Being from Philly, I'm not impressed. The meat was a little too thick and the provolone was tasteless. The bread was put through their toaster and it was only warm, not toasted which would have made a difference. Also, they pack it like an open face sandwich in a "to go" box which makes it cool too quickly.

I just went to grab some of their jalapeno fries. The line was short on Saturday evening, and the workers were nice. The fries were pretty good, although I think 5+ for a small fries is a bit much.. Otherwise all good.

You definitely have to try the old school Philly steak and the fries done the same! Absolutely delicious! Gives Jersey Mike's a run for their money!

I went yesterday at 8:25pm to get a sandwich and the lady told me that they are closed because they were slow. They close at 9pm so why the hell would they close 35 minutes early...but in a BUSY MALL FOODCOURT AT THAT? And yes, we all know GSP is busy at all hours of the day as they were last night. They should take a lesson from the Paramus Park location so they can work on their nasty attitude. I get it, your job isn't ideal because you make sandwiches for minimum wage, but don't take it out on the paying customers!

The cashier here was so rude and had a nasty disposition. He claimed to be the owners son. If that is the type of service they have, they can keep the sandwich. The food is just ok its not great. Certainly not worth the aggravation.

Just went to the Charleys in Garden state plaza and my experience was terrible. I ordered a chicken california (chicken with ranch and cheese) and a buffalo chicken sandwich (chicken, buffalo sauce, onions, and banana peppers). they basically gave me 2 chicken california’s except one had onions on it and called it a buffalo sandwich. there was absolutely no buffalo sauce on it and when i showed it to them they hand me buffalo sauce to basically make my own sandwich a buffalo chicken sandwich (and still no banana peppers). I have never had to basically make my own food before. The meals are also served in a way that’s very sloppy. Never going to this location again.

My experience started off great as the cashier greeted me with a smile. I ordered the #6 with gourmet bacon and cheese fries. My food was ready in less than a minute. My first bite could only be described as refreshing. I expected a soggy sandwich with no flavor. Instead i was amazed by the fresh glavors and crisp veggies and crunchy bacon. Defenitly coming back again for their sandwiches.

Finally this place had some people getting food from them. Usually not very busy at this location. Not sure why that is. They make a good Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. There lemonade is good and there fries are made from fresh potatoes not frozen. Pretty good value there small size sandwich is enough for me. Happy to see customers there. I was affraid GSP would have yet another Chinese type food stand with 2 meats and a Noodle for $7.99 UGH!!!

I ordered chicken wings with barbecur sauce and they gave it to me with spicy sauce but very very spicy. Becareful with children...
