Had
been
to
the
Arlington
heights
location
and
had
great
service
and
an
overall
great
experience
so
thought
I
would
try
the
Park
Ridge
location.
Upon
arrival
waitress
was
nice
and
appetizers
came
out
in
a
timely
manner.
Was
there
for
my
dads
birthday
dinner
and
he
had
never
been
so
wasn’t
sure
what
to
order
or
how
much
came
with
it.
He
ordered
the
Golden
lobster
and
is
a
big
guy
so
when
asked
if
he
wanted
one
or
two
orders
he
decided
two
and
the
waitress
did
proceed
to
tell
us
it
was
a
large
portion
but
he
figured
he
could
eat
it.
When
the
food
arrived
the
portions
were
HUGE
and
we
knew
immediately
we
ordered
too
much
food
so
we
kindly
asked
if
we
could
send
one
back
as
I
have
at
other
restaurants
because
obviously
mistakes
happen.
She
proceeded
to
speak
with
her
manager
and
came
back
and
told
us
unfortunately
no
we
couldn’t
and
would
have
to
pay
for
both…keep
in
mind
it
was
$26
EACH
so
it
would’ve
been
$52
total
which
is
absurd
for
sushi.
I
understand
lobster
isn’t
cheap
but
I’ve
never
encountered
this
at
any
other
restaurant.
Usually
they
will
take
the
food
back
and
just
dump
it.
The
$
didn’t
bother
me
tho
it
was
the
attitude
I
received
from
the
waitress
and
watching
her
talk
about
the
issue
to
her
manager
several
times
where
I
could
see
her
and
it
seemed
as
if
she
was
gossiping.
Very
unprofessional
in
my
opinion..what
happened
to
the
customer
is
always
right?
In
my
opinion
the
restaurant
didn’t
wanna
lose
$
so
they
didn’t
care
to
assist
me
in
any
way.
Definitely
will
not
be
returning
to
this
location
again.
Very
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
empathy
and
disrespect
from
the
waitress.
I
believe
her
name
was
Elle.
