Darlyn, was super kind. I work from 8am-5pm every day. So it hard for me to make it to the storage facility b/f closing time. Darlyn was my hero. Allowed me to stay until 8pm as a courtesy. Super grateful.

We have never needed a storage unit until now and this place did not disappoint. The building is new, clean, always well kept, and has its own parking lot. We’re very satisfied with the security level and the staff is great. Darlene really helped us out and made the initial process feel like a breeze. Today (3/25/23) I went to StorQuest in Paramount and just before I was about close my storage space (#4201) I broke console glass. It shattered in several pieces. I called downstairs and I asked this very pleasant attendant if he could bring me broom and dustpan to clean up the mess. I wasn't expecting it but he swept up the mess for me. Not only that he made two trips to pick all the shattered glass. Customer service at to the highest degree! Thank you very much Ozzie for your help. It's definitely appreciated.

Came in on 01/16/21, and we were greeted with some friendly respectful employee. Brianna was great and gave us all the. Info we needed. Very friendly once again, and units are clean and very good price... I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good price and clean facility.

I love the cleanliness of the place however once you get into the leasing they offer really cheap price in the beginning and eventually it just bumps up really hig,, really fast.
