Staff - 10/10 Shahji and Shubhgun were really helpful and courteous. Our houseboat stay and the overall experience was just outstanding. They really took good care of us right from picking us up from the parking and up to dropping us back next morning at the church. Welcome to Alleyppey message on our bed was such a sweet gesture and my wife loved it. Food - 10/10 Shahji is really doing an outstanding job. As requested, our lunch was served on banana leaves. Every single dish was delicious. Candle light dinner and breakfast was very well arranged as well. Cruise - 10/10 We had a great time cruising through the backwaters of Alleyppey. Fabulous houseboat experience. Lots of memories gathered after our trip with beautiful Alleppey houseboats. Their service is very good and the food is mouth watering. The location they stopped for the night was also serene and we could take long walks. Alleppey and neighbouring Knaikary are no doubts gorgeous. Book with Beautiful Alleppey houseboats and do not even hesitate for once. You will love it.

We had a lovely time. The staff was kind and helpful. The chef cook was good and the food tasty, made to our preferences and timings. The captain interacted very nicely with our 10-year old child and let her steer the boat for a little while. Room and bathroom were clean and functional (only very little water pressure in the shower but that was actually a reminder for us to save water!). The communication with the company manager via whatsapp was swift and appropriate. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

memorable experience in my life and best for honey moon couple.you feels like 3 star hotel. only suggestion is to do not buy anything like prawns ,fish ..etc after you onboard to the boat and its too much costly 1 KG of prawns 1200. just enjoy the food what ever they serve. We booked day cruise luxury house boat on 17/05/22. They send very old run down. One of the worst house boat. No viewing deck. Top floor is enclosed .Room not clean .We had very bad experience. Please don't take this company boat.

One of the most beautiful things to create magical moments. They take you on a tour of Kerala's backwater region. Each houseboat is well furnished and offers unlimited entertainment and food.

We had one night stay in a 3BHK Golden Castle Houseboat on 28 April 2023. We travelled as a family with 8 people. I wanted to flag out that the amount the Beautiful Alleppey Houseboat charges and the service provided is not at all satisfactory. We had one bedroom going waste due to Leakages everywhere. The whole boat was infected with Mice. Mouse even torn our bags. How do we even know that the food provided to us was safe and cooked in hygienic conditions. We requested owner to provide us some concession but all our complaints went on deaf ear. They took all advance beforehand only. I don't recommend this boat service for anyone who wants a proper hygiene travel and who expects good value for their money. I am also attaching here the photos of leakages and our bags with holes. Completely disappointed with the boat.

Pros Clean room and bathroom. Food is tasty and giving enough. quantity. I enjoyed trip. Cons Difficult to step in boat.... In Upper deck felt difficult to walk. It's sticky. Just Traveling in boat... No view points. Tips to customers Adventure ride (extra paid) is not really adventurous... Better skip this ride. Since no shops are there keep medicines, liquidator, snacks with you. Pre booking auto frm railway station to boathouse is 175rs but normal auto frm boathouse to railway station is just 100rs. We've had a great experience with Beautiful Alleppey Houseboats. We were shown a selection of boats via whatsapp while we were at home in England. We chose 'Sara's' houseboat and it was so lovely. It had a large top deck with comfy chairs for chilling out and getting great views and shots. Downstairs was another sofa area and large dining table. Thete is seoarete bedroom with a comfy bed, the bathroom was modern and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Rajip the captain and Raju the chef were very professional and took excellent care of us from start to finish. There was plenty good food but there is only water onboard so bring your own drinks. The backwaters are beautiful and so peaceful. You really can catch a glimpse of local life as you drift calmly along the waters. You can stop for a massage as well if you want. We had 30mins head, back and shoulders for 1200 rupees each. Mine was good but not amazing. You can also stop off at a local fish stall and choose anything but its not pressured and there is still more than enough food provided, we bought some tiger prawns. There were a lot of flies and mossies at night so bring plenty of repellent. We parked up for the night in a quiet little village which was lovely to walk through at sunset. All in all we had a very memorable time and we're so pleased we did it. It exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend Sara's houseboat with Beautiful Alleppey to couples visiting kerala.

We got St. Anthony's boat as we opted for Premium Houseboat with Deluxe service(AC- 9pm- 6am).Staff was polite and informative. Delectable homely food. Luxurious interiors, neat bathrooms, clean and hygienic. I would recommend Beautiful Alleppey Tours to anyone anytime. Had a great time with my family. Kudos to the team for making our trip and overnight stay a memorable one!! Thank you!

Boat condition, look and feel - 1/5. The furniture was not clean, neither were the sheets and blankets. The boat itself was cleaned well. But the look and feel was a bit shabby. Comparing my previous 3 visits, I was quite underwhelmed. Staff behaviour and friendliness - 2/5. The staff were quite detached from the whole experience. They were not rude in any way. Just that it wasn't a homely and welcoming feeling that I have gotten used to in my previous 3 visits to Kerala houseboats. One example, welcome drink being kept in the table rather than serving to the person (I had even extended my hand to receive it 😅) Food - 4/5. The food was great and we enjoyed the traditional preparation. Welcome drink was a departure from regular coconut water. It was a simple lemonade. Not bad but kills the whole vibe. Overall 2/5. This was my 4th experience of Kerala houseboats and 1st for my wife. The hype I had built up was absolutely shattered with this particular instance. Add the pricing angle to it, it is a bit more disappointing. This was the most expensive and least enjoyed houseboat trip for me.

Overall our stay is comfortable and we had good time. House boat is clean and rooms, bathrooms are well maintained. Food is exceptionally good, we didnt expect this in house boat. Less spice and kid friendly. Only negative was there were no fans either in hall area or in upper deck. As we have taken deluxe, it was very humid until they switched on AC at night. Table fans were also not there. Hospitality can be improved a bit as we only had to ask repeatedly to explain us what are the areas we are crossing, etc. We were stopped in a place in the evening where we wanted to go inside the village for a walk but the bridge to go inside the bridge was broken two days back it seems so we had to spend time inside houseboat without going anywhere. Apart from this tiny thing, we had good time and they lived up to the promise of beautiful alleppy. Recommended for family with kids.

I am from Delhi came with my husband and daughter specially for having an experience in houseboat for the first time and the travel experience in houseboat was okay kind as we paid good amount for a night stay according to that it's not upto the mark specially for cleaniness, our blanket is very untidy i feel and room is also not properly cleaned , apart from that we have our own chef rojey and captain puneesh who drove the boat , food cooked by rojey which was nice we had good lunch , evng pakoda snack with tea , dinner and breakfast it's all included which was cooked nicely by our chef and it was tasty, but major thing is captain puneesh needs to improve in interaction with their guest to first guide them about the place where to stop n sewing the view , he just kept on driving because of that we could not identify places. So please improve this as guest comes from all over the country to gain the knowledge and experience the beauty of Alleppey. And one more important thing you need to check the working condition of your amenities specially your ac. I really appreciate the owner of Bamboo Green Houseboat who responded in night at 11'o clk and took care of our problem we faced for ac issue and got resolved at a time which was very appreciative. So overall it was nice experience better if you take care of few points that i mentioned . So i give 3 star because of not guiding and major cleaniness issue .

Bole to Jhakkas... Enjoyed a lot on this house boat because staffs were very friendly and active. It will feel like you are actually a guest to them. Food was tasty and also they provide extra service like if you buy anything on the way to back water they will cook and serve you and yes... no extra charges. (5/5) Rooms are average but clean. (4/5) Price is also reasonable. And one more plus point -> Speaker is bombshell. Play it loud and dance with other neighbouring house boat too 😅

Try pre-book the boat house in advance and difficult to get booking for bachelor.

If u are planning a boat trip plan and book in advance ...if the booking is done late ..will not be able to bargain the price ...boat with 2 bedrooms is good for a group of 2 family of 4 or 10 individuals...have of option 1,2,3 or no bedrooms....can have daytrip which starts 11 to 5 PM or night starts 5.30 till 8 am...personally day trip is exciting because night the boat is stranded ..must visit place 🌴🥥🥭🍌🍍

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the mismanagement at Beautiful Alleppey Houseboat. We are disappointed that we had to endure this unpleasant and hazardous condition. We travelled on this boat in April 23 as a family and returned with disappointment. We kindly requested Thomas Sir multiple times regarding the issues but didn't receive any relief. As a tourist, we have a right to a habitable and safe living environment, and the presence of rat is unacceptable. Not only it is a health hazard, but it has also caused significant damage to our personal property. Please understand that we had paid charges in advance. However, the condition of living environment had become unbearable. We someone managed to stay a night there just because we had no other option as whole advance was taken beforehand. Just taking advantage of tourists and looting our money is not expected. Will request other people to research in depth about the services before going ahead with the booking.

Lovely experience spending 24 hours on the houseboat. Staff are lovely and the food was great. Stop at the local fish markets and bought some monster prawns.

One of the best houseboat service provider in Allapuzha. Had wonderful fun & enjoyed a lot during my visit. Very good crew & very courteous service. Nice cruise around the river. Neat & clean rooms & toilets. They serve delicious homely Kerala meals, tasty food. Had one of the most pleasant & relaxed vacations in recent time.

It was a terrible experience in Dusshera. You will not get bare minimum hospitality. If you ask for any services which was promised, they will do as it was not their responsibility. Must be the best houseboat experience in Kerala. From when we arrived they helped us feel comfortable and safe. We enjoyed navigating the back waters and seeing a different point of view of India😊. We brought Fresh Tiger Prawns; the largest I have ever seen. These were cooked by the team on board for our dinner. The food served on board was the highest standard. My family enjoyed all that was prepared😋. The actual houseboat is beyond luxurious. We had two air conditioned bedrooms with really comfortable beds. But our favourite part was the top lounge, which had a balcony were we could sit and people watch as we went from one stop to another. Thank you again Thomas and team.
