Unfortunately
it
was
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I’ve
ever
had
at
a
spa,
I
saw
Mary
Ann.
She
always
took
me
in
about
10
minutes
later
than
my
appointment
time,
I
had
booked
three
EM
tone
appointments,
my
first
2
appointment
with
Mary
Ann
took
about
20
minutes
and
it
was
short
and
painful.
At
my
last
appointment
I
got
lucky
enough
to
see
Lee
.
She
took
me
in
right
away
and
my
appointment
took
an
hour
and
was
not
painful
because
she
applied
a
gel
after
every
minute
and
gave
me
enough
time
for
my
body
temperature
to
cool
down
and
get
the
procedure
done.
She
answered
all
my
questions
and
was
very
patient.
After
three
treatments
I
didn’t
see
any
results.
I
called
the
office
and
I
was
offered
to
come
back.
When
I
came
back
I
saw
Mary
Ann
again
.
She
knew
that
I
have
complained
to
the
office.
She
was
very
rude
and
saying
that
people
come
to
get
this
procedure
done
even
if
it
won’t
work.that
they
just
want
to
do
it
.
She
kept
talking
to
me
in
a
conceding
way
as
if
I
am
not
capable
of
understanding.
I
was
very
upset
and
I
said
can
you
just
please
finish
my
treatment.
She
got
even
more
mad
and
started
the
treatment
and
was
rushing
and
not
giving
me
breaks
to
the
point
that
my
skin
was
burning.
When
I
asked
her
to
stop
she
got
mad
and
said
I
am
going
to
stop
this
treatment
because
it’s
not
working
for
both
of
us
!
I
can
not
believe
a
spa
would
hire
such
technician.
I
ended
up
asking
for
Lee
!
I
am
a
healthcare
provider
myself
with
over
16
years
of
experience.
I
can
not
believe
that
a
professional
can
act
the
way
she
did!
It’s
a
shame
that
this
spa
allow
someone
like
her
to
tarnish
their
reputation.
