    I usually don’t have any issues with this Walmart, however today I went to grab a few things and when I was in the beauty department the associate told me that I wasn’t allowed to have a cart in that area. I probably wouldn’t have thought anything of it had there not been like 4 other people with carts in that area. I just happened to be the only black person there. I have never been told I can’t have a cart IN THE ISLE INSIDE THE STORE. That ruined my entire experience and I felt COMPLETELY disrespected. I should’ve gotten a manager involved but at that point I was so upset I didn’t feel like arguing. I’m new to California and am not used to that kind of treatment. I truly hope she gets what she deserves because that was absolutely unacceptable. If she believed I was stealing, she should’ve gotten her supervisor.and I would’ve gladly emptied my bag so they can see that I didn’t take anything. I won’t be going back there.

    Okay, no matter how frustrating my shopping experience gets with crowds or rude customers... there's one person who works there that always makes it worth it. His name is Gary, tall cool white grey beard and the biggest happiest personality!!! He checks the receipts and adds happy faces and always makes the shopping trip worth it. He's got Disneyland energy!!! Someone thank him for me 😁

    If I could rate this a zero I would. I've never in my life left a bad review about any company but this walmart NEVER picks up the phone. I have been calling for 2 days straight, numerous times a day because my pickup order was missing a couple of items. I just want a refund and can't even get anyone on the phone to answer it. In the last 3 months I've done 5 pickup orders at this location and without fail have always been missing items. Not once have I ever received all of my items in an order. I've never once complained but this time I honestly just want my money back for items I paid for but never got and can't get a single person to answer the pickup number or even other departments to pick up. Pharmacy was the only department to actually answer and the nice mam told me he couldn't help me but could transfer my call,which he did but no one ever answered like always. Terrible. Don't bother calling. They rarely pick up. Very disappointing. Will not return to this location.

    Walmart Have lost their mind if Think That all customers Want to work for Walmart I don't want to work for Walmart when I go in there I want someone to check Me out I do not want to self serve Walmart is full of it Stop being cheap and pay people to work for you Customers that want to do self checking is fine but I don't want to I don't shop Amazon because I'm not a online person but I'm a begin to be a online person if you think I have to check myself out

    Been coming here a Long time. Am familiar w the store so I don't spend a lot of time looking for stuff. Has some that needs to be done to make it better But they have Long Time Employees who are wonderful. I look for their friendly faces every time I go

    Rude, unprofessional staff with NO KEYS!!! But we all know they are lying 🤥! Waited more than 20mins for someone actually be kind enough to stop and help who had a keys! That wasn't a manager ! Quote by rude staff claimed ONLY manager had keys! I failed to mentioned GHETTO employees! Worse than Compton walmart!!! Smh.

    It's a Walmart, some may experience something different than me. Some employees tend to somewhat do their own thing rather than work but that's to be said about every industry. Came here to insert new tires I got online since it had got delivered. Have to make an appointment, it took about an hour or so since cars were in front of me.

    Need more people at registers. The whole self checkout slows down the process of checkout due to people not knowing how to proceed with produce. Not sure who is the female manager but on a single day in about 3 different locations of the store I witnessed her mistreating employees. What a horrible thing to witness. It's really off-putting.

    The employees are nice. BUT, I bought 2 boxes of crackers last week. 1 of the boxes tasted/smelled bad, so I emailed the manufacturer to let them know that they had a bad batch come through. The 2 boxes were different batches. The other box I had purchased was expired according to the manufacturer and I was to return that back to the store. The very next day, I'm in the grocery section and I see the exact same expired box of crackers from the previous day. It had the same rack # and expiration date, I know this because when I emailed the manufacturer about it, they asked me for this information. Be careful of expired products!

    This particular location is the worst curbside pickup of all the Walmarts I have visited. They mark your order as picked up and take 30+ minutes to bring the order out. I’m the only car here!! Why does it take 45 minutes to get an order you mark as “Ready to pick up”?? Downey Walmart ten times better than this one. Inside even worse. 2 cashiers no matter how many people are waiting to pay. Lines around the store waiting to get out. That’s why I tried curbside and that was even worse. Zero stars if I could

    horrible place and behavior of employees not wanting to help wait an hour and a half to get help buying a bike. I went twice with the supervisor and annoyed she told me that she didn't speak Spanish and she couldn't help me. and an hour before she understood my Spanish. my mistake not taking her name I just remember that she has black hair, she is short but a terrible place I will not return

    DONT BUY ITEMS FOR BABYSHOWERS or GIFTS. It’ll be a total nightmare for recipient to comeback and exchange if needed. Don’t even take that chance. Idk how they figured that it’s not a possibility for someone to loose the gift receipt in the middle of other gift bags and paper wrap. They won’t let you exchange them without a receipt even if they are literally the only store who sells that item. PATHETIC. Horrible insight to their customers needs from Walmart.

    Very busy a little bit irritated. The trading cards I eat baseball Pokemon Yu-Gi-Oh Magic the Gathering are all at 1 register with a very very very long line and it's the Speedy checkout line it makes no sense but other than that the guy who helped me was really friendly the girl at the register was great just long lines and a little irritated about where the trading cards are located

    I can't walk more then 10 minutes before my lower back begins to put pressure on my disc so when I walk in I asked the door greeters that are very friendly and helpful if they have any carts for handicap l they tell me to sit until the next person turns them in I love the new store as used remodeled it learning the movie merchandise keep up the good job and your stuff are all helpful thank yous

    This review is really for one "Mr.Patricio" who works in Wal Mart Super Center in Paramount, CA. Myself & another customer were waiting in the Auto- motive Dept. for an employee to show up as we had pushed the "call button". Several minutes later I decided to go look for a worker. The electronics cashier was so engulfed in the customer that I was non-existing. I tried to get the attention of a few other employees coming back & forth From that busy back door. Much to my feelings of defeat, I thot I'd give it another shot & right around the corner there HE was. Putting his area together & taking care of his part. So, I asked him, "Would you please help myself & another customer over in Automotive?" Without hesitation he got up & walked over w/ me. The customer who was waiting told him he had been waiting for a half hour. Mr. PATRICIO TOOK CARE OF US IN NO TIME FLAT. He was such a pleasant person he never once got upset because I asked him to help us in what appeared to NOT be his Dept. I just think this was worth a mention in the reviews. It's not often you can grab a worker & he just happened to have the keys to the lock up cases we needed. So, Thank You Mr. PATRICIO. You're doing a fantastic job. 👍Thumbs up to YOU!!! A+for a positive attitude & a good experience!!

    Never, NEVER, picks up the phone. Doesn't matter which department. If you SOMEHOW manage to get a hold of someone, they will put you on hold, indefinitely. I don't understand how such a big store with so many employees can't ever answer the phone (seems like this is pretty common from other reviews)

    This Walmart doesn't really care about customer service. Complain to corporate and they'll make all these apologies and tell you the store manager will contact you, blah, blah, blah..No one from the store calls because if you complain you must be the problem because they can't do any wrong and cover each other if they do and it starts with the manager on down.

    I love this Walmart because I got a great deal on this $3 plush animal! It definitely made my day and in the same day I bought my item I reccomended this Walmart for its spectacular deals! Walmart is such a great place to shop. They have wonderful deals and great prices. At Walmart my experience was wonderful. Everything was so organized and the employees were so kind. The welcomed me inside the store, they scanned my items when I needed a price check on the $3 stuffed animal. When I realized it was $3 dollars I was so happy that I bought a couple more to share with friends and familys for the upcoming holiday. Thank you Walmart for making my day so great! You deserve my whole heart! :)

    Overall, I like Walmart and I shop here a lot, but I super suggest everyone CHECK THE AMOUNT YOU'RE BEING CHARGED AT CHECK OUT BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY RING UP HIGHER THAN WHAT'S POSTED ON THE SHELF. I recently purchased something that rang up higher on the register so I was told that in order for the price on the shelf to be honored I'd have to take a picture of the product with the price on the shelf. I did that and the cashier still made a big deal about honoring it, going into the Walmart app and saying the price on the shelf was the online price and the actual price was higher. IDGAF! The price on the shelf is what has to be honored. SMFH.

    It was just ok. I expected to find more items since it was a super store. I went especially to look for a beautiful quilt but the variety was very low. I shopped around for different things like a dish drain and they only had black or white plastic. Needless to say I was disappointed 😞

    Walmart shopping center is the Best shopping center that I visit 3aweek,the quality of product is 100% is originally made by US.Branded product,fresh vegetable. And all worker in Walmart are friendly,and helpful to those who need assistance.

    I always enjoy going to Wal-Mart. It reminds me of the 99 cent store you going to get one thing, you come out with 10, and without what you originally went in for. I go and get a lot of George Brand jeans. Can't beat the price of about $10 and you can wear them to work or dinner. I got nothing bad to say about Walmart.

    Loved this mall as one of the best as it had a lot of different shops too which are not too expensive. Check their website for a guide. Beware: it's a little hard to find good parking as you can get lost and accidentally park in the village thinking you've arrived, but the mall is right in front of the village! Make sure you don't miss the entrance.

    So I went to buy an item in it's normal section (had been marked down) I proceeded to go check out, and the manager/CSM LITERALLY YELLED at me "Not for sale! These have a sign for black friday!" I felt so humiliated and felt like crying since she yelled infront of all the people there. First of all there where NO signs there..second there wS no reason to yell. I got home and cried from the stress. She could have said "sorry we can't sell it". But she yelled at me like If I stole it. Hope this heartless woman gets sensitivity training

    I like this walmart better than apollo way. Apollo is too busy and always has lines. Always stocked and organized. Returns are super eay and they finally separated the cash and money order services.

    Always well stocked. Everything you need. Not my usual "Walmart" but it is closer and good for quick trips. I noticed this one had a much different clothing selection that my usual Walmart. Saw a few men looking through the better dress selections. Some lucky ladies out there getting a new outfit.

    This has turned in to one of many in the communities with minorities. Everything is locked up so it feels like they assume you will steal the items. In addition, to go into the self-care section you have to leave your cart. Not pleasant !

    What can you say about Walmart. They have most of what we needed and the price was fair. Some times things are hard to find but we find most of it. It was clean and pleasant.
