If you trade in gemstone jewellery, I would suggest to go another branch at Pandan, they are more friendly and patience, price given also much better. Pandan branch help to remove gemstone and weight accurately. Daya branch would give estimation with much lower weight impatiently because they tend to focus more in selling item not trade in. Try to avoid chinese men as he speak sarcastically when customer buying small items.
