    A rating restaurant. Plenty of parking space. I order double chicken tostada salad And it came out pretty good. Nothing to complain. No burn chicken 👍and they actually fill it up the tostada💯. It's a drive-thru only🚙🚗. there's also curbside pickup.

    Some of the employess here are greatmost times they are not. They act as though they are constantly inebriated and it shows with their quality of work. They act like they can't hear you when you order and then the next moment their rushing you or raising their voice. The manager is worthless she allows the employess to be disrespectful. She seems to care more about wearing tight jeans and switching infront of her male employess. They need to fire most of the people there and bring in a new batch of enthusiastic employees

    The food is always on point here. The restaurant is always clean. Every time I come have lunch. They have someone cleaning the tablets and floors. A+

    The reason I want to call attention to this is because of the quantity of plastics we have to use for the guacamole sauce, they should open the salsa self serve counter, if the excuse is the pandemic thing, I think they better close the dine in restaurant, I can tell you are not saving money this way and the most important it doesn’t help to reduce the plastic contamination. Other than that everything else was good.

    Horrible service We ordered ahead so we could simply pick it up. We received the notification that our food was ready living a short drive from there we show up to see a large amount of cars in the drive-thru also noticing a sign that said only drive-thru we waited in line for more then 30 minutes and lines would not move. I called the restaurant so they could give me my order, employee who answered was rude telling me that they are busy Iwhen on to explain that I been waiting for more then 30 minutes and that my food is sitting on the counter.he simply reply wait in line that has not moved. Asked to speak with the manager. After all that I got my food cold and really unappealing

    El Pollo Loco corner of Orange, and Alondra Hmm Yummy grill chicken with thier mix tomato,avocado,hot pepper and affordable to our budget.

    after visit my friend the way stop by for dinner, food was good ,but one Mexican lady look like unhappy to service us, cause racism, feeling bit sad 👎

    My girlfriend & I used a coupon for 2 meals for $10.99 which was a great value. It included 4 pieces of chicken, 2 loco salads, two side dishes, & 2 churros for desert! Adding just 1 drink allowed us to use a 2nd coupon, and we were able to receive a free beef avocado quesadilla for spending at least $11.99 total. The friendly girl helping us recommended the beef & we agree it is very good!

    Chicken still has the same great flavor, but they are small pieces. Used to get the BRC burrito which was always our favorite, but something is different & smaller too.fries, salsa, etc. is good. Miss how it used to be prepared back in the 90's.

    This pollo loco is usually pretty busy but the service is fast here inside and drive thru whatever condiments u request will always be in your bag there really good with taking orders and making sure u drive away happy without having to worry about getting home just to find out something is missing not here they do a great job and I highly recommend this place

    Don’t come here store is open and they won’t serve you they claim it’s only online orders but restaurant hours are posted which makes no sense not a single time have I came here and been served right that’s why I never come here and if you order online to pick they close the restaurant door so they don’t have to help you this is literally the worst pollo loco I have been too and I only go to it because it’s in my city but I prefer to drive 15 min out of the way to not deal with who ever is running this place. Do Not Waste you’re money coming here

    To be honest this location is close to my job so I do lunch here a lot. But I have only ordered the double chicken salad bowl. The food is well prepared and always delicious. The wait in line through drive through is not long. I love that. But...never enough chicken in my DOUBLE chicken order. I've complained and they offered chicken on the side but that's an extra four dollars plus tax. So, really that's my only complaint. Other than that, this location is great with plenty of roomy parking for big vehicles which is also a big plus.

    Even though this location is a little further than the one on Cherry & Market, we prefer to come to this one. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Order is always correct, and they provide everything on request like plates and plastic ware. This is our preferred Pollo Loco location.

    This location appears to be understaffed. Waited 20 minutes for my order and only received because I asked. 3 other people ahead had not yet been served. Dispatching employee looked overwhelmed with so many orders and no help.

    I became sick last night after eating the salsa that was bad, old, sour or whatever. I ordered a shrimp tostada, and 2 piece breast with sides. While eating the tostada I was also eating the salsa. I could not tell it was sour at that time. When eating the wing and breast I put salsa on my floured tortia. That is when I tasted the salsa and how bad it really was to be eating it. But, I had already digested the salsa with the tostada, which camouflaged the bad taste it was awful. I woke up about 4:00am feeling nauseous. I went to throw up, nothing would come up. Now, mind you, my stomach is still hurting. Try to use the commode, it helped my stomach some. I drank some ice water and laid down. Eventually, I went back to sleep.

    Worst experience ever at a pollo loco, it makes the one on lakewood/Rosecrans look good... Employee didn't know what he was doing and even gave me an attitude.. I frequent this chain at least 3 times a month but for sure will not return to this location 👎

    Food was good but the restaurant was so dirty. Bathroom, dining area all dirty. There was no clean table to eat. We asked 3 times for someone to come clean our table before our order was ready. They finally came when we were halfway done eating and had to move pick up everything and move it out of the way so he could clean. Which we didn't want to have to do and that's why we insisted on getting a table cleaned before we got our food. I'm not sure if they were having a meeting or just on break but there was a large group of employees sitting together in the dining area, they heard me complaining and none of them bothered to at least tell another employee to come clean. Definitely not going back to this one.

    They were always very good at serving the orders, tasty and juicy and today they were the worst of the worst!! I order online, what is the problem that gave me very dry pieces, others very burnt??? It seems that they gave me what the clients left on their plates.😡😡
