One of the oldest jewellers in KL. Only reason i provided 3 stars is they have hidden costs with labour charges, only if you bargain they will reduce or else you will end up in buying something which more than its original cost. Be careful with that. Otherwise it is good.

Best shop to buy 916 gold, lots of people here when the price of gold is low. Like I went once price was 1gm rm235, you had to que and wait outside due to SOP and crowd. Staff are friendly too if you get the right one. Like for me I was attended by Mr.Faizal he was friendly and actually did reduce the price of workmanship and gave me the best price of the day. Lots of selection of gold over here, they do accept trade in of your old gold with good price. Highly recommended place 💰

They have nice collection of jewelleries. But their hospitality wise is slow and rude. One of the dark green shirt manager uses unkind words even knowing we are regular customer to deens jewels. We have account there and depositing money every month for future purchase but no trust on our words that we will book the specific gold item and come back in 2 weeks. Management should take note on this type of behaviour. We felt they entertain those who buying in bulk. This shouldn't happen again.

I always love to shop at deen jewellers..the hospitality..the explaination...the reduction was nice...but today i went to purchase few items somehow it was not to my expectation the sales person was a young boy who does not know how to smile and very limited experience in serving a customer like me ..I think he judged me by my looks..the way he looked at me ..it was very very disapointing..Hope this will change when i do another purchase next time...

This place will always be crowded due to their cheap worksmanship, you can always bargain to reduce the price and they entertain customers politely. I bought wedding golds here for reasonable price and unique design. We engrave our names inside of our engagement rings which only cost rm50 compared to the price quoted in klang jewellery shop which was about rm700.

I recently visited the SMS Deen Jewellers flagship store in Kuala Lumpur and was very impressed with the selection of jewelry they had on offer. I was particularly interested in gold jewelry, and they had a wide variety of designs to choose from, including traditional Malaysian pieces as well as more modern styles. The prices were also very reasonable, and I felt like I was getting a good value for my money.

Good service if you want to repair or buy gold. Very cheap price compared to other places. Better offers and discounts. Old gold also can be sold or bought.

I've been regular customer to Deen since it was small ! But recently very dissapointed with the service . Lack of staffs are main point of deen losing customers , perhaps customers are more attracted to the small gold shops instead . Please improve your service as we regular customers really love to buy at deens . Either add your staff or make number system as free staffs can immediately entertain waiting customers . Thank you .

We went for repair work...ie to attach a hook for small gold chain. Staff estimated the hook weight and estimated the cost approx. After the work has been done we asked to check the weight and estimate the cost according to the weight but then another guy estimated the same weight and asking to give the same amount. We argued to check the weight then he checked and gave us the original estimation The hook was less weight then the guy estimated So we asked them to.check the weight after the repair work completed then we payed. It's mandatory to be careful with them if we don't ask or bargain them then we have to pay more amount. The chain hook was also not properly attached so we again asked them to attcah properly and hand over to us. For small type of repair works or things they are very careless.

I'm regular customer here, but unfortunately feel very disappointed on 16 5 22 waited almost 1hours plus no people to assist damn crowded! If you don't have enough manpower do something to less the crowd or hire extra staff n the staff look very tired attending to people haihhh so clumsy and finnaly I move from there and bought what I need from the nxt shop.

I’m extremely disappointed with how the management deals with crowd especially during this CMCO. No crowd control at all! SOPs are not being followed! A lady just pushed me from behind in order to cut the queue. To my surprise, the staffs were just staring without any action being taken. This incident took place on the first floor of the shop. I hope people would really think twice before entering into this shop. Very very bad management!

I am extremely disappointed with this SMS DEEN jewellery. I bought their ring by trading in. The ring I gave is 1.89gram and the ring they offered me is 1.37gram only. I didn’t have much interest to buy since the gram is too low but since they don’t have any ring with equal or higher gram to what I traded I just bought it anyway!!! (which is maybe my mistake) BUTTTTT, After buying the ring, the ring broke only in few minutes!!!! I never wear it for an hour also it was only for few minutes!!! So the next day I went back to their shop expecting an exchange option, or fee fixing option or atleast buy it back with a atleast a good price. BUT NONE OF IT HAPPENED. Their customer service was very poor tbh they never even care about it!!! Never feel sorry or even offer a free fixing they said they would charge the ring. Said cannot exchange too. Ok atleast to buy it back they said they would buy it for only RM200++ when I bought it , the price was RM400++. Like what the hell??? I bring the same ring to the other shop, they wanted to take the same ring for 400++. BADDDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
