    Its a safe place and the people are pretty friendly. Overall good cleanliness but there are lots of unused areas, undeveloped places that might cause unwanted effects such as dengue etc. It do live up to the developer claim of being a great place for retirement as its really quiet, and eveything moves slowly...

    Developer does not upgrade the place, many unused place. House price quite cheap.
