No professionalism in the store, last few times I used this store it was like a school yard. Kids in dominos uniforms with their mates not in uniform in the store working area, socialising and look at you like youve interrupted them when you walk in to pick up an order. Add in the lack of value in pricing, delivery fees, I've stopped using this place and found a local family pizza place instead, pricing is a little more but rather know my moneys supporting them then this circus.

Seeing a lot of mixed experience, my personal experience with this store has been exceptional. Going back 3 or 4 years, I will rate it 2 but I am not sure if there has been change in management few years ago. Staff are always friendly but there is one thing in particular that makes me order from this store all the time - I have specific requests e.g no icing sugar on my dessert, cut pizzas with clean blade etc and after the first 2 visits, now I don’t even need to mention. When they see my name on order, they cater to those requests by default - not something I expect them to remember but I certainly appreciate. For me this is good customer service. Thanks guys!

Absolute joke! Paid for my $60 meal online to be delivered. Waited an hour with nothing. 3 phone calls and no answer. To drive down and find they closed up at 8 when I ordered at 7:30 due to oven issue. No refund. No phone call. Nothing. No dinner for the family as 3 day refund. Absolute joke

I placed an order which left the store at 11:45pm and did not arrive until 12:25am in the morning. The food obviously arrived stone cold. The delivery driver was pleasant and apologetic and informed me he was the only driver delivering last night (Saturday night) and he had 5 deliveries before mine. The next day I phoned the Holmview store and the manager "Ali" was rude and very difficult to speak with and refused a refund. I'm now contacting head office requesting a full refund as this is unacceptable.

Dominos is reducing their $5,- range, like the vegetarian pizza used to be $5,- and is now $8.-. And please, the service is below standard. Last time I ordered a pizza, by the time I wanted to pick it up, they had given it to someone else. Things like that happen all the time.

Ordered one pizza on priority delivery. Was an hour before my pizza was out for delivery and they went to edens landing first even though I’m literally one street up from the pizza shop and paid for priority. Been an hour and still waiting. If it were a Friday or Saturday night I would’ve understood but it’s not so I really don’t get it. Why go all the way to edens landing first when I live around the corner???

Contamination issue. I ordered vegan pizza and noticed that the same globes used to prepare meat and vegan products. The same cutter used to cut all pizzas.

Brought garlic cheese pizza here and the first slice , I felt a long piece of hair , I quickly spat it out an throw the whole pizza to the bin. The shop looked like a mess too , never coming back here .

Ordered loaded chips at $12. Got like half a box of single layered chips with tiny but of sauce and 3 pieces of salami size bacon. That's it. For that price, at Kabab shop, you can get a whole box full of chips and loads of meat with generous sauce. I was shocked.

Pizzas are okay, but the shop cleanliness makes you think what rodents must be hiding behind the scenes. The floors, walls and glass near bench in waiting area look like they haven't been cleaned for who knows how many weeks. Hygiene should be a priority in the food industry guys. Takes a few minutes to give these area a mop and wipe over if you care about your customers.

Left 2 online complaints and have not got any calls in regards to them (paying for double toppings and barely getting 1 serve of toppings adding and paying extra for olives and getting literally 5! To mention some, then last night my pizza wasn't cut correctly and had 4 huge pieces. All my toppings was slid off and no my friend who picked them up didn't tilt box as she had 7 pizzas stacked and largest mine was on bottom if it was tilted the 6 pizzas would have fallen off. You have 1 VERY SIMPLE JOB top pizza correctly with respectful amount, put it in a oven, cut it! And box it... its not rocket science how can it be so hard.

I ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza and a supreme and it was the best pizzas I have had. Decent toppings on it and the man with the black badge was incredibly nice. Well done as when I usually comes the service is poor but I will definitely be back on Sundays now

20 minute wait for a thickshake. Pickup with no one in the store and 3 orders on the screen.

Store has closed but still accepting online deliveries.

As a muslim, I went to request them to use a separate knife and they understood my concern and took this seriously. Happy with the staff

Ordered 2 lava cakes for pick up and they said 10 minutes wait and i went 5 minutes early and they gave my lava cake that was squished and I asked for another 2 lava cakes and one was cracked in half and one looked the same and wasted 25 minutes there 100% not recommend

Missing peri peri sauce something missing everything this is 3 time its happen not happy

I'll never buy from this store again. This is the third time I've ordered a vegan pizza (plant based meat and dairy free cheese) and I've had meat strewn through it. The first time I brushed it off as an honest mistake. The second time I emailed them and got offered a free pizza next time. Tonight it happened for a third time and not even just a stray piece of ham. The "plant based" beef was real beef. The colour, texture and taste were all different and I've had the vegan "beef" plenty of times to know the difference. My friends who eat meat tried and confirmed it to be real beef. There was also a piece of pepperoni in there too. When I called and complained the girl on the phone told me she saw it being made and they definitely used vegan meat which was a complete lie. Three times is ridiculous. You're either making these pizzas with meat deliberately or you're too careless to make them correctly. Now I'm unwell from eating grey meat instead of what I paid for. From the looks of the other reviews they don't offer refunds which is so dodgy.

Might want to check the dates of some of your stock myself my husband and my son have all come down with food poisoning today after we had our pizza delivered last night from your store. Quality fresh food is a priority when feeding the public.

They just take the money and never deliver things to customers and there is no refund policy in there they don't know how to talk to the customers they are very rude

Did not help a customer with finding a good deal, customer ended up paying $39 for 2 basic pizzas delivered. No specials nothing. Very disappointing.

I have no idea what is going on at this pizza place there is young kids closing at night turning off the ovens early so they can get home I just tried to order my family a late dinner and I was called by some girl named Jasmine saying it I'm sorry we can't do your pizza because we're closed but they work closing then they still had another half an hour there's always just young kids running in and out of where the cooking pot is I'm disgusted from back a couple years ago they had the best pizza now if I could score it a half a star I would disgusting I'm taking my business somewhere else

Pizzas are average. Might want to check your drivers’ licences. White Getz pulls out in front of me at a roundabout so had to slam on my brakes with my kids in the car, a few minutes later is behind me tailgating with high beams on. I was ready to get out of my car at set of lights at the top of the hill and he swerved around me nearly collecting my car and drove through a red light.

Thank you for the delicious food tonight. Presentation was 100%. Taste and everything was fantastic. We called the store to say thank you, and wow!... Jasmine who answered told us she made them. Hands down, great service and wonderful phone manner to her.

I brought choco lava cake today. It was packed badly. There was no aluminium foil and cake was spread on the cardboard. Really bad.not even deserve 1 star

Ordered a large bbq chicken and bacon and pepperoni and when it was delivered their was hardly any toppings on both pizzas. The bbq chicken being almost $17 was disappointing. I called the manager she was very unpleasant and unwilling to solve the issue. Highly recommend NOT to go to this store if you want dominos Waterford west are a better option. Worst dominos!!!
