went
over
twice
today

and
there's
such
a
big
difference
between
the
4am
staff
and
the
8am
staff
it's
not
even
funny.
Thanks
for
the
4am
girl
who
was
there
alone,
super
polite
and
great
customer
service.
The
second
time
around
the
girl
at
the
window,
said
"I
have
your
order
ready
you
can
pull
up"
I
said
okay
thanks
and
I
mean
there's
four
other
cars
in
front
of
me
so
I
left
my
car
on
parked
and
waited.
She
then
says
again,
"oh
could
you
pull
up
to
the
window,
it's
ready,
and
I
apologized
"oh
I'm
sorry
move
up
all
the
way
to
the
front?"
and
she's
laughing
and
answers
"
yes
that's
what
I
was
saying
to
pull
foward"
so
I
got
out
the
line
and
waited
parallel
to
their
drive
thru
and
I
let
the
girl
at
the
window
know
I'm
waiting
for
my
order,
she
half
nods
her
head,
two
cars
later
she
hollers,
"oh
you
have
to
come
inside
for
your
drink."
And
I
was
trying
to
explain
what
the
other
girl
had
said
about
pulling
to
the
window,
and
her
customer
service
answer
was
"this
is
the
window"
like
I
don't
know
what
a
window
is!
Telling
the
customer
the
obvious
thing
is
best
way
to
make
somene
feel
bad!
I
called
to
ask
for
Manager
and
the
shift
lead
tells
me
she
heard
the
conversation
and
says
"sorry
if
you
got
confused
she
only
asked
you
once
to
pull
foward"
"this
is
the
first
time
this
has
ever
happened
to
us".
"I
wish
we
had
something
to
prevent
cars
from
leaving"
so
why
wish
for
that
if
it's
the
"first
time
this
has
ever
happened"?
So
disappointed
and
frustrated.

Francine
and
I
don't
recall
the
name
of
the
other
girl
who
asked
me
to
pull
forward.
