I used to love to come to Alondra wings long ago.. Turns out our bill was a $110 for 1 michelada..3 iced teas an order of cheese balls one pizza and 25 wings.. The wings were super small slightly overcooked and basically 25 wings were $39 this is really unheard of . They get 2 stars only because the pizza was rather good but for hot wing place to serve those tiny wings for that price is outrageous.. never again. Quality has gone down....

I ordered 16 wings online and arrived early (I hate cold food). When I arrived, the manager (identified herself as Vicky) stated my food was not yet ready. After a few minutes, I saw she packaged up another patrons order (Pizza and wings) and handed it to him. He left and returned a short while later (less than 5 minutes) and had a togo box of wings in his hands. He started to explain she (Vicky) gave him the wrong order when she said "Yeah, I was just looking at that". She took the box from him and set the box on the prep counter. She then went to the back to get his correct package (I thought it was odd that she wouldn't have immediately disposed of those wings given they had left with a customer outside of her vision AND during covid. So for that reason I kept track of that box). After correcting that customers order, she then took the wings to the back and placed them on the warming table in the kitchen where they sat. I purposely positioned myself so that I can keep view of the box of wings. She then whispered to a staff member something, that staff member then went to retrieve the box. They then tried to bag up the box of wings and the extra sauces that I ordered to give to me! I immediately objected. Not only is that unsanitary, but also put my health at greater risk given those wings had left the buidling with another patron during COVID-19! I am going to report this to the health department also. If they are doing this, no telling what else they have done to unsuspecting patrons.

This used to be the go to place for good pizza and wings. Sadly, the quality of the food has gone downhill. Ordered the Godfather pizza with extra pepperoni. The pizza didn't look anything like the photo. The $10 3 meat pizza from Little ceasar has way more toppings compare to this pizza not worthy of the Godfather name. You could say I was pizza catfished. The last nail in the coffin was a large hair embedded inside the cheese. This place will still live in my nolstagic memory of a time of yore when the food was great similar to Pizza Hut, but like Pizza Hut they cheapen out on what made them great while jacking up the prices.

One of the best wing restaurants I have been to in the LA area. The flavors are just better than at other places

Love the food here, reason why we keep coming back. But over the years the customer service has got so bad, that it’s becoming hard to keep supporting this business. I remember when this place was a small little hole in the wall in the corner of Alondra and paramount, it was a hidden Gem, I wouldn’t even mind waiting to be seated or to get my order to Go. Now you come in and the place is empty and they still tell you the wait is 15-20 minutes while all the workers are just talking to one another. If someone in the management team or ownership sees this, please try to fix this issue. You will be losing a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Attached is a picture of 4 empty tables right in front of the waiting are, meanwhile they have 4 families waiting.

This review is to reflect my order for super bowl sunday..I pre-ordered 60 wings for superbowl early Saturday when the restaurant first opened. The manager Mike was friendly, took my order and made me feel confident that the wings were gona be great and worth the 130.00 I paid for them.On Sunday when I came in to pick up my order at my assigned 12:00 pick up window the order was in two tins, hot wrapped up and ready to go (so I didn't get to look inside). When I got home, less then 10 min later we opened up the order and I was absolutely angry at the sight. The wings were extremely over cooked, their was hardly any kind of sauce on any of them and some were even burnt to a crisp.I tried calling to see if there was a way I could have either a new batch made or my money refunded but nobody ever answered the phone.IVE HAD BETTER FROM WING STOP FOR NOT EVEN A QUARTER OF THE PRICE AND THAT SAYS ALOT,I WILL NEVER ORDER/EAT HERR AGAIN.👎👎

This spot is not busy like it use to be. Could be because they don't have that many beer selections anymore. But one thing is for sure. Those lemon pepper wings are 🔥🔥.

Havnt been here for a couple of years. Alot has changed the menu the staff. Some good some bad. Less items on the menu. They still have cheese balls which is great. But they were missing the gold of fashion burger with an egg in it. Service was good.

The Greatest when it comes to pizza and wings!! I have not been to the location in about 3 years but the cheese balls this time around had no cheese in them at all... very very sad. Usually there is a 30 minute wait but this saturday was more like 15 minutes... Mafia Themed menu is cool

The Cheese Balls are a perfect balance of cheese and bread, the Garlic sauce is a tad salty for me personally, but absolutely delicious. The pizza Margherita was good

My first time here. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. The host and servers were quick, friendly and attentive. I ordered the mushroom pizza🍕... it was perfect😋. My Michelada was just right🍺 We arrived during happy hour, so the prices were great, all HH items were $7👍Kid friendly menu😋I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Update Review: I loved eating here because of the pizza and wings. It has gotten more expensive but that to be expected. What I'm extremely disappointed with is their version of, what used to be called, The Alcatraz Pizza. My other photos show what the the Alcatraz pizza looked like, it was loaded to the top with pepperoni, it's the way I love pizza. Now with the new one which is called, I believe, Alondras Pepperoni Pizza, it's 100% different and no where near what the Alcatraz was. It's such a shame because I loved their pizzas and while it's still good, it's not a pizza I will be craving. Their wings are still good. Love the wings and pizza here. We got here at a good time and I'd say about 20 minutes later it became about a 30 to 1 hour wait. I suggest coming early if not you'll be waiting a good while if you come during the evening. Either way I love the food. Pricey but good for once in a while.
