called
and
followed
the
prompts
trying
to
get
to
the
grooming
salon
then
I
had
to
wait
for
over
3
minutes
only
to
find
out
that
I
was
speaking
to
the
appointment
line
who
was
not
even
in
the
physical
store.
I
asked
to
be
transfered
to
the
grooming
salon.
Instead
I
was
connected
to
the
general
line.
youn
sounding
youngish
and
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
store
manager
and
when
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager,
which
surprised
me
and
when
I
expressed
doubt
about
it.he
readily
admitted
that
he
was
not
the
store
manager
but
he
said
he
was
still
a
manage.
I
believe
the
proper
term
would
be
a
shift
supervisor;
department
manager;
or
day/night
manager.
To
me
when
a
individual
ask
to
speak
to
a
speak
to
a
specific
person
you
do
your
best
to
make
it
happen.
What
I
wanted
to
find
out
if
I
can
bring
her
in
to
get
her
nails
done
and
if
they
had
an
electric
cart.
What
ever
happened
to
good
customer
service.

this

had
said
something
like
this

the

by
chance
can

I
might
have
delt
with
him
but
he
chose
a
different
route.
