New ownership is 1000% incompetent. They have their hours listed as 24/7 but this is the 4th time I’ve ordered something on the app and I go to pickup only to find store closed. If your employee decides to close the store- stop accepting online orders and stealing my money. If you’re going to randomly change your hours everyday please have the listing online and the app reflect those hours.

Thank God I went to the bathroom before ordering. It’s more filthy thank a gas station bathroom. There is no soap to even wash your hands. And when I kindly asked the girl for some soap or hand sanitizer she told me there isn’t any in the whole building. And they are still serving food.

Terrible experience stopping by here. I came here during the evening on May 3rd, Wednesday, and the lady would not make my mobile order because she was too busy on her phone. She took 5 LONG minutes on the phone texting or something and then she proceeded to make my drink. I had a request and she was very rude responding to it. This lady was the total opposite of someone customer service oriented. When you work with customers, you should at least treat your customers polite!! That’s the very minimum. This is a terrible and unacceptable experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this non-friendly store. There are plenty of S*bux around this area and also much better Dunkin’s. I will NOT be coming back here.

Not only was the woman extremely unfriendly to me when I ordered a coffee and a donut, she was intolerably rude to a delivery driver who came in while I was sitting reading a good book by Borges. I asked her if it is actually beneficial for anyone in this situation to be so problematic. She simply told me to go away and that she was busy. :(

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’. Use it when I need coffee and the local bagel place isn’t available. Donut selection seems to have really tailed off - focused on making drinks.

Dunkin Donuts still has the best coffee on the planet. But give their green tea a try. It is delicious. There is nothing like one of their chocolate-glazed crullers. The amount of donut in the cruller gives you the best bang for your buck. I do stop there often to catch an egg on a croissant for breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Get a great experience at Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin specializes in stale donuts. They must arrive from a factory frozen and defrosted or just allowed to sit out. Three out of four times my donuts taste a day or more past due. Need to stop trying to chase the company that once was so great.

Placed a mobile order, pick up was only walk in and it was very slow to get 3 coffee ready. The coffees were delicious but the 2 hot cups leaked all over the cup holders.

Food and donuts always good. People that work there always pleasant and fun to talk to.

Busy as usual. Ordered 2 large coffees, one with cream and one with milk. I was scolded by the clerk. I am to order one large coffee with cream and another large coffee with milk. I missed the class on how to properly order coffee. Shame on me

Stopped here for a coffee and bite to eat while driving through VT to MD. Food was fine, coffee tasted like the machine needs to be cleaned, but the real downfall was the bathroom. SOO gross.. outdated and rundown, trash all over the floor, no toilet paper, and downright dirty. Yuck.

The service took a long time because there was only one person working. I ordered a refresher and 97% was ice when I specifically asked for light ice. Definitely not going again. Was way over priced for the service and quality I received.

Great experience. We ordered custom number donuts for my children’s birthday party and they looked great and tasted great and were fresh!

Won't go back there. The guy in front of me got overcharged. They never gave him his receipt. The way he found out was he got a text alert on his phone & knew the charge was wrong! Horrible!!! I made sure I paid cash! Beware!!!

I REALLY want to know why the ATM machine there had been unplugged collecting dust for months now. I wish the owners would contact me . I’ve tried several times unsuccessfully to get in contact with them about it . People beed access to cash

Lately coffee is bitter and/or old...lots of new people. Believe someone must focus on QUALITY AND HOLDING TIMES....
