I had an appointment with Ashley for dip. When I arrived she asked if I already had dip on, when I said yes she seemed very annoyed. She asked if I wanted tips and when I said yes she went on a rant about how dip isn’t meant for tips. I felt very unwelcome before we even started. She didn’t remove all of the previous dip before glueing new tips on. I asked for ballerina/coffin shape and I got duck bills. She used different color tips and you can still see the pure white tips beneath the color. You can see where she didn’t fully cover my nails and the tip is still showing. My thumbs are horrific. And the filing was uneven so I’m left with bumpy nails. By far my worst nail experience. Don’t ever see Ashley.

I had an amazing experience with April! I went in for a derma plane facial and I was blown away. I've had this service done many times before but this is the first time that it actually felt like a spa experience. April made sure that I was completely relaxed and was very engaged and kind. On top of that my skin is glowing and I look at least 10 years younger! I would give April 5 more stars if I could.

Oh my!! From the front desk lady's super hospitality (and delicious tea) to the hairstylist, Tiffanie, to the massage therapist, Andrea, my experience was top notch. Best customer service ever! My hair turned out great (lots of fixing from past not so great hairstylists to the perfect massage! From one massage therapist to another, Andrea - You're skills are Amazing. Been searching for a great massage therapist for a long time. Thank you all so much! I enjoyed my services. I will be back and I'm bringing my family members too!

When we walked in, the front desk receptionist made us feel very welcoming and was very nice. I booked an appointment with Tiffanie after my daughter had her hair butchered from another salon. And let me first say that Tiffanie was great! She was so friendly towards me and my daughter and made her feel truly beautiful. She emphasized with me when I was sad with how the previous salon had treated my daughters hair. With her 15 years of experience, she even taught me what to not look for in a haircut and even fixed my daughters hair and made it beautiful for her first day of school. Thank you so much Tiffanie! I highly recommend this salon!

I was not able to get an appointment with my regular stylist at LifeSpa, so I booked Tiffanie for my highlights and I am thrilled with the results. She is amazing and listened to what I really wanted. I have naturally blond hair and it is hard to find a stylist who knows how to work with me and get just the right color! Highly recommend!

I recently wrote a review about the management within the LifeSpa & I feel as though my comment had the opposite effect than I thought it would have. I was hoping that with my constructive criticism, I would be able to help the LifeSpa keep up their professional atmosphere. However, I went in today for another service & I felt completely disrespected. I walked up to the desk to check in & the manager walked away as soon as she saw me. She made no effort of speaking to me. & an older woman with platinum blonde hair that worked there was giving me very dirty looks while I was waiting for my service. After 8 years of getting services from this Spa, I am no longer interested in continuing my services there after my past two experiences. The environment has been outrageous & I do not feel comfortable coming in anymore. I hope this changes for future customers.

I went in for some highlights and my hair has never looked this good! Tiffanie is the best every time I leave my hair looks so healthy and highlighted to perfection. If you want beautiful hair go to Tiffanie she is AMAZING!!!
