I was checking out today and the price rang up $84. But the shelf price on a large end cap said $66 for Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach with Salmon. I told the cashier the shelf price and her response was all the prices are going up tomorrow and that was the price today, $84. I asked her to honor the. Shelf price. While she did honor it at the same moment she told me if I didnโ€™t like the discrepancy that was โ€œhow it isโ€ during price changes. I mentioned that seemed like a pretty big price increase. I said that Amazon might be a competitive option off handed. She came back really strong and said that I should use Amazon next time. Now to think of it I WILL. Why be treated horribly and charged the wrong price!

Dear PetSmart grooming salon, most people do not have an hour to wait or to call back to book for an express grooming service. Your new answering service is extremely slow and lacks basic knowledge to book a grooming appointment. I was extremely patience waiting and answered their questions ... but disconnected after 25 minutes and needed to call back to repeat the same process for another additional 35 minutes. Proper training is needed here or terminate the answering service. I have been a loyal customer for several years and terribly disappointed with your new grooming booking center.

Since Iโ€™ve moved to papillon on April 1st, Iโ€™ve made 2 grooming appointments for my dog. The first full haircut, they cancelled about 3 out of 4 weeks into the wait and rescheduled for a week later. Today I had an appointment that was made online, at 4 PM. As weโ€™re walking out the door at 3:45 PM we get a call saying that my dog will take 3-4 hours just for a wash and that we have to reschedule. 10 minutes before an appointment?!? Missed out on family Memorial Day plans to get my boy looking spiffy and this is the reward. Whoever is in charge of scheduling should be fired at this point. 2 appointments. 2 cancellations.

ALL interactions with the Employees of this PetSmart location are SUPER friendly to both of my dogs (5 month old Rotty and 15 year old miniature poodle), which in turn helps my dogs learn/remember that being nice to OTHER people is a GOOD thing.

This is one stop shop for the pets. A world full of products that the pets need, may it be food, treats, fancy accessories, toys, dresses for all seasons and special occasions (like the pet's birthday), health care products, bath & bedding, they are all here in abundance. So tough to choose from. Would highly recommend!

The groomers always do a great job and listen to what you would like to have done. I just wish they would cut her nails a little shorter because it doesn't look like they cut them this time. Little upset about that

I went to Petsmart in Papillion today to exchange some dog food I purchased. When I got there I discovered I had a flat tire. One of the employees saw it as well and was quick to come over and offer assistance. He told me to go ahead into the store where it was cooler.and do what I needed and he would deal with my tire. Exchanging the food was very easy and when I came back out he had my spare tire on my cat. It's not every day you get that kind of service. I really appreciated it.

Jeanine the pet trainer is so knowledgeable, she helped me get a harness and leash that would better fit my puppies needs. Everybody there is just so friendly, even the customers. I also use the banfield at the back of the store, also feel very welcomed every time I am in there

Unfortunately, online shopping has hurt these brick & mortar establishments, which ultimately hurts their customers. Itโ€™s unfortunate, but the retail world is changing fast.

The place was super clean and the employees were very nice and interacted with our kids and our 8 week old puppy. Only gave 4 out of 5 because many of the prices seemed pretty steep.

I had a cat grooming appointment at 7:15 and forgot the rabies vaccination proof, which was my bad. The assistant wouldn't let me leave him there so I took him home (the groomer wasn't even there yet) and the groomer called at about 7:50 a.m on my way back (I was almost there) and said she had a conference call at 8 and then dogs all day on her schedule. Then why did you want him there at 7:15 if you had to take a call at 8? She said it would take 2-3 hours which makes no sense. He doesn't need sedation and he's a cat. He's the size of a cat. They wouldn't have even let me pick him up at lunchtime, it had to be when he was finished. Then she blamed me! While I should've had the vaccination proof, that doesn't excuse scheduling a call and dogs all day after of they were taking 2-3 hours to do it. She was 35 minutes late. I would've been in in less than 10 minutes but that wasn't enough time? It makes zero sense. Her next opening wasn't until July. What? I wasted an hour of my life and drove 20 miles round trip for no reason. 1 star is too much.

They had what I needed but the service leaves something to be desired. I had my dog with me and had multiple staff members in aisles near me, either stocking things or talking to one another. Not a single person talked to or made eye contact with me or my dog. I felt like I was in their way and at one point, had to leave the aisle and go down a different one because the staff person was blocking the aisle and ignoring me. I think I will stick to Pet Supplies Plus, where they know my dog by name and use Chewy for the supplement she needs that Pet Supplies doesn't carry instead of going to this Petsmart.

I took my dog in to be groomed. I've never taken her to this location. I have difficulty brushing my dog because she is a ball of energy and never let's me do it long enough. I told them this when I dropped her off. When I picked her up, she looked great. Nothing wrong with the grooming at all. But the girl talked down to me as if I'm mistreating my dog saying I need to brush her more and "I'm not sure what kind of care she's getting at home". I take great care of my animals. She is my best friend and I spoil her. So it really upset me that she had this attitude as if I don't care about my dog. That's why I took her in. To get groomed. That's what you're there for. My dog loves to play and I play with her every day and walk her every single day multiple times a day. If I could groom her myself, then I wouldn't need to take her here. I still tipped her 20 dollars because the cut was good at least. Also, online I booked the spring package plus and then added nail trimming and shaving at the counter. The package was supposed to come with a take home treat for my dog, a bandana or bow, a spritz of perfume, and a coupon book worth over 200 dollars of savings, according to your website. I paid 127 dollars and got not one of those things. So I think I'm owed a refund on about 50 dollars of my purchase. And although the grooming was good, I will not be returning to this location.

I was looking for gerbils or rats. Sadly they don't sell them at Shadow Lake Petsmart. They have hamsters and guinea pigs, neither of which I am interested in owning. Too bad.

Lots of nice people here, I even got the animal to try on a leash before buying which was nice. The vetinarian staff seemed to be well.

We love our Papillion PetSmart. I've been using the grooming salon for several years. I am always happy with their service. All of them are good but JOEL is our favorite and he provides outstanding customer service!

I called and followed the prompts trying to get to the grooming salon then I had to wait for over 3 minutes only to find out that I was speaking to the appointment line who was not even in the physical store. I asked to be transfered to the grooming salon. Instead I was connected to the general line. youn sounding youngish and I asked to speak to the store manager and when I asked to speak to the manager, which surprised me and when I expressed doubt about it.he readily admitted that he was not the store manager but he said he was still a manage. I believe the proper term would be a shift supervisor; department manager; or day/night manager. To me when a individual ask to speak to a speak to a specific person you do your best to make it happen. What I wanted to find out if I can bring her in to get her nails done and if they had an electric cart. What ever happened to good customer service. If this so-called manager had said something like this I am not the store manager I am xxxxxxx by chance can I help you" I might have delt with him but he chose a different route.

People that work in the fish section seem like they are bored and don't want to be there. Hard to find someone to help with getting fish. Other than that it is a great place and friendly staff.

Check your order before you depart. We ordered online and what we picked up was not at all what we ordered. Hubby was not aware of what I ordered so brought it home and we had to drive back to the store to exchange it. The manager said she would discount our bill, but that did not happen. Maybe have two people check the order before you hand it to the customer?

Took our dog to get the works. Paid extra for the furminator. Called an hour and half later to pick up. Other groomers usually spend close to double that time. I donโ€™t think they even gave her the bath as a sticky part by her neck was still sticky when I picked her up. Very uneven cut. Pet smart has lost my business.
