    We stopped by to eat after playing outdoor. The food was delicious - the French bread was crusty and soft; the salad was crisp and crunchy, the soup was piping hot and flavorful. Update: as we were getting ready to leave, we were offered free cookies - what a nice gesture!

    If only I would’ve read the reviews I would’ve saved myself a lot of time and frustration. “Rapid Pickup” is a complete joke. I left after 40 minutes of waiting and I was still charged but never received my food. It was one meal! They weren’t even busy. The manager didn’t even apologize just said 15 minutes after my quoted time (40 min after ordering) that it wasn’t ready yet. Don’t bother calling them either, no one answers their phone. I will never give them my business again.

    Tonight I enjoyed some chicken noodle soup with a green tea. Everything was fresh and hearty. The staff was kind and worked fast. The facility is new and clean. They now have a drive through which is perfect for the quick grab and go.

    Ordered for employee lunch. Didn't get a few items in the order. You have to mark that YOU WANT utensils for soups and salad or you will not get them (nonsense), doesn't make any sense you should have to mark if you do not need them. Threw in bread instead of chips. So 3 employees don't have what they ordered, one doesn't get lunch and 4 can't eat because no utensils. They offered me "reward points"... Didn't want a refund just wanted what we ordered, I got reward points. Very upsetting.

    Giving this place 1 star is being kind. Food is great, service however is horrible. The blonde lady that is maybe a manager, is the absolute worst. She barks orders like you’re a dog to not only the customers but her staff as well. We drive all the way to the 72nd dodge location now because she is absolutely disgusting in the way she speaks to others. Not to mention her mask was not even on her nose. I will be telling everyone I know not to attend this location. Please and thank you goes a long way in the service industry.

    Staff was very friendly! I always used to go to the one in Aksarben & love that this one is super close to my house now. Their lattes are amazing & you have to try the everything bagel!! Will be returning.

    This used to be Fox Hollow Coffee and Winebar. It's since been taken over and rebranded as ROAST - Blondo, following on from a few other ROASTs around the area. The coffee is excellent although for my taste it isn't quite as hot as I would expect; the owner explained that they do this on purpose so the milk has better flavor and is smoother (in the lattes, mochas etc) and she's right. The store is pleasant inside, a little sparse at this time as they're getting things organized. There's plenty of tables and power outlets, also a nice fireplace in the middle which will be fun to sit by on the colder days. The staff are always very polite and helpful. There's also a drive-up if you're not able to stop inside. If you need your fix of coffee and want something different (or indeed, better) than the usual chain places, then you could do plenty worse than ROAST.

    Purchased the bacon turkey bravo asked for no special sauce. Not only was the sauce still added. But nothing on this looks fresh it looks old and stale. As if it was pre made and just sitting it’s disgusting at best. And the worst part is the mistakes with orders seems to be a normal occurrence at this location. I’ve come several times in the last couple months. And each time I’ve had to park and go back in from the drive-thru. Ask that the order be made correctly as the receipt shows. Some serious retraining needs to be done.

    Gave this Panera a try again since it has moved locations. It has been about 5 years since the last visit. Nope. Still can't get an order correct. Ordered a Pick 2 with a Mac & Cheese & a Bacon Turkey Bravo. Mac & Cheese was completely forgotten. We had to go back in to request it. And they gave us a Turkey Avacado sandwich instead of the Bravo. Other locations we've tried don't seem to have this issue.

    Panera has recently changed locations so they can have a drive thru. Their menu and daily bread options have dwindled. The new place lacks the cozy intimate setting I'm used to. It's crowded and I am not a fan of listening to the kids iPad next to me as I'm trying to meet a client. This new store doesn't welcome you to stay and chat. I absolutely hate it. I give it 2 stars because the food is still good.

    waited in the drive through for about 45 minutes and didn’t get what i wanted. i ordered a full grilled cheese sandwich and only got half and a large strawberry smoothie which was all out but no problem. i switched over to the mango one and they give me a small. i definitely won’t be coming back to this location

    It went downhill since they moved into their new location. Aways severely understaffed in the tiny kitchen. Food takes forever. And they have minimal seating. The drive-through is closed 50% of the time because of the staffing. I was told by a manager that’s the reason for the move and it’s hardly ever open. On a positive the coffee is usually hot.

    They have greatly decreased the size of their salads when picking a pick 2. Was my favorite thing to get and now we will reconsider coming here. When you pick a salad as a part of your pick two they give you 13 pieces of romaine lettuce chopped small. It only took up 35%-40% of the container it was served in and looked like a joke. For $6.00 that is a rip off. On top of that the woman working the Togo told me that it was precious workers mistake they over portioned the lettuce. I have been coming here over 10 years lady. You are wrong, customer is right.

    Food is average at best, overpriced, I'm not sure why I keep going back. Social distancing, masks, and gloves were being worn by staff. The gal taking our order, had gloves on and three fingers in each of our plastic glasses she was providing to us to fill our drinks ourselves. I said something to her and asked for different glasses! Teach your staff proper health procedures, if you're going to pretend to have them.

    Placed an online order for pickup at 5:20pm got there a couple minutes before and waited patiently for the order to be placed under the pick up shelf. Well after 15 minutes of waiting I asked an employee about it and was told it was the one laying on the counter unlabeled and ready to go. I asked if I'm just supposed to know it was my order and was told they leave then on the counter when they are ready. Waited patiently for nothing...

    I ordered an Americano with steamed heavy cream. The young lady said they could not do that but they could with 1/2 & 1/2. I said okay. I got my drink and sat at a table. The drink tasted very strange. The seal on the side of the cup started to leak coffee. I went up and asked for a new cup. The lady transferred it to a new cup. The coffee was black. I asked her about the steamed 1/2 & 1/2 and she told me there was some on the counter (cold and in a container) and I could use that. The place is lacking customer service.

    Bad experience, I ordered a duet like I have for the last six months at various Panera Bread restaurants( including this location many times) today there was different staff at the front and an the manager was different. I ordered my duet as always swith tomato basil bread instead of the bread it comes with and have always been able to do this i ate at this location 2 times last week. But today no substitute. Got my soup cool and no croutons. I ate and watched the current manager clock out and her counter person. So i went back up and ordered my normal duet to go and OMG no problem getting the tomato basil bread, extra onion and had hot soup with croutons. So this location isn't consistent on quality or your preference

    This is my cold latte I just received after an hour of waiting and paying $45 for an order. I am curious where the other half went. Really irritating that we pay a fortune for food already and can't even get the full portion or have it when it's fresh. Never again.

    As a customer I always have a good experience here. However as someone who is aware of some employees not returning after their first day due to a RACIST and rude dishwasher I would say come on Panera Bread get it together and regional managers go see why there is such high employee turnover here!

    Went here and will never go here again. We ordered our food and sat right next to the ordering spot, we were eating and I happened to glance at the right time to see this kid with a cup pretending to drink out of it and breathing in it, well the mom mentioned it was the wrong size and instead of the worker throwing the cup away since there’s now germs inside of it they put it back on top and then gave it to the next person in line🤮🤮

    The manager was completely rude and disrespectful. When I tried to express my concern, her response was to yell at me to step away from her window. No effort to try to de-escalate and if fact seemed inclined to make me even more angry. Also, how is it they they plan their product availability to where they run out of everything and it’s on 9am? Don’t go here unless like to be treated poorly and waste a trip because they don’t have anything. Terrible management!

    So I’m making this review as a door dash delivery driver. I’m leaving this review so whoever reads these from the company knows how they impact us when we’re doing our jobs. I got assigned to a delivery about 5-10 minutes after they supposedly closed. I show up the lobby is closed okay no biggie I’ll go through the drive thru. I get to the drive thru and an employee asked through the speaker if I’m here to place and order or here to pick up an order. I told her I was here for a pick up order from doordash for (customer name) I waited a couple minutes and isn’t hear a response at all. So I pulled through to the window and I’m waiting to get my customers order. About 10-15 minutes of waiting I see the employees WALKING OUT IN FRONT OF MY CAR! Like seriously?! Thank god my customer was friendly and understanding when I called to let them know what happened! Oh and icing on top of the cake they were still standing in the parking lot next door just staring at me until I zoomed out of there! I hope my customer gets his refund.

    Nope, never again! I spent almost $50 on food for myself & my two children. My salad was so small I was in disbelief. After addressing it with the lady up front she said she would have it remaid. Minutes later she brings me out a bowl of plain lettuce & tells me this is all she can do. I was actually insulted as I work in customer service & would never think to treat a customer that way! This whole situation did not set well with me as I work hard for my money & just wanted what I paid for essentially. I decided to address the situation with the manager, long story short he could have cared less. I will not be back & if you would like to be full after your meal I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

    I don’t know what’s up with this location. I don’t think I’ll be back after today. 2nd time in a week. I’ve had my food given to me past the time it was supposed to be picked up through online rapid pickup. I placed my ordered at 1:10pm, pick up time was 1:19pm and I didn’t walk out until 1:57pm on the dot. There goes my lunch. Again. Then I ask for my cup so I can put tea into and I’m pointed to the plastic cups for cold drinks. Like what the actual F? Bad taste in my mouth, unbelievable. Hire some of my fellow Hispanics! They’ll work HARDER, FASTER and BETTER! I don’t know what the guy at drive through was doing but he was just standing there for the longest! Mouth wasn’t even moving, like go do something my guy! This location needs a serious talk.

    The food is terrible here. They don’t give you enough meat and when you ask them for any condiments they act like the world is coming to an end. The sandwich and flatbread and salad all tasted terrible. I definitely feel like Panera bread quality all around has gone down especially for what you pay for. Never going back.

    I took my kid there to get Mac n cheese and a smoothie for dinner. We told them it was to go and ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for Mac n cheese...... During this wait there where only about 4 people who recieved their orders and 3 or 4 who got refunds who left. This is the second time with over a 30 minute wait, the first time they had the decency to give me a warning, unlike this time.

    I would give zero stars if I could. They always forget our main items and when we call they are extremely rude about it. It's frustrating because we really love their food but I can't handle their attitude and incompetence. Almost everytime I've ordered from there something BIG is missing. Its not like the bread or side of chips is missing (I could look over that), its always a whole sandwich which is already over priced! They don't care about making things right and like I said, they are rude about it. We always try and polite but we still got hung up. We will not be ordering from that location ever again.

    I joined the Unlimited Sips club, and this is my home Panera. I love the new location, definitely more bright and clean than the last. And even though it's a smaller bay, it being more open makes it feel less crowded than the old location if that makes sense. I had to give it the 4/5, however, because unfortunately a few times the coffees, (regular) lemonade, or half-n-half has been empty. That being said, I'd still recommend this spot to study with a charge lemonade, chat over lunch, read by the fire with some tea, or just enjoy some good coffee and an amazing bagel.

    Today, my coworker stopped to grab lunch for us from Panera. On the way from Panera to work, the soup was leaking because the lid hadn't been sealed. The soup unfortunately spilled all over her car when she grabbed the bag to bring it in. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and brought us a fresh lunch at work. Thank you to the very kind, patient man who took our call and delivered our food!

    This store is absolutely the worst. They’ve left my child w/o lunch on several occasions, they have either delivered 30 minutes late or have not delivered at all. The only excuse they’ll give is that they are “short on drivers.” Common sense would be to let the customer know. Incompetent and unreliable staff, and pathetic “leadership.”

    Pretty disappointed tonight. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but tonight just got to me. I ordered a toasted steak and cheddar sandwich and added on some bacon and condiments. I get home to eat my dinner, and they forgot to put the steak on my sandwich. Like, it’s in the name of the sandwich, how do you forget the main ingredient for the sandwich?! A bacon spinach and cheddar sandwich is definitely not that great.

    Papillon location is fantastic the rest are terrible. I wrote in to let the corporate office know about poor service at a location and I was egnored. Don't ask for feedback if you don't want it. It's more frustrating then rude service. Got to papillon. Their GM is fantastic and ever staff member is helpful and friendly. Skip the other locations.

    It's hard to eat low carb in Panera, esp if you LOVE their bagels, which I do! However, I got the ham, egg and cheese sandwich without bread and it was actually delicious. The coffee is excellent too. I recommend that if you're dieting, make up your mind what you're going to order before you enter the store. Then put on blinders and don't look at their awesome selection of breads! Lol. They do have scrumptious breads which is one reason I have to "diet" now. Thanks, Panera! 😛

    My wife went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches and two soups from the pick 2 menu. The food was delicious as usual. My problem was the portion size. Each sandwich was only 2.5” by 2.5” (and yes I measured). It felt like a sample. The “cup” of soup was not even nearly full and was in reality a 1/2 cup of soup. The total bill for our meal was over $18. Panera, I know that everyone is struggling with the pandemic, but you have to do better than this “sample” meal!

    Wow. Ok I usually don't leave reviews but I tried Roast for the first time today. The customer service was wonderful. The guy who took my order was very calm and chill. Sometimes ordering coffee from a barista who is bubbly and chipper is great to wake me up in the mornings, but today's service at Roast was just so relaxed for a change and loved it. I ordered a latte with lavender and oat milk (not always easy to find in Omaha) and this. is. the. best. coffee. I. have. ever. had. It is velvety, rich, and the best part... it was the perfect temperature as soon as I received it. Didn't burn my tongue. Didn't have to wait for it to cool down. I'm so in love. Packaging looks to be eco-friendly too, which is a huge plus. Needless to say: new favorite coffee joint. Thanks guys.

    Tables were dirty and staff was rude and completely unwilling to help with a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g - even though there were 8+ just chatting behind the counter. Didn't see an employee wipe down anything (ipads customers HAD to order from/counters/beverage dispensers/etc.) Lamps over tables were covered in food splatters and thick dust. Customers have to pick up their own food - with or without mask or washing hands. This location was severely lacking in the sanitation dept. during this pandemic. Unbelievable.
