Illinois Bone & Joint Institute fo Gurnee OMG! WOW! I have been in some places but can you say rude! They leave there patients sitting, and waiting to see their doctor and not only do they look you in the face like what are you here for Hell! You there to see the doctor, not a Welcoming environment at all the patients have been through enough suffering and pain, "An hour wait for prescription Sorry about the wait" NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!.......😡👋

IBJI has been the only orthopedic office I have used for the last 20 plus years. They have always gone out of their way to help accommodate me with any of my many maladies I have had over the years. Both hips replaced, a knee replacement, broken hand and rotator cuff surgeries to name a few. After all of my surgeries, I have come back in flying colors with no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this great team of doctors!

IBJI is the best. My husband has had a few surgeries in the last few years. Caring professional Dr's. and assistants. There Hawthorne surgery center is also the best when it comes to Caring for the patients. Then with the therapy in the same building,makes it so much easier. The therapists working there and helping the patients are very professional also. They are the best. Recommend anyone needing help for bone and joint pain, to make an appointment with IBJI. I had accident with my foot at home & did not want to incur the expenses of an Emergency Room visit. I was happy to find that IBJI offered a Walk In via Ortho Access on Saturdays & ata very convenient location.T⁹he receptionist & everyone that I Interacted was very courteous. Friendly & Professional. Dr. Mark Hamming was very attentive, sharing photos & explanation of treatment recommendations. The ease & turnaround time of the Vista was excellent.

It’s a large and busy facility with several physicians as well as as Physical Therapy taking up part of the building, but things run smoothly with out much wasted time, noise or confusion. The doctor is efficient and doesn’t keep patients waiting. My partial knee replacement was performed as advertised with no complications or problems. I was walking normally in a few weeks albeit slowly and carefully. At my 5 month follow up appointment, my questions were answered quickly and easily and I went home with no pain or problems.

My 2 therapists, Mili and Stacey, were awesome. They always worked together and stayed on plan with each other in their treatment and recommendations. Highly recommend therapy here.

I highly recommend this office. They are always kind and efficient and make it easy to go through all the steps involved in recovery. It was a relief to find out what was really going on with my hips from Dr. Mark Hamming, after 2 years of pain and PT that just couldn’t fix the foundation of the problem. Dr. Hamming is kind and explains things very thoroughly and patiently. Highly recommend him and his staff. I always feel taken care of and empowered to make decisions toward better health. He soothed my worries about not being able to ever return to competitive sports, and is a highly experienced surgeon who made my surgery and recovery a successful experience. I recommend making an appointment here and not waiting any longer if you are feeling pain!

Dr. Mark Hamming and the nurses were absolutely amazing! I was nervous going into shoulder surgery and he made me feel very comfortable. He explains everything very carefully and thorough. Surprisingly, I had very little to no pain after surgery. Thank you so much!

Dr. Bruce Summerville was very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He's a genuine Healthcare professional who cares about his patients. He answered all my questions and listened my problems. He was also very personable and humorous. Overall, I'd recommend this doctor and practice to anyone.

I met the doctor for an EMG and I didn't even know what I was going to get. He has great bedside manners and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, I met him again in his office for a follow up and he took X-rays and explained my condition and what caused it. He recommended another procedure within IBJI and had a follow up with his PA who was also very personable and knowledgeable. We met last week to go over how I'm doing and explained the remaining options. He is so very caring and takes his time so you understand everything. I'm so glad I was referred to him and can call him friend.

I have received excellent care for a knee replacement and back pain. Hats off to Dr. Logue, Dr. Parikh and Dr. Nagarsheth!
