I love this place, I have been training here for the last 6 years. Coach Cassie and Professor Jose are amazing people, always willing to help you out if you are willing to put your part, with that said I managed to loose 40 pnds within 6 months. It is a friendly environment, everyone is always willing to help each other out. Turns out I made a family here.

I've been going to this gym for almost 2 months and the trainers are great... great atmosphere, every work out is intense but I see the results. Cassie and Jose are great owners and trainers. Very welcoming... highly recommended for families.

Brand new to BJJ and hsd my first class yesterday and wow! The training is intense but never to the point of not being fun. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful and made me feel part of the family as soon as I stepped on the mat. Everyone is very helpful and will push you to new standards! My body is sore but I can't wait to go back! Definitely look forward to many more sessions! If you ate looking to start training I highly recommend this gym!

The people here are great. Hardly any egos. Everyone looks out for each other, everyone is trying to learn. The coaches are really cool. They are skilled instructors, great technique but also able to push someone lazy and out of shape like me to do better. If you're already an athlete, they got you, if not, you will be if you stick to it. I'm learning Jiu Jitsu here and it's made a huge difference for me mentally and physically. Go for it!

This is a great gym! Signed up my 13 year old son and he’s having a blast. Great instructors, clean facility and healthy culture.

Loved it here... My daughter was in all the classes. Want to take her back soon. We moved to Los Angeles and it's a bit far but might still make the drive. 😊 She felt comfortable there and Cassie and all the staff was are awesome instructors.

Great place for kids and the prices are more than fair
