Disappointed. Should have read review from others first. Wasted 30 minutes of my life standing there watching they complete orders 'very politely'. Not kfc faults but this outlet is 'something' i guess.

Ordered via food panda. I don't know if they can read or not. Order different part of chicken get different part. Somemore the part where I don't eat. There's a reason why it's called "Special Instructions". 🙄 Written there what i wanted. It doesn't matter if i need to wait long. No chili sauce. Even McD give like 1000+ chili sauce. 🤬

Fast food is no longer fast. The lady staff is taking her own sweet time to prepare the order. Totally ignore the customer. Not advisable to go to this outlet unless you have plenty of time to waste.

Service is slow And they get your order wrong. I asked for dine-in, given take away Original chicken-given spicy Requested no Ice- given Ice. Obviously lack staff And do not bother about Customer satisfaction.sad.

1.Worst customer service .. I cannot pay via online on kfc app but in app it automatically change to cash on delivery 🤦‍♀️ i try to cancel on kfc app but cannot, it shows the food is on the way. Unfortunately, i dont have cash in my hand, so i try to inform this incident to kfc customer service but no staff pick up my call .So, I go to atm and withdraw some cash and pay to foodpanda rider. It was very irritating moment 🤦‍♀️for those people who install kfc app pls uninstall it , it is disasterous and cost your time .. better you guys can order on grabfood, foodpanda ... 2. I feel like the kfc chicken at toppen is very dry, oily and overcooked making it difficult to eat . 3. No kfc nasi lemak since they open this outlet until now (2023 December).

Reach this KFC inside a shopping mall at 7.45pm with 2 small children.Ordered through counter as my KFC app not working.After ordered through counter & was about to pay, A lady staff rush out & telling me the original chicken had finish rudely. I let her know I am willing to wait for the next batch of chicken. She then repeat "the original chicken is finish". I ask her again, are they cooking a new batch? She then ask me back whether I understand if the original chicken is finish. Told the cashier to cancel the ordered & 30 minutes well wasted here.

Super slow service. Totally clueless staff who cannot manage simple orders. All deserved to be sacked... almost 30 mins to just take 3 orders in front of me.

The worst outlet! Omg! I ordered on grabfood and for the price i paid… omg!! I should have checked the reviews first! The worst!
