Amazing place by the beach with amazing views. The food was delicious and very highly recommend it. It was all extremely flavourful and most definitely value for money. The meat literally melted in your mouth, it was so soft and tender. The staff was always ready on hand, service was fantastic and everything came out at an appropriate time. Really loved the Feta Saganaki glazed with Honey and the pork suvlaki. Both were to die for.

Where to start. I suppose I will start with the appalling service with an attitude for example, when asking for a bowl or a clean plate they just straight up refused to bring them. Most of the plates and glasses were chipped. The food is excessively overpriced and underwhelming - I will add the fish tasted fresh but is nothing to write home about - nothing creative about it. I would go as far as to say avoid this restaurant just because of the rude and appalling service.

This restaurant was recommended to us and undeed we had a best sit, but in the rstaurant you care most for the food and service, even if it has an advantage of a great location and a view. Aparently, the service and the food are below average. Starting from asking 3 times if we really have reservation for tjis particlular table and at the end not thanking for coming or choosing it... The MeZe is overpriced and of minimum size: not the attepizers, but the fish size itself (Tsepoura) as a shame even for a single person, let alone a ptetention it is a dish for the 2 people. And the final accord: some fresh melon (first they asked if we wish), and then bringing tiny pieces on a huge plate!!! - nowhere in Cyprus you find such cheap service. Our son enjoyed though the fresh salmon and prawns pasta and the Lava Cake. I would not recommend it to anyone, until the place change its attitude and adjust their portions... 😒😒

Great seafood for a very reasonable price. All food was fresh and tasty. We had prawns, swordfish, red mullet, crab and anchovies and they were all delicious. Staff were attentive, fast and helpful. Beautifully set by the kalamies beach, it is a great place to have dinner

We recently dined at this fish restaurant and were overall pleased with our experience. The food, for the most part, was very good, with a wide selection of fish dishes that satisfied our cravings. However, we must admit that the fries left us slightly disappointed. They didn't quite meet our expectations and lacked the desired flavor and crispiness. Despite this minor setback, we were impressed by the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations. The ambience of the restaurant was also enjoyable, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. While the fries didn't quite hit the mark, the rest of our meal and the excellent service made up for it. We would recommend this place for its delicious fish dishes and great service, but perhaps opt for a different side dish to complement your meal.

It’s a family run business since 1976. Stunning view over the bay and church. Food was amazing and fresh. Quality service, good parking. Amazing place. Cheap in my opinion, as we had beers, starters, and a huge platter as main for 2 people.

Very good fish restaurant. They have fresh fish which you can choose before cooking, although it’s pricey. The fish I ordered was grilled with vegetables and chips; it was very tasty. I recommend the place, but beware of the high prices. The views of the beach are superb.

Good points go for the placement of the restaurant, slow but okay service and variety on the menu as well as vegan and veggie dishes available. Other than that, I don’t know if it was just a bad day for them but food was meh, portion and taste wise nothing special and not worth the prices for sure. Plus the calamari dishes weren’t as cooked as they should’ve been. Toilet was very dirty. Wouldn’t visit again tbh

Good service and large selection of seafood, nice location. Oysters were fresh, but don’t expect to get variety as per menu. Only fine de claire are stocked this year due to import situation. Menu should be updated to reflect that. Cuttlefish was a overcooked and could do with more seasoning (maybe personal taste). Seafood salad very tasty! Overall not bad dinner, but we won’t return.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was great and the service so friendly and accommodating. The sea bream, red mullet and shrimp were so fresh and delicious! The feta saganaki was amazing as well. The view is just wonderful, i definitely recommend this seafood restaurant!

First visited in late March, when most other restaurants in the area were still closed. The food here is excellent, so is the outlook from the outer sitting area. The service has its ups and downs but is friendly overall. The prices are slightly prohibitive to be dining here very often, but will definitely be back to try some of the seafood dishes. There are no free extras (like entree spread or dessert), unfortunately. I really enjoyed sheftalies (yet to discover ones more tastier than here), although I did find tzatziki that accompanied them a bit too strong for my taste (was definitely made with fresh garlic!) and would recommend this restaurant for its savoury version of loukoumades.

I visited kalamies with some friends, it was my first time there and i have to admit that i enjoyed it a lot. The location is nice, at the edge of a small gulf named Pernera, giving it great views. The food was really good and tasty. Fresh fish is no match anyway. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with anything. The design is a mix of a traditional tavern adapted to the new generation.

Some dishes were better than others, they have a huge menu which means there is something for everyone. Service was quick considering how busy they were, staff were also friendly the restaurant also has a decent view.

Tasty food, fresh ingredients and a lovely atmosphere next to the beach 🏖️🌊 Seabass with garlic and lemon steals the show!!! We also ordered ceviche with scallops 🤤 seafood pasta, cuttlefish, fright calamari and a salad. Photos can describe better than words. You should DEFINITELY visit 😍

A friendly family restaurant - good quality food, reasonable prices and a lovely location. This place became a firm favourite as we returned night after night to sample the menu. Good vegetarian options as well.

This restaurant is really such a good place for fresh fish and seafood. We visited it last year and came back this year. We have tested a lot of the menu. The salads are really good and pair well with the seafood. Ceviches and tuna tataki are a must. I recommend also the fresh steamed mussels and the prawn saganaki. You really have to go for the fresh seafood and you'll understand this restaurant is underrated because it's a true gem. Oh and the chili margaritas and espresso martinis are the best too 😍

The food was delicious, especially the octopus, so soft and tasty! And the service was great! The location was magical! Just a tiny little thing, the fried calamari was a bit stiff. Other than that, we enjoyed everything!

A 5-star place. Visited 3 times, had fish, shrimp, sushi, moussaka, octopus, kunefe. All very delicious, to a very high standard. Great service from waiters. Location is amazing, nice sea view. Highly recommended.

One of the best fish restaurants I’ve ever been to. The view over the Kalamies beach is quite beautiful and the food was very good. We had some oysters, fish soup, calamari and a grouper fish. Everything was fresh and served right on time. Prices were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves fish and also wants a nice view.

One of my favourite beach restaurants in Cyprus situated overlooking a lovely bay across to a little church. Great seafood, well presented, friendly and efficient. Very popular with locals and always a good atmosphere at Sunday lunch (best to book!)

Had a lovely dinner at sunset on Friday evening. We had sushi, for starters, and it was absolutely delicious. And our mains were heavenly as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the views at sunset are magical. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, great service & great food with a sea view

Food was very good the service was Ok. The chicken kebab of my friend was very dry and you could not eat it.

Accidentally ended up here and had the best food ever here on Cyprus. We had the tuna tartare as starter, pasta and mixed grill for main and all of it was fresh and delicious. The waiters where super friendly and we got a single table dining by ourselves as we brought a dog with us :) the view is fantastic over the bay and the little church. Can’t believe this place got bad reviews, we’re quite picky and have high standards when it comes to food and we where 120% satisfied 💙

Great restaurant at the beach, nice to have a dinner with a view. Food was good, service was great, covid protocols were followed. It has its own parking lot for guests. Prices were good for a restaurant at the beach front.
