My Mother has lived at Garden House for over 14 years. She is so happy living here. The office staff are super helpful and protective of the residents. The engineers/maintenance staff are very considerate and always willing to help the residents. The building is maintained very well and it is safe. I am very comfortable with my Mother living here. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love living here! The apartments are spacious and the building is kept up very well.

I arrived at the building at about 3:40, I asked for an application for the waitlist and the staff was rude. The manager told me to take the application home and to return it tomorrow, they were closing at 4:00. The staff was in a hurry to go home. I will never return the application.

Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms and wonderful tenants! The property management cares about their residents.

Garden house is a well kept senior community building. I have had friends living there over 30+ years. Staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. Do not know of anyone having an unprofessional experience. Security and safe living is a genuine asset. Keep up the great work, atmosphere, and environment!
