    So, I completely understand that this is fast food, but still. The drive thru staff was friendly and were very helpful to everyone going through the lines tonight. I decided to try the new "Signature" sandwich, the Bacon Deluxe Quarter lb burger, but I would love to know who would be willing to put their signature on this mess. Thanks for the burnt scrap of bacon on my sandwich. I even attempted to call the restaurant afterwards but no one would answer.

    I order my food without the bun.. Usually when I go to McDonald's they put on a breakfast platter not a box as this location had. Why put the cheese on the bottom of the hot patties though knowing it will kinda melt. I scrapped as I lifted to try to save some for burger.

    Service was poor to say the least I had to go up and get my order rather than being delivered to me. The hamburgers came out in a poor condition see attached photo. I wish I had taken it up and gave it to the manager at that time and walked out the door. Please be advised that if this is a type of service you can expect at this particular McDonald's is it coming to a sad ending.

    Not the greatest location and crew. Food was cold, burgers were destroyed and served up like they had gone through the drive-thru themselves. However, staff made necessary corrections but still not the best.

    "Cook to Order" is not "make Well Done". I wanted fresh food not refried food. It sucks to be short staffed and overwhelmed but that does not mean you should take shortcuts. Good luck!

    Had to order from a robot this morning. Once I got to the window I was charged for someone else's meal and the guy couldn't even find my order. Mcdonalds has gone down hill. I asked for a refund after i had just paid for the wrong meal. she just made me order again and pay full price. I should go to corporate but its unlikely they will do anything.

    Absolutely terrible customer service, and the automated ordering system is a joke. I asked a question and it tried to add an extra $10 to my order in cheeseburgers. The whole “please pull forward” scheme is a joke, when there are 4 other cars waiting for their orders. I won’t even get started on the “dollar menu” item(s) that are fairytales anymore. EDIT: the fries were ice cold after the 5 min drive home from this location. It seems like all the McDonald’s are just giving up on trying to provide good quality food to its customers.

    We tried to correct a simple mistake on our receipt and the balding gentleman who was the manager yelled at his employee, was rude to me and my friend, and only cared about the line instead of refunding us two drinks. I understand that the line was long but you should never be rude to your employees. Unacceptable behavior from a manager.

    First off get rid of the computer voice in the drive thru. If you are wanting something other than the listed computer generated items it’s frustrating. Don’t have a “hamburger “ meal. Ok I’ll take the cheeseburger meal with no cheese. Brilliant!!! The drink cups weren’t filled full. “ that’s what the machine fills “ How bout you push the button to fill them full. Brilliant!!! Will not ever go there again. Oh the Bacon Ranch chicken sandwich was missing the ranch.. and you all want to be paid more. Ha. Ha

    My daughter got a big Mac I remember this being amazing when I was in my early 20's. Now it has MAYBE 1/2 the meat!!!! And triple the price!

    States online and the doors that they're open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights. Employee stated that they closed at 11. Employees still in building and answered phone after midnight

    I arrived at McDonald’s at 10:20 to order breakfast. The line was long, so I didn’t get up to the window to order until 10:32. I asked for breakfast, since I had been in line well before that menu closed, but he said that they were switched over to lunch already. Very upset that I wasted my time and at the lack of customer service, will not be back.

    Food was fries were cold after sitting and waiting for food to be made. Fought with me over them not giving us our drinks. Extremely disappointed.

    I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the fries and nuggets not being fresh at times or missing an item. But other than that, the food is usually always great! I know when it gets super busy orders can get mixed up. But that's also when the food is the freshes as you know they are making fresher things to replace what they've just given out.

    I ordered breakfast the other day and while it was okay, it wasn't as good as it normally is. The rootbeer was super flat and the mcgriddle breakfast sandwich just didn't taste awesome. May of been because I did delivery instead of pick-up like I usually do. The breakfast burrito was still good 👍

    That particular McDonald's, by far, had the best dang burger I've ever had from a McDonald's. Not sure if they are seasoning the meat, but the flavor was delicious !! I'm looking forward to visiting there again and see if the results are the same. GREAT JOB CREW !!

    Service is severely lacking these days. My last 2 orders were incorrect, so checked before leaving & wrong again. When I explained, they acted as if I had done something wrong. I understand they were moderately busy, but EVERY time?

    For some reason, you'd think I asked for support in building a mutant race. My fries were hot. My sandwich was microwaved; I know thus because the bread was chewy. Why is a freshly cooked sandwich so difficult to come by.

    It’s McDs. Really, you know what you are going for. We had some horrible experiences with a former manager and did not return for 5 years. But, staff has changed, they are nice and attentive. But, seriously, it doesn’t take much effort to pour a Diet Coke, and Iced tea, or a coffee. ;)

    It's a McDonalds. Standard get the order worng, small portions and overpriced. For what I spent for 3 people to eat, we could have went to a nice sitdown restaurant. I always feel that way when I leave that place. If wasn't for the kid, I WOULDN'T GO THERE!!!

    My mom paid in cash at the first window. She declined a receipt when they asked if she wanted one. At the 2nd window another employee told her she hadn't paid for her food. After some back and forth they eventually gave her the food she had already paid for. How embarrassing.

    Just drove through. I ordered fries and Dr. pepper. They Gave me the fries, which were old and cold And then had me pull forward to wait for the Dr Pepper. I’m still waiting for the doctor pepper and it’s been 10 minutes
