Very beautiful beach with scenic view. The beach has very wide and sandy beach front. However you have to be very careful because Sea is very harsh and life gaurds are not available here. People are very friendly and helpful. There are several hotels around the area.

Loved the place its beautiful and really calm to watch the sea. But its really dangerous to swim because the sea is deep from the beginning. But there are some places where you can swim where the water level is low and surrounded by rocks.

Balapitiya beach is a good place to visit. There are more than 5 hotels around that area.

Awesome. one of the best place to had a sea bath. Nice view. Feel like roomassala jungle beach. Week days less crowded here. But in weekends there are lot of people come. If you want to get the real feeling visit there , on a week day.

Very beautiful hidden place. However, the sea currents seem to be there, and bathing won't be that safe. However, it is a nice quiet beach with beautiful scenery.

Beach with no tourists, only locals. Appropriate for good swimmers, waves are strong and entrance to the water is quite hursh. There is a natural pool for babies between the rocks.
