Great service! Front desk was kind. Room service was top notch. Room CLEANING EVERY DAY without asking! The nice older couple that does room service assisted us with getting into our room one night. Very kind and professional. The breakfast area was clean and stocked. Would High highly recommend this hotel.

My go-to hotel in the area. Rooms are clean and updated. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Plus, they have a simple continental breakfast in the morning, which is always a plus. Conveniently located right on a major highway and nearby to plenty of restaurants. The rewards program is also worth it.

I’ve stayed at the comfort inn before and had no problem in the past…but THIS time, of course, I booked the room so that I could be closer to where my mother’s wake and funeral were being held & I really wish I hadn’t. There were BEDBUGS present because I woke up with welts all over my back and arms that are STILL there 5 days later. They are very swollen, painful, and itchy. I’m considering going to the hospital if these bites don’t start to improve very soon. I have yet to speak to a manager or get in touch with anyone who can financially rectify this problem. I paid $200/night to stay somewhere that I was bitten up by insects and was even more miserable, itching, and in pain throughout all of my mother’s services. For that, I should have paid half of the price and stayed at a roach motel. If there was ever a “worst time in life” to deal with this problem, it is now. I would absolutely not recommend anyone staying here. I realize that this could happen at any hotel, but it’s the lack of importance/attention that management has given this matter that is even more disgusting than the bedbugs themselves. I even called what I thought was the corporate line for “Choice Hotels” and all they did was file a “complaint,” gave me a case number, and said that the hotel’s management is responsible to address the issue because they are “insured for these kinds of things”…..however, I have YET to hear back from them almost 6 days later. Gross. Terrible business practices.

Best sheets and mattress and pillows since the start of our trip! We checked in to our room with a musty smell and they very kindly changed our room. Must have had an a/c leak. Breakfast was adequate for the average.

The rooms here are very nice, they are well maintained and the staff is nice. The breakfast is full continental with yogurt, eggs, sausage, four juices and lots of other stuff. One side of the hotel is a bit close to the roadway, so if you are sensitive to traffic noise ask for the far side...I'm a truck driver so it didn't bother me at all.

Great stay! Very friendly staff, quick and easy check in process. Rooms are clean and fresh. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again! Also, plenty of parking space.

First time stay of one night: Pros: Nice gentleman at the front desk, very kind. Clean room, clean bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of parking spaces with easy access, breakfast included (scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bread and bagels, etc, good selection), great location (Paramus is a lovely town and you have a mall 5 minutes away with plenty of stores and restaurant) and the rooms are fairly affordable. Cons: the mini fridge in my room was making so much noise I had to unplug it to sleep. This hotel is right by the highway so you will hear traffic noises even if your room isn't near the front. My biggest gripe is this: my room didn't have opaque curtains. It didn't have curtains at all, only a sort of semi-sheer solar roller shade situation. The window is large, and gives directly on the parking in which there is a bright light spot, which I wasn't even directly in front of but my room was so bright as a result that it felt like I left a light open. It's very hard to sleep for some people when the room isn't dark enough. Thankfully my room had 2 beds, because I couldn't possibly have used the one close to the wall as I had the light spot directly in my eyes (even through the blinds and through my closed eyelids I could see the light from it). There would be no issue at all would they install black out curtains in their rooms like a lot of hotels I've been to. Overall would recommend this location but if I ever go back I will specifically request a room as far as this light spot as possible because it was hard to fall asleep with how bright the room was.

The man at the front desk was very rude, he said he could not accommodate my fat wife in his hotel. Also he could not give me detailed information about the continent breakfast and didn’t know if they had chunky of smooth peanut butter

We stayed 2 nights. We traveled into NYC via ferry for sight-seeing which worked out well. The hotel is very clean and the staff is attentive. The breakfast was nice and well stocked. The beds are very confortable and have quality linens. The price was very affordable! Paramus is a nice area.

Excellent; friendly staff and very clean. Smells fresh. Nice linens and pillows. In a quiet residential area. Inviting breakfast area with a complete breakfast, including waffles and 24 hour coffee or tea. Highly recommended.

MY PLACE TO GO! I cannot say enough about Venek in the front, he’s so sweet kind and professional. It’s quiet also no loudness. Anything I need I can feel comfortable calling front desk. And the rooms are super clean & smell good. Multiple entries to get in, so not a pain when smoking or just getting fresh air. this place doesn’t get enough credit. Always will come here. Also ITS OFF A MAIN HIGHWAY BUT YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING. The air kills the slight noise of the highway.

We needed a spot to spend the night after a friend's party in Ridgewood - and the comfort inn fit the bill. Rooms are pretty nice, recently renovated it would seem..I'd score them higher but the comforter had a number of visual stains which puts me off from a hotel. Still the room was clean for the most part, aside from that. The sheets were bleached white without visual staining and the space was well appointed. I doubt there are better options in the area for the price.

Place was clean but dated. The room had 2 queen beds. The internet coverage wasn't great. You need to be close to front to obtain a solid signal

Location is good but traffic can be thick in the morning. Breakfast was more than adequate. Despite being close to major road and loop, it was quiet.

I've stayed here many times and never had a bad experience, the staff at the front desk are particularly warm and welcoming. While being right off Route 17 the location is somehow still very quiet

Very clean, breakfast is good and has a nice selection. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet during the day and night hours.

The hotel is an older property that has been updated with nice touches. Very clean, Bed and linens are comfortable and it’s convenient to Route 17. The only complaint is that Wi-Fi is spotty. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars

Open steam at this place the comfort Inn for a while. It is very clean. Rooms are very clean that clean your rooms everyday. Change the sheets everyday. They have a wonderful breakfast that you were really enjoy everyday. Are the front desk the workers of every good very helpful? Hey what help you in any way they? Can? And they really accommodate. You and every possible way. You would really enjoy the stay at the comfort The workers are very nice and they are very helpful too. As long as I've been staying here. I've had nothing but good things. I say and I'm very good experience at This hotel so if you're coming for vacation or for business. You should stop by at the comfort end and promise you will really enjoy it. And you will leave very happy
