i had a unpleasant experience! we were six persons, originally given two tables. while drinking my chendol, the manager removed one of the table i was at. ( i thought it was reasonable for 6 persons to sit around two tables joined together. he claimed that the 2 tables was meant for 7 persons!) i thought it was rude of the manager to remove the table when a customer was half way drinking his chendol!! He is a hard working manager trying to do his job but perhaps should show a little more respect. Business at mian mian is just too good! i did try to explain my disappointment. i was hoping to talk to mian du mian's boss but was told the boss is on holiday in Europe!

I ordered Chicken rice with egg and Zha Jiang mian(minced pork noodle). The portion of the meat is so small for each set. The minced pork noodle doesn't taste as nice as the one I tasted in Singapore. The noodles are more than the meat. Only 1 man giving customer service to the customer and he's a lot less friendly than the Philippine staffs the last few years I met with inside the same restaurant. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant again judging just from the price and the portion. As expensive as Singapore and still doesn't taste as good.

Food were all good and acceptable. We were group of 4 and want to sit abit loosely but the staff not agree to combine 2 1x1 tables which make me confused. When serving food, the way the staffs placing was not polite. They loose their hand before the dishes were stably placed on the table. It could be hot for soup noodle, can understand, but they did the same thing for norm room temp dishes as well and for hot dishes, it is dangerous to do so. Hope the restaurant can improve.

This is a great place to eat. The food is plentiful, tasty and very cheap. There is a decent selection of south east asian cuisine. A friend and I both had hearty bowls of noodles with a fried dumpling starter, a drink and it cost RM36 (about £7) and that included service charge. The restaurant itself is well situated near, cafes, bars and Aeon mall.

Noodle is soggy n sticky. Owner is rude when we ask to switch on the aircond. Had much better service and dining experience at Melaka branch. Will not visit here again.

Very decent noodles with a 古董味道 for their sarawak noodles. Ordered their pan mee, curry noodles soup and sarawak noodles. Won't recommend the curry - bland and nothing special although noodles were OK. The other dry noodles were quite nice. Won't specifically be back just for this but a decent casual meal. Dishes were not overly oily or salty. Spent about 60rm for 4 pax with drinks and sides.

Great tasty noodles. Pepper soup had a deep intense porky flavour that was well balanced by the equally strong pepper. Went well with the beancurd skin rolls. Sarawak laksa had a rich soup base too with a generous serving of noodles. Nice comfortable environment no frills.

Signature Chilli Pan Mee is very delicious, I order this every time I visited, the egg must mix with the mee then add on my favourite chilli and sambal with 3 big spoon, I love their chilli sambal very much, it was perfect match with the mee, and I love their “thin” mee type, and those Mee are Homemade by themselves, you not able to taste the same bites in others place. They also give huge portion of “Ikan Bilis”, and I love the crunchy bite of it, although beside than “Ikan Bilis” and egg, there is no others sides inside. They provide 4 types of chilli, which are chilli padi, sambal chilli, baked chilli and chilli sauce for Mee Hun Kuey

More a 3.5 star. Noodles were a bit too soft for my liking. We ordered both the dry and soup version. The dry version stands out more. Add the chilli flakes to give a kick to the flavour. Char Siew was nice.

Been eating at this fuss-free outlet quite frequently and whenever I crave for something soupy and comforting. Wide selection of noodles, side dishes/snacks, some rice dishes as well as drinks at pocket-friendly prices. Food is quite consistent but due to inflation, there seems to be a decrease in some of the ingredients, especially the char siu and smoked duck. Staff generally friendly and professional. Will recommend going for their noodles tho be warned that the spicy ban mee is REALLY spicy - even for someone who enjoys spicy/hot stuffs! You can purchase their addictive chilli oil/flakes too if you like to it! Premise is clean and well-maintained. Parking is available in front of and around the eatery. But it can be a challenge to park near the eatery during meal times and weekends so be prepared to walk alittle.

Had the large Sarawak noodles. Very nice. Soup is also good with pork taste.

Standard have drop compare to previously. Not as fantastic as previously. The egg on the Pan mee which is their speciality is overly cook. That make the pan mee very dry .
