It
was
a
convenient
location
to
get
coffee
and
something
to
eat.
Affordable,
but
I
do
not
like
how
the
prices
keep
going
up.
I
was
a
customer
there
for
years.
there.
Made
a
shocking
discovery
there
one
morning
on
how
mean
the
general
manager
is
and
that
she
can
not
be
trusted.
There
was
a
pattern
with
how
this
general
manager
took
my
order.
On
April
18,
2023,
there
was
a
change
in
that
pattern.
The
General
Manager
added
an
unwanted,
nasty,
mean,
embarrassing
and
harassing
comment
when
she
took
my
order.
I
was
very
shocked
and
disturbed
by
the
comment.
She
also
left
me
a
harassing
voicemail
message
after
I
complained
to
customer
service
and
she
forced
more
unwanted
comments
on
me.
Shortly
afterwards,
I
got
an
email
from
her
boss
in
which
she
too
made
the
same
unwanted
comments.
I
no
longer
feel
comfortable
going
there.
What
a
horrible
way
to
treat
a
frequent
customer
who
did
business
at
the
Garden
State
Plaza
location
for
years.
This
manager
embarrassed
me
to
the
customers
and
her
staff.
I
never
want
to
see
her
face
again
nor
do
I
want
her
to
service
me
again.
That
is
very
bad
customer
service.
I
no
longer
trust
nor
like
the
general
manager.
McDonald's
is
a
great
place
to
eat.
Unfortunately,
the
general
manager
ruined
the
customer
experience
and
the
relationship
because
of
her
rude
comments.
It
is
not
safe
for
me
to
return
there.
If
the
general
manager
starts
in
with
me,
it
could
put
me
at
risk
of
having
the
customers
gang
up
on
me
and
being
embarrassed
further
to
the
customers
and
staff.
There
is
also
a
risk
that
she
may
talk
about
me
to
her
staff
in
Spanish.
I
could
not
get
any
justice
after
I
complained
to
customer
service.
Customer
service
agrees
on
how
unprofessional
the
management
was
but
they
have
no
jurisdiction.
I
did
not
get
any
justice
from
the
management
that
did
have
the
jurisdiction.
All
they
did
was
continue
to
force
the
unwanted
comments
on
me.
