Very very bad experience with the cashier and the food was wrong order and they don’t give my money back!!

They changed their fries and they are hard and disgusting. This was one of my favorite locations. I'm moving on. I'm a fry girl. So sad to have to say goodbye 😭

This used to be a good burger place, but now it is just another regular place to eat just for the portions, Hamburgers not so tasty, chili taste like water and fries are not good anymore.

Tams has my heart for life. Good food, reasonable prices, great portions. Also, I love that there’s a drive through so I can go looking crazy as I want to early in the morning for my breakfast burrito. Which is excellent btw. One of my favorites. Everybody doesn’t do them great. They do get very busy depending on the time of day. They could do a better job at making sure the right person grabs the order at the counter. . Customer service isn’t horrible, but you can tell when the workers are a little stressed due to it being super busy, and I can understand that.. overall I love this place. Also, despite how busy it gets I never have a problem finding parking when I wanna go inside.

The female at the cashier had a horrible attitude. They need to trained their staff way better then this. This isn’t the first time either she always seems like she doesn’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job then go look for another one…

Where do I begin? The lady taking our order got it wrong. When it was time to get our food 2 other customers were trying to steal our order saying it was theirs. Literally we're touching our food because they said they asked for it to go. The worker then asked for their ticket and saw it was not theirs and laughed cuz they got caught. Then we had to ask for bacon on the burger the cashier got wrong. Got back in line and waited another 15 min. Over all it was terrible and very very ghetto. NEVER going back.

Breakfast, very good and healthy plate...I had the hashbrowns and eggs and bacon with toast The food was very good ,every day when I pass by I always see a long line ...

Found a fried bee in my food. 😭 Honestly funny but same time disgusting. Thank god im not allergic to bee’s but please be mindful of this.

Update.. Had to drop a star. Came in the morning, not so busy, and they forgot one of my items. Tisssk tisssk.. Decent place. Not to big on the burgers but the Breakfast burrito and the 3 pancake special is good. Update: breakfast burritos are so bland! I also wish they wouldn't chop up the bacon and sausage. Seems like theres hardly in there. I mean, the size is cool n all but the flavor isnt there for me. I also did go late night so I dont know if that had something todo with it.

Tam's has been recommended to me many time by friends. Tam's did not disappoint! Came on a Saturday for lunch. Moderately busy inside but drive thru was very busy. Worker on the deep frier was fast and busy! My daughter made a comment to how fast he was. All the workers in the line were busy. Received our food quickly and had all the condiments in my bag ready to go. Food was very good and plentiful. Will be back again.

Good food but expect a wait. Also there is currently a shortage of chicken so if you are looking forward to a fried chicken dinner, you will have to wait for the suppliers to restock. Burgers and sandwiches are good and their fries are the best in the game

Very good taste and love this place it's clean and very good customer service I always take family size love it.

Great food. I had the pastrami dinner with extra pickles and mustard and it was delicious. Chili cheese fries are also a good choice. Prices have really increased.

I am very disappointed check your order before you leave. I ordered 2 family packs and 2 order's of chicken strips and 1 order of onion rings when I got home the fries are hard and old and no chicken strips I called they had me on hold for 15 minutes I my daughter got there they argued with her that they did give us all the food gave her aditud am pretty sure the have camera's that they can check

The only thing that I get is the chili cheese fries. Everything else is overpriced and not worth it. The burgers used to be $1. Now, they are $5, and nothing changed. You get a thin patty and a lot of shredded lettuce, and like I said, it doesn't taste good.

Great burger place. Their overall menu is pretty tasty, Good place to go for burgers specialty fries, onion rings, wings, etc. The family pack is where it's at though. Perfect meal if you don't feel like preparing food during the weekend.

They have the best breakfast burritos! I couldn't even finish it . They have excellent service friendly staff and really clean!! 👍

I called to tell her they gave me RANCH event tho it specifically said NO RANCH ONLY THOUSAND. I CALLED to complain she said with her teenage self "okay? You wanna come back?" No, I'm home. She said okay come back tomorrow with the ranch and receipt. You really want this ranch back 😂 okay I'll bring it (marinated ) the wing sauce is wack too

Best Hamburgers in Southern California. I been coming to this location since I was 10 years old. And the Burgers has always been as good or better now. And the Chilly Chess Asada Fries 🔥🔥 very different from your traditional Asada Fries Tams our way better by far.

The food was good, the service for my takeout was fine. I enjoyed having breakfast available during late hours. They have drive thru available and apparently that's new according to a banner. I'll have to figure that one out. The establishment is in a strip mall and they made a place for cars to come out between the buildings, but no obvious way in...at least at night. I assume they have a path around to the back of the buildings somewhere or an entrance from a side street.

Always great food at a good value! For years Tam's have been one of the best burger stores available! I'm talking about the good places, not McDonald's Jack in the box or Burger King.

You can't never go wrong with Tams Burgers. For the same price of going to the "Competition" you get more French Fries... and they never hold out on the ketchup. They also have more on their menu that would please any one hungry enough.

They did not make my order correctly. I do not live near by and when I called to let them know ,because I was charged extra for my special order, they had no solution for me but to bring it back. Again I do not live near by so I couldn’t go back and all the manager said was there was nth he can do for me unless I drive all the way back. Rude an unacceptable for the amount of money I spent here. Never again!

The employees here are on it. Lots of communication, everyone knows their job in this assembly line. Outstanding workers, super fast and with a smile . Definitely will return .

Do not let lines in the drive-thru scare you.The service is always fast and friendly. The food is delicious and they serve big portions. It is wheelchair accessible and they have plenty of seating.

I got cheeseburger and it was really good. BUT they charged me for two burgers when I only asked for one. Noticed it when I was already home. Make you look at your receipt when your there.

Food is good but the drive thru person today (10-12-2022 @ 9:58 am) was just horrible. Like I get it but if you don’t like your job get another one. Rushing us to finish the order is annoying, when you’re not paying attention to what we are ordering. Repeated to us 3 times the wrong order and got upset when we told her she wasn’t paying attention. And no it wasn’t that she couldn’t hear us we were yelling. The unnecessary attitude and lack of attention was not it. We come here often never had this issue. The food is great and the service is usually too. But today Jesus!

Hadn't been here in over 25 years. Still as good as I remember it from my teenage years. They always had great chili cheese fries and their regular fries dipped in thousand island dressing mixed with ketchup, the best! 😋

I can't ever pass up my favorite cheeseburger special with its great taste along with the delicious orange bang.... honey.😜 the crew are beautiful inside & out. Their customer service is so friendly and they give me happy vibes always. Great job 🌟
