Bro ain’t no way every single time I go to this McDonald’s SOMETHING IS ALWAYS WRONG. my mom went today and she even had me talk to the girl through the phone which I did. Asked for a 10 piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour and she legit repeated the order. Tell my why my mom gets home and it’s a 6 piece with Buffalo sauce. I stg either get better workers or get your shi together because how on earth bruh.

Awful location. They were awful at just taking my order. They somehow misunderstood everything I ordered. I get to the window and clarify my order and they somehow still get it wrong. Told me suddenly they couldn’t add certain items to that I had originally ordered and they messed up and then still after all that forgot some parts of my order and didn’t put it in the bag. It was clear they didn’t care. Huge mistake going to this location.

Expect a long wait. Every time. They forgot my cookies. Probably don't need them. Lol, but I paid for them. My food sat on the counter while the sign said still in progress. After about 25 mins I asked if my order was ready, that's when they realized it had just been sitting there. They did switch out the fries without asking, but the rest of my food was cold. 😔 avoid this location if possible..

Is there any burger that doesn't have mayo? I bought 4 of the crispy chicken sandwiches and all 4 have no mayo...

Worst McDonald's ever who ever reads this stay away no joke waited 45 min in drive thru and then another 20 min didn't have coke and then still try to tell me they didn't have change so they try to short change me steam place dirty filthy manager should do something about it the employees that were there were just giggling drinking and eating their own food inside and high-fiving themselves no good real bad image for McDonald's

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru and instead of a small doctor pepper I got a LARGE COFFEE DISGUSTING!!!! AND THEY FORGOT MY LARGE FRIES AND MY CHICKEN NUGGETS HAD 4 INSTEAD OF 6

The service is always much faster than expected and it is fairly clean considering the area around it. The cleaning staff did stack the chairs in such an awkward and restrictive way during dinner hours… which was confusing and unnecessarily inconvenient. Otherwise I like this place

Went through the drive-thru order two McDoubles and was only given one so I came back and a young lady named Anayeli helped me right away got me my McDouble no charge she has great customer service which is really appreciated she made my day thank you.

Food lousy. Hamburger patty dry. Bun burn. Sweet tea had to wait 20 mins to get. Service suck h Had to wait +10 before order taken. Atmosphere? Get in get out type of thing. Table dirty. Could not get breakfast. Because 1 min late. For cashier order taker not up in front.

Ordered through delivery on the app (cause I can’t drive), wasted about 40 something dollars, took about 40-50 mins to get to my house to have only to get half of what I ordered. I ordered 2 combos for my sisters, a happy meal for my cousin, 3 cookies for my sister, 2 burgers/a 6 piece/ med fries for me. Out of all that I only received my 2 burgers, my 6 pieces, the happy meal, and all my drinks?? When my mom came back, sent her back to the store that’s LESS than a 10 minute drive, asked for the rest of my food only to be told that UberEats can only refund my order. I told them I ordered through the app, and they had Uber deliver. I told them I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my siblings food. Never got my sisters food, just left cause they kept denying me of the food. Don’t recommend, unless you want your order to always be missing. Never ordering here again.

Always getting orders wrong at this location. like how do you charge for a medium soda on a kids meal, never asked for an upcharge and when I asked to get the soda replaced I was given attitude , didn't want the refund just wanted a smaller cup for my child.

Ok first and foremost the layout of the drive thru is absolutely garbage and accident prone. The drive thru is hell trying to exit or enter don't know who thought to design this but holy cow it's horrible, be mindful when coming in. Staff is alright

Great customer service at this location. All the staff isvery pleasant, walking around and asking people if they need refills, napkins or anything. This is awesome. My order was right on, food was quick and fast. Highly recommend this location. Keep up with the great services McDonald's, there are people like me who loves what your doing. Workers are not welcoming. Orders are made wrong a lot of the times. They just remodeled this location. And they made it worse. They cut the dinning area by 30% The fountain drinks are now behind the register. It's crowded now in the dinning area.

My clerk was professional, efficient and kind. My food came out quickly and was fresh and hot; the way I like it.

I wish they could do better in serving their customers. Staff spens too much talking, and my food was cold. Drive thru Cashier didn't take my order right..

Been stopping by for a lunch on the weekly bases, shout out to Diana and the rest of the crew for handling rush hours appropriately, and keeping a cool. Great jobs guys

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 35 year on this earth. I moved to this area a year and a half ago and was happy to have a Mcdonald's so close by. However I have not had one good experience from this location. The food is ALWAYS bad. Some days worse than others but it is literally ALWAYS bad, whether it be dry, cold or wrong they do not care here. Fountain drinks rarely work. Never have promoted deals like Grimace's Birthday Meal and they don't honor requests for no ketchup etc. The "no ketchup" burger I received yesterday had EXTRA ketchup instead. This location has a dining room that isn't even open due to repairs or renovations and I'm here to say SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION ALREADY. I'LL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION WHEN IT TURNS INTO A SPIRIT HALLOWEEN! 0/10.

I found a dead rat in the restroom, I have never found something so repulsive and horrifying in the restroom before until entering the restroom in McDonald's. Not only that my food was gross, my chicken nuggets were cold and the breading was stale, my Mcchicken was dry the bun had no Mayo and included very little lettuce, McDonald's ruined my morning.

Mobile ordered my food for takeout, but when I got there all doors were locked. I had to get in a long drive through line. Online and on the door, time closes at 10pm. I got here at 930pm. Why are they not open for my order pickup? Even app said they were open for carry out. What a waste of time.

Very well behaved personal,...I'm new in the area ,could not find it due to overgrown trees surrounding the McDonalds logos....I hope to visit more often for breakfast, if god permits me...

I haven't bought any food here at this McDonald's location, but I have bought food in the Los Angeles areas and enjoyed the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast. I liked the food for the fish, chicken and hamburgers combination meals. I enjoyed them very much. The cashiers and waiters were very nice. I liked how they were constantly wiping off the tables and chairs, picking up trash from the floors after each customers. They were very conscious of keeping the place clean. So that the next person could experience what I experienced a nice atmosphere and a clean place.

oh ok customer service first time today and i just gotta say that i understand if they mest up your mobile order have a little consideration for the long line waiting behind th especially if its over a coffee or a small item .. dont complain over a coffee its not all about me you or the next person ots about having consideration for people but customer service is slow like every other McDonald's there all tha same they serve the drive thru before the people in the dining area

Went to place and order. The cashier was courteous. The food was served hot and the ice tea had ice on it. Great service

My coffee and ice cream cravings…definitely here!! Mom loves their apple pies…but I prefer their Strawberry and cream ones those are really delicious with their super delicious coffee…black strong and on point just like I like mine❤️🌻

Shut this McDonald’s down!! There is ALWAYS an issue going on here. They are always out of something or they’ll be “short staffed” and close dine in area hours before they’re supposed to. It’s such an inconvenience to go to this location. I can’t understand how they can manage to still run a business. Definitely the worst McDonald’s in the area.

A rated restaurant. Medium sized parking lot. Drive-through has two lanes one lane is for you to go around🔄🚙🛻 it to the drive-thru menu. It's basically a circle one way lanes➡️🔄. So if you don't see the drive-thru menu just keep going around until you get there🎙. And doors are open. If you got big orders go inside. And don't forget about your mask. They're wearing it 😷so you should wear it to.
