To
your
reply
YOU
WERE
VERY
AWARE
OF
MY
PROBLEM!!!
You
stated
to
my
husband
and
I
that
you
could
not
fix
my
original
set.
That
we
would
need
to
start
the
process
of
my
permanent
set
and
pay
an
additional
$8,000
to
correct
a
mistake
YOUR
lab
made.
There
was
no
let
me
make
this
right
as
any
GOOD
DENTIST
would
do.
Yes
you
did
a
soft
re-line
which
CAME
OFF
later
that
day.
Then
and
not
only
then
the
moment
I
put
up
my
review
was
the
moment
you
“wanted
to
make
it
right”.
PLEASE
TAKE
SOME
ACCOUNTABILITY
FOR
YOUR
LABS
WORK
vs
BLAMING
YOUR
PATIENTS.
Then
when
they
had
a
voice
you
want
to
make
it
right.
Thank
you
for
your
time
but
I
will
pass,
as
I
know
the
only
reason
you
want
to
make
this
right
now
vs
then
is
because
you
want
me
to
take
down
the
truth.
Good
day
to
you!
Also
be
aware
that
the
financing
plan
that
charges
you
a
dollar
in
the
beginning
adds
interest
to
your
monthly
payments
automatically.
So
no
matter
how
fast
you
pay
you
still
get
that
extra
fee.
They
will
also
charge
your
insurance
for
treatments
even
after
they
stated
specific
treatments
weren’t
covered.
It
has
been
6
months
since
I
went
through
the
extraction
process
and
getting
my
temp
set
of
dentures.
That
happened
in
March.
I
needed
a
realign
on
bottoms
right
away
as
they
did
not
fit
&
would
consistently
pop
out
when
talking
and/or
eating.
I
went
for
my
realign
in
August
and
when
I
asked
the
dentist
when
would
we
begin
the
process
for
my
permanent
dentures.
She
turned
to
me
and
said
these
are
you
permanent
dentures.
I
told
her
that
is
not
what
you
originally
told
me.
She
said,
yes
these
are
going
to
be
realigned
and
they
will
fit
better
and
they
will
be
your
permanent
set.
So
she
began
to
add
the
stuff
onto
my
temporary
dentures
to
do
my
impressions.
Took
impressions
and
sent
me
on
my
way.
I
went
back
in
to
pick
them
up
and
this
dentist
put
them
on
me.
My
bottom
teeth
fit
perfectly
even
had
suction
which
was
great.
Top
still
loose
and
fell
out
as
I
talked.
She
then
did
some
adjusting
and
it
felt
a
little
better
however,
it’s
still
kept
falling.
So
she
told
me
that’s
OK.
You
can
just
use
adhesive
for
that.
I
thought
ok
that’s
a
bit
weird.
Never
once
did
she
provide
me
with
a
mirror
to
see
how
my
teeth
looked
I
had
to
wait
for
the
dental
assistant
to
give
me
a
mirror.
Once
I
was
given
the
mirror,
I
smiled,
and
to
my
surprise
my
bottom
teeth
now
looked
like
they
were
at
a
slant.
When
I
brought
that
to
the
dental
assistant
attention,
she
looked
at
it
and
said
oh
I
see
what
you’re
talking
about.
I
will
let
the
dentist
know
once
the
dentist
came
back
to
me.
She
told
me
you
remember
when
you
came
here
I
told
her
yes
and
she
told
me
you
remember
that
you
were
missing
majority
of
your
teeth
I
again
responded
yes
she
said
well
that
is
your
how
your
jaw
is.
That
is
your
jaw
and
that
is
why
the
teeth
are
sitting
that
way.
I
was
explaining
to
her
that
they
didn’t
do
that
before
and
her
response
was.
It
doesn’t
matter
how
it
looks
as
long
as
you
can
eat
that
is
all
that
matters.
I
felt
so
upset
when
I
left
&
my
husband
was
upset
when
he
got
home
from
work
and
saw
how
bad
they
looked.
I
reached
out
to
the
dentist
later
that
day
and
I
let
them
know
how
dissatisfied
I
was
with
the
way
they
were
misaligned.
I
never
heard
back
that
day
nor
did
I
hear
back
the
next
day.
I
called
them
back
again
and
they
went
in
circles,
telling
me
different
things,
and
now
they
are
telling
me
that
my
permanent
denture
is
not
included
in
the
price
that
they
quoted
me
the
for
original
time
and
if
I
want
my
permanent
set
and
we
want
to
go
through
the
process
it
is
going
to
be
an
additional
fee.
I
have
already
been
charged
5k
and
$283
for
the
realignment
that
was
technically
unsuccessful.
I
am
also
still
paying
payments
for
teeth
that
are
not
functional.
