With my Korean background, I would say with bias that this is one of my favorite restaurants that I've eaten at out of the many that I've visited. The food was absolutely wonderful and the chalkboard was pleasing to look at with the neat handwriting and cute pictures. There was only one server that was very busy with the many customers but she made sure to check up on us; I would say that she is very sweet. The cheese topokki is the best one I've ever had, the ratio between the cheese and the rice cakes and fish cakes were equal; I love cheese with my topokki. The blood sausage was the most popular with my family, it wasn't too soft or hard. The odeng matched up to my tastes as well; I loved eating it from the long wooden stick, it made me feel like I was eating at a food cart in Korea, where they are very commonly seen. Although, it was very long and I occasionally hit my sister who was sitting next to me, but it wasn't really a problem. Overall, I would love it visit again, it was nice having traditional Korean food during my vacation.

The service was good — the interior is original, and it was pretty quiet during lunch on weekday. We got the combo — sausage and ttoekboki which was delicious, it was warm and fresh and delectable. Just the right amount of spice. The kimbap was a+ I love when they make the roll big. The food was great and satisfying. Would come back here again! Everything was fresh and tasty. Good korean food / spot to come for snack like meal with friends!

This was about fifth time coming here for some topokki. Yes we like their food. Their spicy rice cake, Korean sausage, Korean sushi and Fish cake are usually our choices. Our one star rating is coming from today's service. We were helped by a male server, who we believed was the owner. He was kind but he certainly didn't know how to wait on customers. He forgot to bring out many things to our table, and I even heard one table complain because they were waiting for a long time to place an order. Perhaps his regular server called out today, which we felt bad for. He didn't deserve 1 star up to this point. When we were paying for the bill and writing the amount for gratuity, he demanded 18% because we had more than 6 people in our party. We had five adults, one 2-year-old girl and one 1-year-old girl. We don't mind giving out tips that they deserve for providing excellent service but what he demanded was pretty upsetting.

It was my first visit and the food was very delicious. My husband and I sat at the booth seats and a friendly staff member brought us water and menus. My husband and I added cheese and noodles to Rabokki and ordered sundae intestines and kimbap. We didn't have to wait long and ordered our food quickly. As our food came out , just by looking at them, they looked deliciously cooked. They were just as delicious as the ones I had in Korea, and the portions were really large. The tteokbokki sauce was tasty and not too spicy, so even my husband, who can't eat spicy food, enjoyed it. The big Kimbap was especially delicious, and next time I come, we need to order these homemade korean fries.

The food was so good! Got the kimbap, cheese topokki with ramen, and fishcake in soup. Seriously each dish was perfection. The kimbap was fresh, the soup was not too salty, and the topokki had the best cheese pull. The rice cakes were chewy, the sauce had a great spice kick but not too spicy, ramen was a great addition. Service was great. The server was super attentive and gave me more radish in a small container when he saw me take the last piece I had on my plate to go hahaha. The entire staff was very lovely. Great first experience here, will come again.

The food was good. If you like more spicy food, Yupdduk may be a better option. However, what Jopok Topokki offers is variety of foods and a darn tasty Topokki. Topokki means sautéd rice cakes which is rice cakes in a spicy sweet sauce. You can get fried food and Korean sausage to also dip in the sauce. Very good and highly recommended. BTW, Jopok means gangster and the chain is popular in Korea and started near a trendy college area called Hongdae.

Topokki is little spicy to me even though I like spicy food. However, the topokki is very delicious. Moreover, fish cake and fish cake soup is excellent.

Had the boss set, definitely enough for two. The kimbab was huge and sooo good as well. Service is excellent, the owner there is very kind and attentive-kept checking on us and giving us extra stuff. Ambience is good too, big enough inside for distanced seating for at least 3-4 parties.
