L’antic paller de Can Serra està ubicat en un lloc privilegiat de Parets i te unes vistes extraordinaries. Te les taules repartides per l’antiga era del paller, però per desgràcia el local no aprofita ni de bon tros les seves possibilitats. A nivell d’ambient ens trobem amb taules mal organitzades, caixes de cervesa apilades, mala il·luminació nocturna i un seguit de defectes que fan que l’indret perdi gran part del seu encant. El personal va ser atent en tot moment però amb algunes mancances bàsiques que denoten poca professionalitat. El menjar va ser la decepció més gran de tot plegat, les braves tot i estar força ben fregides no tenien salsa brava, les croquetes de pollastre eren congelades i tot i així van ser el millor plat de tots, l’humus força estrany servit amb llesques de pa i olives, i una tapa de formatge del pijtor que hem vist mai, finalment els nachos amb guacamole van acabar de rematar-ho tot, venien pocs nachos amb una mica de guacamole a sobre i un “formatge” fos per sobre que no tenia gust a res. Esta clar que a l’antic Paller de Can Serra no s’hi pot anar a menjar o a fer unes tapes, el preu que et cobren es exagerat per la seva poca qualitat.
