Typical Starbucks but on the small side. There are 2 Starbucks in the mall. This one is located on main level across from the old Microsoft store. Just 4 tables and 5 counter stools. Seating is also available just outside the door in the mall. A wait in line is usual. The lower level Starbucks is a kiosk type with no indoor seating. Clean. Efficient staff.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday because I work in the area. The service and quality has gone downhill so severely I might just go to Dunkin’ Donuts. If I’m paying $6.00 for a coffee that is basically all ice I expect it’s made correctly. But more importantly your staff is not rude or rebuttal with some dumb comment. The small girl with short brown hair and large eye glasses was obnoxious this morning. I asked her to fill my drink as it was an inch from the top. She said “it has foam in there” -I responded “this drink does not have foam.” She said “when you shake it it does” -I responded I get this drink every day and it does not look like this. She then ignored me like I was going to leave. So the nice guy with the big hair had to talk to me because she had removed herself from the conversation. Let’s be clear, it was not made right anyway as it said additional chocolate powder and looked like a normal coffee, but also who works with the public and literally stops responding? If the woman Denise is the manager, there is no surprise why this is how they behave. Honestly Starbucks, you should be embarrassed.

Horrible service!!! The attitude of the barista was so rude. I went on a Thursday not the middle on a weekend!!! There was a 20 min wait just to get the wrong cup of hot coffee and then i was given attitude for asking for the right cup?!?? Are u kidding me? She got the wrong order and looked at me like i should take it and just left. Not after waiting 20 minutes i wont! And after she prepared it she left it on the counter just like that didn’t call my name or anything. I mean it was just really unnecessary. I could have and should gone to another place. Wont make that mistake again! A cup of coffee is not worth 25minutes.

I bought pike cafe this morning after 4 hours inside l go there again with my Starbucks coffee cup with the receipt, l asked for refill a girls she is working downstairs she was so rude she said no refill . I said this my right Starbucks is giving me this right . She said managers said no refill. But l know my right . There is refill she said l can’t .

For some reason this starbucks never fills up my cup. Every other Starbucks does. Don't waste your money here. And if you do don't get a large they will just give you a medium Regardless of the ice level you choose.

What’s not to like from Starbucks. If you are a fan of Starbucks this place rocks. Baristas were attentive and they were fast. No lines which is great and offer mobile orders which makes it quick.

This Starbucks store is anything but typical! I just happened to be a customer in their store on April 30 when a seemingly normal day turned into what could have been a nightmare. The once quiet mall with people walking by was suddenly replaced by people running and screaming for their lives! Not knowing what was going on, the girls that worked for Starbucks sprang into action getting everyone in the store to safety in a back stock room. They immediately pushed a giant refrigerator in front of the door way. They remained calm and were talking to everyone assuring them that the police said to stay put until they came to get us. They were offering whatever they had in back for us to drink and even apologized to the customers who had paid for a drink and never received!! This goes above and beyond their call of duty. They were extremely brave young woman and should be commended for their swift actions!! I thank them so much because it could have been something really horrible and they saved our lives.

Coffee was not as good/fresh as regular Starbucks. Asked for caramel flavor paid an extra .80 and didn't taste it in the coffee

5 people standing around behind the counter doing absolutely nothing while the cashier is busy finishing a drink and there’s 15 people on line. Terrible service and they get annoyed when you ask why mobile ordering is turned off.

The customer service was horrible. We waited for 40 minutes. We all kept asking where our drinks were after the first 10 minutes. Every time we asked they yelled at us and told us they were backed up. But people who ordered after us had kept getting there drinks and some were sitting and done with them. The manager was also extra snappy. Disappointed in their service.

I was standing line for a long time. I understand because there are many people. I ordered my favorite coffee( iced brown oatmilk shaken espresso) venti size! But the amount of coffee was insufficient.

I just experienced the WORST display of customer service by the barista Denis. They were EXTREMELY nasty, cut me off while I was ordering my drink which resulted in the wrong order being given to me. They would be best suited putting pencils in a box rather than serving coffee! I’m never returning!! Next time I’ll go to Dunkin’.

1/18/23 4:30 pm , what a bad service , there’s 4 girls inside the counter , only one girl with the blue dyed hair is working, there’s a long line of customers behind me , & I was standing for a long time , the girl in the counter after taking the order from the customer before me , was still warming the pastry , wherein there is long line of customers, not even one of the other girls help her , how do you maximize your income if you had people waiting, wherein there are other employees can help , do they know what teamwork means , so sorry to the owner of this Starbucks @ garden state mall , NJ

Garden State Plaza - staff a little sluggish taking orders, but food was hot and order was correct. Good experience overall.

Terrible customer service. A whole line of customers and no sense to quickly and efficiently process them. They are all casually speaking on the floor.
