Update 5/2/2021. First time visiting this location after my last bad review. No better this time. They do not keep place clean as you will see by the photos and this is the 1st Starbucks to charge for a pupachino and it was for my service dog. They charged it as heavy cream. I'm lactose intolerant and for the second time I ordered coffee with almond milk and got regular cow milk. So needless to say this made me supper sick. Also friends say the flavors of the drinks are inconsistent. Update: 7/6/2019. This locations needs managerial help. It's 9:30 PM and workers are already placing chairs on top of each other while customers are still in the store. This is also way before closing time. Customers feel like they were in the way and left before closing time. See picture attached.

Desiree at this location one of my favorite Starbucks locations was sweet to suggest me to try their Pumpkin Scone, Thanks love!! Omg it was super delicious not dry and with double icing on it..Yummm if you love Pumpkin anything try it out loves so worth it! I paired it with my Pumpkin spice cold brew No whip and almond milk with the pumpkin spice sprinkled on top Yeah that’s me😂🥰🎃

If you go drive thru the line is always long. This location is bigger than the normal Starbucks, they are allowing people to sit inside to use wifi and enjoy their drinks again at minimum capacity with 6ft apart. the staff is nice, the only thing I did not like is that none of Starbucks employees wear gloves to prepare your drinks. Most of the places were I have been in restaurants or people who handle our food wear gloves And caps to avoid food contamination or hairs 😐🙃 I guess they're the exception.

Ordered a caramel machiato easy on the milk and paid for extra shot of coffee and received an overloaded milk machiato .never fails almost all baristas.do this at Starbucks. Need more coffee than milk flavor please

Awesome Starbucks Team. Was greeted nicely as we entered Starbucks. Then a welcoming smile by one of the Starbucks team took our order. She did suggest some of the drinks there. Everything was in a perfect timely matter. We left happily with our drinks. Thank you Starbucks Team. You are all AWESOME!

Always check your orders, got charge for extra caramel, but does this looks like extra?

My Barista was rude when I pointed out my drink was incorrect. I am allergic to whipped cream so just scooping it off and handing the cup back to could have made me seriously ill. Some people are not being difficult.... and Starbucks isn't cheap so customers should get exactly what they ask and pay for.

3rd time in a row I order a hot coffee and it is cold. They put double cups so I can't tell it's cold until I get home. Beyond frustrated. I called the 1st time it happened and they offered me another coffee but I declined and said I just wanted them to be aware and correct but nope didn't happen.

A bit slow drive thru but worth the wait. Double 🌟s last day. Barista was attentive & courteous.

there’s a barista named joanne very rude i get she may get overwhelmed by all the people that go to the starbucks since it’s right next to paramount highschool but she is a very rude woman .drinks are good tho😁

This is a green tea frappe with soy milk. It’s delicious, please try it!

What can you say about Starbucks... I really don't care for their food that's overly priced and it's not fresh. Service is always good but of course as you slow.

I went over twice today 11/12/2022 and there's such a big difference between the 4am staff and the 8am staff it's not even funny. Thanks for the 4am girl who was there alone, super polite and great customer service. The second time around the girl at the window, said "I have your order ready you can pull up" I said okay thanks and I mean there's four other cars in front of me so I left my car on parked and waited. She then says again, "oh could you pull up to the window, it's ready, and I apologized "oh I'm sorry move up all the way to the front?" and she's laughing and answers " yes that's what I was saying to pull foward" so I got out the line and waited parallel to their drive thru and I let the girl at the window know I'm waiting for my order, she half nods her head, two cars later she hollers, "oh you have to come inside for your drink." And I was trying to explain what the other girl had said about pulling to the window, and her customer service answer was "this is the window" like I don't know what a window is! Telling the customer the obvious thing is best way to make somene feel bad! I called to ask for Manager and the shift lead tells me she heard the conversation and says "sorry if you got confused she only asked you once to pull foward" "this is the first time this has ever happened to us". "I wish we had something to prevent cars from leaving" so why wish for that if it's the "first time this has ever happened"? So disappointed and frustrated. Brianna, and Francine and I don't recall the name of the other girl who asked me to pull forward.

Staff is upbeat and on top of your order. I appreciate their suggestions and look forward to stopping here next time. Please keep it up - your employees are gold!

Received a wrong order but they smoothly changed it for me. At the end we both had a smile. They also allowed me to keep the wrong order instead of trashing it. I’m happy.

My coffee was great as usual Except for the fact that when they called my name I expect to pick it up at the pick up area and I'm waiting and she makes me walk back to cashier register...I walk to pick it up and the woman waiting with my drink has a horrible expression on her face , no smile no good attitude at least fake the good customer service..3 stars because the rest of the group or the location itself does not deserve a bad review

I love the friendliness and great customer service . I love how they make my iced Skinny vanilla latte with cinnamon on top. perfect to get my morning started !!! 😊👍

This is a clean place and friendly workers but the last 3 times I’ve ordered my Creme Caramel Crunch Frappuccino they were always out of Whipped Cream for my topping. Not sure why doesn’t whipped cream go on almost every drink? I was there Friday , Sunday and again yesterday. So disappointing doesn’t taste the same without whipped cream
