I just visited it earlier and spend my day off on this beautiful place . It's a big mall, with a lot of sores inside and many people visits this place during weekends. Anyways, all I could say is , this place is beautiful ❤️

Easy to navigate mall. Not very crowded. Good mall to get your shopping done quickly. Transportation is a bit of an issue especially late at night.

You can easily park your car because there are often people coming out so you just have to wait for a while.

I am from the area so I kinda grew up shopping here. It has made HUGE improvements in the last several years. You can find A LOT of great restaurants and cafes here. As a picky eater, it basically has the best of every kind. You'd think it's just a small mall but it has everything you need and more.

I love the scenery of SM Bicutan. The Christmas Tree is so amazing.

Parking is deterrent for shoppers to stay in the mall and spend more. Unlike in SM moa, sucat, Ayala Bay, and other malls around Parañaque

Nice mall with everything I possible could need for the family. Very low prices seen from a European point of view. Nice and clean inside including a very nice AC temperature as well.

Accessible mall featuring a supermarket, restaurants, health and beauty services, cinemas, and more. Parking is affordable and spacious compared to the rest of Metro Manila.

Our go to place since it's very close to our house. I'm glad that a lot of new restaurants are opening now, and a lot more soon to open. SM Bicutan has lots of shops and restaurants, everything you need is here. Free internet for the first hour. Great place for bonding and celebration.

This place will you a feeling that its a mere community mall although its a full blown SM. I never had difficulty parking here but you have to pay (not a fixed rate which is a shame). It more or less has everything an SM Mall offers (department store, supermarket, cinemas, food court) but options can be limited compared to regional malls like Mall of Asia. If you want options, go to another mall but if you are just taking the time to purchase something quickly, this is a good place especially for residents nearby.

Compact, yet complete. Very few closed shops, but understandable - pandemic. Under normal circumstances, I would choose sm bicutan over almost all sm s. Number 1 criterion is, it is very near us, and yet, most of my needs are in here.

Many restaurants and nice clothing boutiques. It is two part big supermarket, split on either side of the road.
