People are rude here and they always close during the day time only drive thru is open . I came in a bike and they denied me service even the hours says 9 to 7pm . They don't have a good customer service .

I will put one star if it was sunday couse sundays its a chinese bi.##&! Tha its so disrespectful and rude , but today i was attended for the cashier amparo and she gave me a great custumer service.

Some Asian ladies was really rude with me for no reason she didn't offered kepchup o nothing and sandwich with no kepchup it's no the same all I said if she was in a bad mod just stay home is alot people that really want to work and is not Good work in customer service with that actitude. I couldn't enjoy my spicy chicken couse it was dry

I was on my way home the other day and went through the drive thru, at the speaker, the lady taking my order sounded so professional and friendly. At the window when I paid for my food, Claudia re-read my order when I realized it was her voice through the speaker. When I complimented her voice, she had such a pretty smile while she thanked me. While handing me my food, she let me know what was in what bag while warning me that the bottom of the bag might be hot and asked if there was anything else she could get me. I never had such great customer service here before. The food never tasted better either, the curly fries were hot and fresh and the Jumbo Jack was great too. 10/10 will come back again!

The manager was really rude only had drive-through,not enough help and had to go around on drive-through because they forgot part of my order

Got the Snoop Dogg meal but it was entirely too hot couldn't even eat it I wish I knew it was hot I would not have never got it

The girl at the drive-thru window was really sweet.... but my chicken sandwich was made awful. Barely any mayo and a flimsy tiny piece of lettuce 😠 what is this?!

I got a free jumbo Jack with my rewards points and ordered fries also when I get my order and see my jumbo Jack it looks and was small as hell I think they gave me a Jr jumbo Jack this is not good unfair very unfair if this is what you guys do shame on all of ya'll sad visit to Jack in the Crack

I'm not sure how much easier a customer can make it order because all I wanted was a plane Jumbo Jack with only pickles and secret sizes now I said playing hamburger so I come and get my burger from the window get to my destination to have lunch lo and behold there's cheese in there I mean I didn't say cheeseburger and I absolutely said plain how hard could that be

This is my local jack in the box and it's pretty good service is ok food is always fresh made they will have good drive thru people one day next day it's some rude person but for most part this is a pretty good establishment way better than jack in the box on Downey/alondra

Fries always either recorded or cold,....what is so hard about making the French fries when you order them! (FRESH) I mean everytime this is a issue at this location... please stop being lazy and do your job correctly.

Always have great service at this location, staff is very attentive and also keep the area very clean. Observed them immediately cleaning up every table and area surface that is used as soon as that customer leaves to prepare it for the next customer. This lends itself to more confidence in the overall quality of the food a d did safety. Good job

Sucks drive thrue takes a long period of time and the girls who are taking the orders are very rude

My wife and I drove through the drive thru, ordered our food, the guy taking our order confirmed that he had it correct but they still got our order wrong, plus the older lady that handed us the bag with the food, was rude.. I wouldn't recommend this jack in the box location 👎

Jacks n I go WAY back to the early 70's! You either love them or are not a fan. I LOVE their tacos, same ones I've been eating since bell bottom days.

Drive thru service it's amazing the food it's always good stop by and try super star i got the combo 7 food delicious

It's a pretty busy Jack but it's cuz they accept EBT so a lot of people go there cuz of that I'm pretty sure

Staff is fairly polite and friendly. The orders is usually correct but ever since COVID-19 if you doesn't ask for a straw, napkins, etc. you won't get any. When they are busy the drive through line does get long but moves quickly once the order is placed. As for the food... It's above average it actually taste fresh not like it's been sitting around. The few times we've actually stepped inside it was a bit messy but that could be because it's directly across the street from a High School and they probably get more foot traffic. Also, the dinning room is now closing at 5pm.
