I ordered from them the other day.. I understand you have other deliveries but they were over an hour late... and had the nerve to ask for a tip as well... you don't get a tip upon request, you get it out of good service. Being very late and asking for a tip isn't good service... Do better.

Placed an order online for pickup same day at the Paramus location. We waited for the confirmation email as directed in the “order received” email before making the drive from New York to Paramus, NJ. When we got there they told me they did not have any of my items in stock and that it was a busy day… still have a pending charge on my credit card and had to go to the Father’s Day gathering without drinks for the guests. Great service!

Entered the convenience store was pleasantly surprised of cleanliness of store most liquor, stores or convenience stations are filthy, dusty, or smelly. This place is super hygienic, super maintenance very fresh and very fun feeling atmosphere. The representative was very kind very helpful and very thoughtful. Help me pick out two wines in a timely manner, and had a lot of respect for the customer highly recommend

Mostly empty aisles with very limited stock. Online inventory does not reflect in store availability. I had 5 different bottles in mind, store did not have any of them available. Prices are above retail too, not competitive at all. The only reason this is not a 1 star review was that the employee was very helpful and apologetic for limited stock. This store should honestly not even be open right now - don't waste your time.

Wonderful selection of wines from around the world. Cheese section with a tasty variety of cheeses. Special thanks to the workers who helped me pick out this Cabernet, as well as some of the ingredients for our Father's Day charcuterie board. A tad more expensive which makes sense because of the quality wines and service.

Live bin52 and Lisa in particular is amazing! She was so helpful to me during a very difficult time in my life and she helped me with a large champagne order needed for favors for a Celebration of Life. Extremely wide selection of wines. They also have a decent selection of liquor which is neatly stocked by category of vodka, tequila, scotch, etc. I purchased varieties unseen in other stores. Great prices and service to match 👏

Great Experience Both In Store and Virtual Wine Tasting! While in town a few months ago I purchased a few fantastic wines and specialty gourmet cheeses. I really enjoyed their selection and the help I received in making my purchases. I was invited to attend a "Virtual Wine Tasting" of Spanish wines and pairings and thought it would be a fun experience. I was amazed at the extensive box that arrived the day of the event!! The event was run by their Sommelier, Ray, who was just perfect! He explained everything so well and engaged all of us viewers - which isn't an easy thing to do. I really enjoyed every aspect and can't wait to do it again!!

Looks fancy but lacks variety. Seems like they're more of specialty gourmet shop than a normal liquor store but yeah, disappointment in 3 separate visits. The staff was super friendly, though. But that didn't exactly make the selection appear out of thin air, obviously.

Disappointed with the service at this location. I recently turned 21 and I came here to purchase wine for an event. They asked for my ID and I gladly handed it over to them. They then proceeded to scan it 4 times and question me about my ID. They called over 3 other employees and eventually handed my ID back to me and let me purchase my items. The whole interaction caused other customers to stare at what was going on and made me extremely uncomfortable. I get that they don't want to sell alcohol to underage teenagers but this was very unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again. If you are in your 20s or look fairly young do not shop here because they will make you feel like you are a criminal.

Found out this place was under new ownership and the staff could Not have been more friendly!! The staff helped my girlfriend locate exactly what we needed and then gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine with our purchase. We will 100% be back whenever we are in the area!!
