    This starbucks is the worst starbucks i have ever been to. The taller lady with the black hair who seems like she hates her job needs to be fired. First of all her customer service is terrible. She doesn’t ask if you want your food warmed like every other place does. She also keeps the food in the packages they came in. She is so lazy. She hates her job. I know many people complain about her as well

    Starbucks is the best! This particular Starbucks has wonderful indoor /outdoor seating and serves delicious sandwiches, cakes and excellent coffee! The staff are friendly and polite people, fast service, and the drive-thru window make it easy to grab your order to go! Wonderful addition to the town of Emerson, I love it!

    Showed up on a weekday at 10am excited to get my coffee. When i get there, the guy is still opening up and says they are not open yet. He barely knew english. So, I waited to see if in a few minutes he would open and then says at 11. Yet, it clearly says 10am opening on the google search pg. This is allowed? Not being able to buy a coffee at 10am?

    Dec 5,2022 6:45pm , the guy on the counter has no personality, my first approach I asked him if you have decaf , his answer is no , but I said what about your americano ☕️ he said yes , so I ordered 1 small decaf Americano , & 1 small latte . I asked if he can put milk in the americano, the coffee is close to ice cold , so I came back to him . He said I didn’t specify how much milk . But I said I expect the coffee to be hot . I haven’t been on this Starbucks for a long time , but this is the first time I encountered this , poor service !

    I just want to say i am supremely disappointed about your employees/manager. I was informed by the manager that they would not fill my cup if I asked for no water or ice in my drink (berry refresher) because this is the recipe. Not great customer service.

    I had went there august 31st with my bf and mother to get drinks for my bf and I. When it was our turn to order, The girl helping us asked us what we would like and then turned her head to talk to someone else when he was saying our order(I wanted a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and he got a caramel ribbon crunch). When we got our drinks my drink wasn’t frozen like we had asked. I had my mother go up and asked for it to be frozen like it was supposed to be while I sat down with my bf. When it was her turn, she had told the girl that the drink was supposed to be frozen and asked if she could just make it frozen. The girl then told her that it wasn’t on the label and that it was made correctly. My mother then told her that we had asked for it frozen and she tried saying the same thing. She ended up making it frozen but it just looked like it was thrown into the blender with the ice it had(which wasn’t much) and poured back into the cup and served back to us. It looked like a regular mango dragonfruit lemonade but with small bubbles as half the drink. We assumed it was because she decided to talk to someone else while asking what we wanted. She was disrespectful and had not paid any attention to what I had wanted because she just decided to talk to someone else. $14 down the drain because she couldn’t listen to what i wanted and didn’t make it properly when asked politely.

    Ordered my Irish Cold Brew today 11/17 waiting on line. When I get my order NO FREE RED CUP. but clearly I saw plenty of red cups behind the counter.

    Disappointed 3 days in a row for the coffee taste.. It likes the recipe for them is not correct. Today I got ice caramel macchiato and I’m sure that they didn’t put any vanilla syrup inside.

    Waited 10 minutes for my drink. They spilled someone else’s drink on me and gave me a napkin. No refund or anything. Didn’t even do anything for the girl who lost part of her drink. When I got my Frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade, it was melted. Waste of 7 bucks.

    The kid who took our order was an arrogant punk. I hardly even care that he managed to screw up both drinks (simple drinks straight off the menu, nothing custom) but it's the fact that he acted bothered to take an order that's aggravating. He looked to his side and started talking to a coworker while I was ordering, you know, after HE asked what I wanted... The other employees seemed like decent people but this one incompetent little punk is the reason for the bad review. The drink was good though, even though it's not what I ordered.

    i ordered a drink online and it was 5 dollars. i showed her the receipt, and she never gave me my drink. This is unacceptable. i was so disappointed and will never be shop there again.

    Whenever I go to restaurants I take chances, you expect a certain standard of preparation when people are handling food and drinks. However I ordered a passion fruit drink and the lady preparing it was scratching the side of their nose clueless. The whole time I’m praying don’t use your hands to grab the inside of my cup and handle it whichever way. You would think these high class expensive or any class for the matter food places like star bucks, would have better training on how to prep peoples food/drinks sadly 😕

    They wanted to charge me for tap WATER. Starbucks corp if you’re reading this … I pay every day for coffees and I couldn’t even get a water … the guy with brown hair is smug I assume the manager. Terrible.

    This starbucks sucks. They never seen to get any of the orders correct and saturday morning they let you place your order at 10 and you wont get your order till 10:30 meanwhile they are all sitting right infront of their little kiosk. if I can give them a 0 star rating I will. I miss the old team

    i wish i was able to give 0 stars. I’ll start by saying i am a partner at a different starbucks location so i know a lot about how starbucks should and shouldn’t be run. The first time I went here the man behind the counter (who i believe to be the manager) was so incredibly rude. I kindly asked him to enter my partner numbers for the discount and he refused and gave me attitude the whole time. What really got me upset was that I ordered a latte with cold foam and they charged me more for caramel that i never asked for. I noticed this when i looked at my receipt which also wouldn’t have been a big deal but there wasn’t even any caramel on or in my drink?? The second time i went to this location I requested 2 TALL cups of water. The man, same guy, at the counter tried to charge me 1.50 for just WATER!! When i tried to say something he fought me on it. Just the worst starbucks ever i’m so upset and i will never be coming back
