I stop here on my way to visit my mom who is in assisted living. She likes a cup of coffee and a chocolate donut. I get to the store around 6pm. Every time I come the place looks like there was just a mad rush of customers....floor and counter dirty and they have like 1 donut. Good thing I love my mom.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Very small and clean. The hash browns could’ve been a little better, other than that everything was great.

I ordered six things this morning. It's astonishing how they got every single thing wrong. I had to ask for my coffeee again because the lady working forgot. They didn't even give me my hash browns. Gave me the wrong receipt. There were two other customers? How can someone be that bad at their job? No manager just two idiots. It's honestly quite impressive how they got every single thing wrong.

Stopped at this location for the first time and learned Customer Service is adequate but clearly not their primary focus. ...or perhaps not the primary focus of the person who served me at that particular time. I didn't take it personal, and neither is this review personal, but my honest review is that my local Dunkins are far better than this location at customer service with the same great products to offer. Hope it changes

Workers hate their lives. Always look miserable. Unfortunately I have to stop by here every morning because of the commute. They’re careless. If you order assorted donuts, make sure they’re assorted and fresh or else these guys will give you yesterday’s donuts. They desperately need new management and employees.

Don't order from here. If you pay extra for things like turbo shots, extra cheese and bacon - they'll take your money and not give you what you paid for. That's literally stealing.

Not the best coffee or refresher I have had. Worker didn't seem to want to help but it was about 7:15 and they close at 8 so maybe it was a long day

Did not have bagels and collata machine was broken and had little selection of donuts and workers were not nice.

This Dunkin location is among the worst I have ever been to, and I have been to A LOT. Sometimes I come here out of convenience due to my location, and every time I leave feeling the same regret. The workers here are just awful. Whoever owns / manages this franchise location really sucks at what they do. Out of the 10-20 times over the last 10 years I have stopped into this one, I have had a positive experience maybe 5 times? It's my own fault for continuing to come in, but sometimes I really do think to myself "maybe this time it will be different". It never is though.

Parking is a challenge. Line sometimes slow otherwise they are good.

Not a Dunkin I'll go out of my way to go to. The driveway is ridiculous, the store could be much cleaner, and the staff need a class on customer service.

These ladies in here have noooooooooooo freaking personality. Your mad cause you work their. You made the choice not to go back to school. How dare you be mean for no reason. Never ever going back. Hope they close the store anyways. All they do is stare at you and wish they was or could.
