    I'm pretty sure that the man behind the counter tried to scam me. He kept telling me that my card did not go through. Whenever the bank statement showed that it had he told me I needed to go to an ATM and pay him in cash. So I walked out of the building came back in and I lied and said that I called the bank and they had told me that the money had 100% went through. Whenever I told him this magically the money appeared on the computer. The room I got though was not as worth as much as I paid for it. A bathtub is stuck on scalding hot water The knob is missing. There are bare wires hanging out of the walls. Half the rooms Electricity doesn't work. Not impressed

    It is very convenient to 81 Speedway. Nice flooring, not carpet. The pillows were too light. Mold (or some other type of grunge) around the top of the tub. Sink cracked but still usable. AC could barely cool the room no matter what the setting was. The room, other than the floor, could use an upgrade.

    I stayed overnight on 4/10/2023. I’m a day time truck driver who had a tire blow out and was stuck out on the road for 7.5 hours and didn’t have enough clock to make it home so my company booked me a room. Upon arrival, I tried checking in since my company has a corporate account and they booked through their corporate website, the night desk clerk said he needed the corporate card. I didn’t have one and said my company booked the room for me. The clerk proceeded to yell at me that I couldn’t stay without the card, I said okay I’ll call them and see if they can fax over the card since they can’t take the CC over the phone. Nothing got resolved so I just paid for it myself cause my company will reimburse it. Well they double charged me. I noticed it the morning I checked out called the hotel and told them and the manager assured me I didn’t get double charged. I wouldn’t recommend them

    Was able to book a room late , can pay cash or card. Very kind people who run it & close to highway. Good place to stay for a night on the road. HVAC unit in room smells musty . Water pressure of shower was great. Bed was comfy.

    Had a room on the second floor and had to go down a hallway and through another door, the second you opened that door you were knocked over by the smell of cigarettes smoke, in a non smoking room. Breakfast was decent but lacked anything fresh. Posted charges to my card that were not authorized. Nine day stay for work, probably won't stay again.

    I booked a Room on the Wyndham App using points. I'm a platinum member. I also Have a licensed service dog travels with me. Requested down stairs didn't get it. And no elevator... When I went to check in the gentleman was rude. Not only did I not get my downstairs room but I did not get my king size bed. He put me in a room with two double beds. When I went downstairs and asked him about it he told me not to worry about it & deal with it. I explained in great detail that I wanted a king size bed not 2 double beds. He said leave if I not happy. I've never been treated so badly by Super 8. I travel all over & use Wyndham consistently. Definitely won't be back. And I'll make sure EVERY PILOT CAR DRIVER DOESN'T EITHER!! Plus Breakfast cold. Room stunk bad & water pressure non existent.

    Dont listen to the bad reviews. I stay in hotels half of the year for work. This Hotel is Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. Rooms have been remodled. Its well worth the price. Im very picky about my hotels. They do allow pets. Beds are comfortable. This owner cares about his business.

    Stay any place but this place. They turn off the air conditioning in the rooms in the middle of summer in Kansas. Even after you start the air conditioner and it runs for two hours, it's still so dam hot in the room you can not stand it. They would do nothing about it. Why would any motel shut off all the air conditioners, in the middle of summer in Kansas. To top it off the room smells like smoke.

    I have stayed in 5 different hotels in a 2 weeks period traveled from south Carolina and looking for a apartment this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at price is good so nice and clean none of the other hotels had breakfast this one did waffles juices coffee muffins cereal milk biscuits and gravy yogurt toast you seriously can not go wrong with this hotel I give it a 10⭐

    Wow! I would recommend not staying here. First off the room smelled so terribly of cigarettes that my wife was sick to her stomach. If it wasn't after midnight before we checked in, I would not have stayed. The room looked dirty, the shower was old and in bad shape, the fixtures were all loose or crooked including the toilet seat, and there was long black hair on everything. My wife and I considered sleeping in the car instead. Worst place I've ever stayed.

    This is the quietest place I have ever been. Too quiet. Its clean and its got more at breakfast than anywhere else ive been.. i guess ill give it four stars for breakfast

    I stayed two nights in different rooms. One room upstairs single queen and single king room downstairs. Rick the guy behind the counter addressed my concerns about the cigarette smoke in the hall and diffuse my room the 1st night. The second night the only thing wrong was the handle in the shower was not working properly. However, I was able to get hot water for my shower. On the plus side The beds were very clean and comfortable. Ask Rick for any needs. He'll help you. Just be considerate when addressing the issue.

    The bed where good but what i didn’t like about the hotel was that the shower didn’t work and when i went to eat breakfast there was nothing at all so this is way i give this hotel A one stat

    Omg, what a nightmare!!!! I reserved a queen non-smoking room and was put in a queen smoking room. Same story as many others stated in their reviews-he kept saying it was a non smoking room, but as soon as you open the door to that wing of hotel it reeks of cigs!! Once in the room the bedding, curtains and furniture reek of old smoke!! I called customer service after he refused to move me to a non smoking room, and got the run around for over an hour there as well, as he kept telling them it was a non smoking room, which was a boldfaced lie!!!!!! He said he would move me but then I would have to pay more because it was a king bed omg!!!! I said that I did not make the mistake- I properly made the reservation for a non smoking room and I shouldn't have to pay more for their mistake. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, from both the hotel and Wyndham. I RARELY have ever said anything even remotely bad about a place, but this was just such a complete lie from the guy and such poor customer service from Wyndham that I felt I had to say something! Steer clear of this property!! It used to be decent for a cheap hotel, but no longer worth it!!!

    Slept well, and the room was clean and quiet. However, the Breakfast was subpar. Since you pay for it in the price of the room, I'd hoped for better. However, as also a positive, the manager gave me a discount for having Wyndham rewards. 👍

    For a late night stop the rooms were available and was clean. They did allow pets and a place out back they could be walked, granted I had a pup with crate. But overall I think the hotel was great being right of the interstate.

    The room was really hot and the ac was pointed where the chairs are rather than the beds. The bed was really uncomfortable and the room was rather small for a suite. The KFC and McDonald's were closed an hour early. It closed at 9 but said it was open til 10. Unrelated to the hotel. We ordered Chinese they advertised in the hotel lobby. It wasn't good. The breakfast was minimal and they didn't have much in terms of choice.

    I'm not one to leave negative reviews... but this wasn't a great experience. The whole place smelled like smoke. Shrugged it off thinking our room would be OK since it was non smoking. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke too. There were no other rooms available so we opted to find a room elsewhere, but they would not issue a refund.

    Room was clean staff friendly, breakfast good. But toilet was plugged had use a plunger all 3 days. Had requested a bottom floor room got put upstairs. When I tell them I need downstairs the older guy insisted the hotel is booked full. Well not many people had checked in yet so he could of switched our rooms but would not. Shower was built for very short people. I am 5ft 9 and shower head was only as high as my shoulder.

    Found this hotel online and drove to it hoping they’d have openings. We’re so happy they did! We were exhausted and really needed a place to rest. The best part? Staff! Warm welcoming and the young man behind the counter took care of us real quick. We got 2 rooms to accommodate a group of 7. Rooms were so clean and in good shape. Good affordable rates too! The worst part? The hotel looks run down on the outside but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The only things that is a negative is that the shower head wasn’t running so well but it overall got the job done. Also, my sister was in the room next to us and said she could hear us talking so I guess the walls are thin! Following morning we also stayed for breakfast. Nothing fancy but had a few options to choose from.

    We stayed at a Days Inn the night before for the same price and that place blew this one out of the water. Sticky spot in between the beds, odd stain on sheets, invest in a pet park area! Very nice front desk including employees. Beds are hard. Contact Fort Collins Days Inn and do what they do, and you'll knock it out of the park. The best thing about this property was the linoleum floors!! Awesome!

    Compared with other Super 8's I've stayed at, this location is really nice. The owners and employees were friendly and courteous, the room was clean and well kept. The price was fair and they didn't try to upcharge when booking a room in person vs. online. They do serve a grab and go breakfast in the mornings but I'm not really sure what it includes as I checked out prior to that time. I wouldn't have any problem staying here again in the future.

    NIGHTMARE. The rooms were clean and the food was good but the customer service is good in the daytime but horrible at night. I reserved a 2 rooms and got charged for 3. They were very dishonest about their mistake. Was told that the money (300+dollars) would return to my card that night. However it didn't. Stayed one day and two nights 8 days ago and still have not received my money. On my statement as a room hold (that I was never told about nor reflected on my receipts. Now being told that it can take 10 business days to get my money back. On the fininacial side they are dishonest. Don't own up to their mistakes. When you pay make sure they are not just continuously swiping your card. Also when a mistake is made you will never be able to talk to a supervisor or anyone higher up. Tried to get my bank to help but when we called for the authorization code, they didn't have one. (they don't know what a authorization code is.) NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
