Stater Bros is a Fine market! I am in LOVE with the meat counter! The staff is very friendly n helpful. Their steaks are top notch n reasonably priced. It was my hubby's birthday, so steaks, baked spuds n salad it was And who doesn't Love a charcuterie plate for Dinner!

Staff was very helpful through out my shopping experience.

Yes the guy in the meat department was really nice I found me some oxtail and he was willing to just sell me a little bit of it and not the whole package so that was very nice of him .

Sad, run down. Horrible steaks. Meat glued steaks are all they have. No more meat glued Frankenstein steaks! Why is the bakery making bolillo when there are plenty of good Mexican bakeries making bolillo? Go back to making fresh kaiser rolls. Beer selection sucks they dont carry Hamms or moose head anymore.

The store manager is mean and heartless. I've been coming to this store over 20yrs. This new manager talk to me like I was a slave on a plantation, just because I had my 10 pound dog in my cart. I suffer from Severe Depression and my Dr suggested I get a dog for the Depression. I have seen in this store, seeing eye dogs I've met the couple who had two in the store. Owners with there backpack on with there dog in the backpack or purse,etc. Nothing was ever said to them. I see why people with mental concerns go nuts!

Grocery store aspect is fine, but I just left here about a minute ago. I was using their coinstar machine. I had a lot of coins. A hefty Walmart bag full. As I was putting my coins in the rent a cop "security" kept coming really close to me. He passed by about 4 or 5 times. Like, too close in my personal space. Like one more time, I was about to ask him if I was doing something wrong and why he was coming up to me. As I was letting my coins run and be processed while I was finishing he came up behind me and pressed "I'm done" on the coinstar without even saying anything. I genuinely thought this was just some random guy that wanted to use the machine but it was the "security guard". This guy needs a talking to and a lesson on personal space it was getting on my nerves and making me want to say something to him. It was very unprofessional of him and he could've used his words to say something to me instead of being weird.

I love stater bros but this location for the last few times has given me rotten poultry in the butchery. I went in and told the manager my shrimp has gone bad the next day. He switched it for me. I even thought it was my fault. The shrimp I got smelled so bad the next day. My wife for food poisoning. I went back and got the chicken. Froze it immediately (put in seperate freezer ziplock bags, opened it about two days later and it smelled so bad it stank up the house and we had to air it out. Sad to leave stater bros because it’s been my to go. Now we go to el Super to buy meat, fish, chicken, shrimp. about 4 min away from stater bros. Other than that they got good non butcher items !

Clean, nice cashier and very helpful. So is the bag person. As far as management, no where to be found. I was going to suggest that he should park the shopping carts by the entry of the store, cause it more better, than getting a shopping carts by the exit. Wrong on whoever thought of that, beside customers that are exiting, you will tend to bump into each other. Other that Staters Brothers grocery is the best. But Where was management on a weekday morning that me and my spouse shopped

Friendly environment overall and quick cashiers and grocery baggers (if that's the term). They put your groceries away for you to keep the flow at a good pace.

Excellent service the butcher shop I needed to find butter and I asked a clerk, she dropped what she was doing and personally took me to the butter section. The cashier and her assistant were absolutely fabulous they went on and beyond the call of duty. They greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing and if we found all that we were looking for.

Love this old neighbor store. I know where everything is, the produce is fresh, and the service is friendly. Go or send Instacart. You'll be glad you did.

I haven't been to a Stater Bros in years! So when I saw this I was super excited to go inside. Although I only bought some lunchables and water 😭

The store is clean and all of the young guys are nice. Young man named Austin was such a big help walked with me thru the store and helped me get what I needed

Honestly, the fact that they bag your items is definitely top tear!!

I love this store, but keep your head on a swivel. Not a great area.

The bakers are really nice and do a great job.

Same great store, another location! i really spent time (and money) in the deli area. Such great salads, deli turkey, and service! I have since shopped here at least a couple more times since then and will be back in the next day or two. There was one individual who was as helpful as a programmed robot (in another part of the store), hence the four stars instead of five.

Everything was great until a female cashier with dreadlocks in the express check stand didn't want to help me because I was over 5 items and there was no one else in line trying to pay. It's ridiculous that they work this way

Was in and out pretty quickly even when it was busy. Shelves fully stocked, store was clean and workers very friendly.

Been going to Staters for over 35 years. Their produce department is better than most and their deli is fairly reasonable as is their meat.

Great store if u want toget in & out of the store quickly. They also have a great variety of items, not found in other grocery stores.

Stater Bros has been around a long time because they have consistently delivered good products at reasonable prices. Vegies are select and hold well under refrigeration. Meats are reasonably priced. I have never come out unhappy.

This store has a wide variety of products; I especially like the Produce Section, along with the Meat and Seafood Section where all of meats are misted to keep them fresh.

Very clean and organized. Well stocked. All employees I dealt with were very kind and friendly. First time there and I will return!

I was in here Sunday afternoon and like usual all of the workers are friendly but the young girl with the purple glasses who bagged my items did an awful job! I'm not sure if they get trained on how to separate the items when bagging but it should be common sense. All of the bagged items were mixed (cold, heavy, dry items, produce) and just thrown in the bag messy. One bag had the bananas at the bottom, a boxed item on top and the milk gallon tossed on top of the light items.... the raw chicken pack was crushing a cereal box ☹️ it was just very messy bagging.

This store is clean. They actually bag your groceries for you. The cashiers are always friendly. The employees that stick shelves are rude but the new guy at the meat counter is super friendly.

Good place to shop and the only place that carries my favorite peanut butter.

Excellent service and very convenient, close to my home. Is just that I have notice that when I pay my groceries with my debt card sometimes I ask for cash back, from $40 to $50. Do to not to have a credit union or a bank near by the store, is very convenient for me to get some cash, and most of the cashiers change their attitude towards me making me feel uncomfortable. I'm not aware if that makes them short with cash, but if this is the case, I'll will like to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, and I will keep on shopping at my 2 favorite Stater Brothers locations.
