… ridiculous.

The biggest issue I have with Walmart is customer service. Self-checkouts stink. I don't get paid to work there and the prices continue to rise even though they are paying fewer cashiers. I have left a cart full of groceries sit if I have to wait more then 10 minutes to check out with a real person. Sam Walton is probably turning over in his grave. 😑

I have to say i am suprisengly impressed with the auto detailing selection. They have a large selection of products and brands. I saw they have everything to restore and polish chrome and aluminum wheels . They also carry can primer and paint for wheels, calipers, under carriage bed liner, and more.

Not too crowded. Clean. Well stocked shelves. Found everything we wanted. Too bad not 1 single employee wanted to respond to multiple requests for assistance from more than 6 employees by at least 8 adult customers who needed to purchase items from their locked liquor section. I left with everything but the liquor on my shopping list. We called the store, no one answered at all. We pushed the button asking for assistance in the aisle. We walked around and found employees working in the nearby areas and asked for assistance. After waiting for a very long time, more than 30 minutes, we gave up. At the register, we were told a manager was supposed to have the keys; that the manager who usually had them wasn't working that day; they didnt know when they would be back; and they were unaware of anyone filling in during their absence. I wonder how much they lost in liquor sales over the time this manager was absent? We bought our liquor elsewhere.
