Good sized mall. Clean, well designed and well planned. The ambience is nice, gets a bit packed though (especially in the afternoon). There's pretty much everything you need here, including groceries (supermarket is downstairs). All in all, decent mall.

SM Bicutan mall in Bicutan Area, Paranaque. Has cinemas, foodcourt and various restaurants, shops and services for all budgets. Also a Shopping section and a huge mega supermarket.

Whilst a section of this building is still difficult due to construction, the complex is accessible from many directions and allows crossover to each. As with all of the SM Malls almost every form of shop and facility is included and security is available throughout the complex and at every entrance. Toilets were not carrying a charge as some do and were clean and constantly being cleaned. This is adjacent to the Azure Condominium complex and so therefore is the complete package. Five stars ✨

If your coming from north, south, east and west of your travel you will pass the cross road where this mall is located. Easy access to buy food, clothing, toys, beauty products, hardware, and many more before reaching your destination... Parking no problem they have located on bldg. A and B lower level.

This mall has it all. Sufficient parking, huge super- or even better hyper market. Plenty of food outlets, a cinema and a department store along with numerous boutiques and stores. The mall never gets too crowded and is well air conditioned.

This is a cool place to dine and buy the things that you need, from celphones and accesories. Most of the things that I need were here so it is easy for me to go to the places that I needed to. Staffs were nice and I haven't experienced any bad with them.

A mall I always go to buy my needs as it's the mall nearest to my place. Hope they are all strict on the health protocols inside as people tend to crowd on some areas. Masks On! 😷

There are two buildings and bridge is connected between buildings. There is jeep terminal and tricycle terminal near there and toll gate also near there.

very spacious parking area at the basement, not too crowded considering it was a Saturday, very well maintained. lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.

I seldom go out nowadays after the pandemic had struck us hard but whenever I need to buy something not available elsewhere, SM Bicutan is the place to go. It's still the same nice place to hangout, dine out, shop and buy your groceries. There are new shops and it is continuously being improved.

A good variety of stores and restaurants. There is a BDO bank on site and an SM Hypermart in Bldg B. You can find just about anything you need here. Traffic in the area can be congested at times, so chose wisely.

The worst Hypermarket. The lines are very long. to go in and to check out. Customers at this time of the pandemic just want to shop fast. But it takes longer bec there are a few cashiers, few bag boys, defective scanners, no price tags. The tagline SM Cares does not reflect on their service, system, and procedures. But will they care about this single customer feedback? Probably not. They dont care about the shoppers contracting the virus by not making the flow faster. I understand the protocol but waiting in line for 2 hours to get in and another 1.5 hours to check out is just uncaring of them.

lots of dining choices . Our go-to grocery store, prices are relatively cheap with great fresh food variety. but a bit crowded especially during weekends and holidays.

Decent malling experience. Limited selection of stores. This caters to low to mid-class customers. No high-end shops. For groceries, SM Bicutan's Hypermarket is NOT the best place to buy in BULK (like 2 to 3 weeks worth of groceries) because they will NOT box your purchases. I repeat: THEY WILL NOT BOX YOUR GROCERIES. Having said that, I still would recommend SMB's Hypermarket if you'll buy a few stuff that can fit your eco bag(s).

It also has parking space if you have your own car. It also has well maintained comfort rooms. Follows gov't. protocols existing for COVID pandemic.

Nice atmosphere. Although I only dislike the mall getting crowded again unlike before where it's less visited during the ECQ. During that time, you could shop or eat without experiencing any hassle. Or is it just me haha. Great place to dine and buy stuffs. Especially if you have a family.

SM Supermarket should reconsider their bagging/boxing process of sold grocery items. It will just take more time of customers for bringing items to another area for boxing. Also, additional personnel will touch each item from putting it back to cart and then to the box. Hoping this will be improved.

We are having our Victory Sunday Service here at 3rd floor Cinema, then we enjoy different food in food court, at Savoury, authentic food of old, enjoys fast food Jollibee, McDonald and etc. Buying bread in French Baker, we love the raisin and walnut loaf and other breads. I love going to Book sales bought 2 new books to read and enlighten my walk with God.. Enjoy every minutes of it.. Come drop by and feast your eyes with all that in SM Bicutan.. Why they have to sell substandard item I bought an 2 burner gas stove 1k the price 3 day of use yellow flame and the burner is only a stainless fabricated. Very nice, clean and safe mall where you will find everything you need. All the restaurants you can think k of, SM market very similar to Walmart with groceries and even a movie theater. Whatever you are looking for you will find it and there is security at every entrance and all over the mall so very safe. And the best is it's only a 15-minute walk from where I am staying at Azure Beach Resort.

Not a lot of shops unlike other SMs but there are some good restaurants to give a satisfying dining experience. Tong Yang Plus is a noteworthy example. The mall itself is clean and appears well-maintained despite being a busy mall with a lot of people on weekends. Starbucks can be pretty jam-packed so it would be great to have another coffee shop available.

Stores are increasing. However, they need to improve entrance of PWDs front of the carpark, grocery side. They do not allow strollers via the walkalator, and insisted on carrying the child while the stroller passes through the walkalator. What if the child is unable/too heavy or fussy to be carried, hence the use of a steoller?or what if the person with the stroller and kids is not allowed to carry heavy items? Or person is too big to be carried? If the person has multiple kids in tow, and another Ina. Stroller, how can you insist on the small kids to handle the stroller while in the walkalator? The elevator access will have to be passed through a flight of stairs, so it's also useless at this part. The guardS on duty that time did not even offer to help or assist.
