The rooms are great, they are cleaned well, they add chocolates, fold your clothes for you. Something that you would never find in North America. They have lots of really good food offerings there and the pool is really really nice. I highly recommend this casino resort in the entertainment district.

A very good hotel, albeit expensive. Comes with a casino, but I don't gamble. Said casino had a food court. I ordered cheese pizza from there, and it was absolutely delicious. However, the casino allowed smoking. Which made the asthmatics I was with very uncomfortable. Which was to be expected in all honesty. The other areas were very nice too, the further away from the casino, the cleaner the air got. The overall architecture was very nice to look at. It was very clean and also had music playing all throughout the building. Even came with a small shopping strip too which was nice to take a stroll at. Overall a good place to be as long as you don't go the casino if you don't wanna gamble.

I think the best overall casino experience here in the Philippines. From machines to the staff. Just a couple of flaws however when compared to casinos abroad. Took almost 2 hours to check in. Staff was pretty nice about it so no problem Weird how strict they are with outside food. Although I don’t mind if they had complete concessions inside but they don’t and are often overpriced(but delicious). In casinos abroad they would even lose money on food with all the cash they make in gambling. Just odd to nickle and dime in a higher place like this.

My only complaint is that the poolside cafe was not open. This would have made our stay perfect, if it were. We wanted to spend the morning by the pool, as a result we did not have breakfast until 11:40am and had to rush our meal trying to check out by 12 noon. At least let guests order from room service with delivery to the poolside. It would have made a difference and earned that final 5-star rating.

Ordering a drink takes forever over 2 hours and 5 times order and no drinks served. The y attract you with draws but don't make it clear on how to participate or how to claim. Those in a jacket made us walk in circles as they say not sure. What type of service is this. Working at the casino but not sure where it is? The casino guesses it only welcomes very big players or very small players. They don't welcome us Chinese plus did you know that they require 2000 points to get a complimentary room? 2000 points in a day. Okada, COD, and RWM only require 600 and you get better treatment there from their host.
