The food was good, but the customer service was just amazing. Super nice and friendly, and seeing the cashier deal with an older couple in front of me was wonderful to see.

Waited 14 minutes for my mobile order and was told to wait when I got to the window. The sweet & spicy wings were super small and looked nothing like the pictures! It's basically a sweet Thai chili sauce. I received no dipping sauces for them either. This location needs to step up.

We were warmly greeted by Pamela, who provided assistance with using the app. She is kind, proficient in both Spanish and English, and ensures the restaurant stays impeccably clean. It was the most pleasant experience I've had at Popeyes. The turkey was truly delicious, with a spicy Cajun-flavored skin and a moist, non-spicy interior. Happy Thanksgiving!

On multiple occasions waited over 10mins for my order and when I asked for ranch, I was given 1. I ask for a second ranch and I was told thank they have to charger 45cents. This is ridiculous. Also they only give 2 napkin at inside dining. What am I suppose to count my wipes??. Service should be better I thought since they are off route 4, lots of traffic passing by.

This is by far the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to and that’s a tough one to beat. I love Popeyes chicken and this Paramus location does it right with top quality food and great environment from the decor to the music. Great work 🙌

Everything tasted very fresh & the order was correct. I chose this different location since other popeyes would always get the order wrong. Very organized as well 8/10

A lady named Pamela came outside to help us in the drive-through find the discount related to sandwiches. She and a man named Anthony were super helpful. I will definitely be going back to this Popeyes.

Slowest Popeyes I ever been to, mind you I put an online order in tell them when I get inside, and I still wait over 10 minutes just for a spicy chicken sandwich and they take the order of every single person coming in instead taking 2 seconds to just complete the order.
