Went here for the opening day on May 30, 2023. This location is very modern and clean, had great service, and great food. Overall a very good first impression, and I will be returning!

My husband went to get some McDonald’s on the way home tonight and he ordered the cheeseburger bundle. It took him a while to get home due to a car crash on Parker road. He got home and when he went to bite into his burger there was no meat, just cheese bread and ketchup with onions and pickle. So dissapointing, how do you forget the meat on a cheeseburger?? I also called 3x and can’t get through to anyone because the number on the website is wrong. I called the number on the receipt it and went straight to voicemail. ?!? I’m so confused

Okay, let's be honest, it's McDonald's. You know what you're getting. However, it's a well staff McDonald's very clean, very efficient drive through and I think the staff is friendly. You don't get that many McDonald's.

The wait times here are abysmal, the staff consistently gets orders wrong, and after waiting 10 minutes you don't even get fresh food. Plus there are no trashcans available for drive thru and if you go inside you will be ignored.

Nice location and the hours are great but this is not the place for iced coffee ): guess I’ll be driving to not get coffee grounds. They also super burnt my breakfast sandwich.

I really had high expectations for this place because it was brand new. I was hoping they hired some very good stuff but as soon as I got to the first window they told me that I should have had my coupon ready and they gave me a huge attitude. Some little Arabian kid in the first window told the manager about it and they didn't seem to care whatsoever. If you want your food to come out right and enjoy it with the great energy around you. Don't come to this place

Great experience. Self Order. The crew member who brought out the food to your table was polite and kind.

I gotta be honest this McDonald’s has by far the nicest employees of any McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to! It’s all younger adults/ maybe older teens but they are all so positive and friendly. EDIT TO SAY: I can agree with the mixed reviews about the fries. It’s very hit or miss either very hot and fresh or VERY stale hard and cold

Manager tonight 09/18/23 @ 11 pm was fantastic. Really surpassed my expectations when I had issues placing an order with the app then the food arrived instantly. First time impressed with a McDonald's in a long time

Guy who took my order was great, my sausage mcmuffins both were a mess, half cheese was stuck to the wrapper. The burritos were nasty, how long do you let those sit. Since I was asked about salsa I kind expected it, was not included. Girl who handed me my bag was having issues I think. Be while before I am back at least this location. All in all, thanks for a nastier than usual McDonald's breakfast experience.

I’m pretty sure I’ve just now had the last McDonalds meal I will ever eat. An hour later and I’m still trying not to throw up. Went through drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken meal with large Diet Dr.Pepper. When I drove around to pay, I was then advised I was ordering a large fry also. Fine, I’m hungry and it’s Friday. I got my drink and was advised to pull up to the next window, for my spicy chicken sandwich. You know you’re getting hot, fresh food when that happens. Especially at 2:00 pm when there’s no one else in line. Get my bag, start to drive off and reach my hand into the bag to grab a handful of fries and I’m met with barely warm, wiggly fries. So disappointed. Especially since I paid for the large size. All good, that sandwich is going to be great, and I’m starving. Pull the sandwich out, again, not hot, sauce dripping everywhere. Go to take a bite and I’m instantly overcome with the taste and smell of spicy filet of fish, nastiness. I looked at the sandwich, which looks like a chicken sandwich, but smells and tastes nothing like a chicken sandwich. At closer glance it’s dry, weird texture looking. I almost puked in my car. So disgusting. Thankfully I had the large soda to attempt to get the taste out of my mouth. $12 worth of disappointment.

This McDonalds location is about 25% out of approximately 20 trips on getting my order right. Today I ordered online, as I normally do, and picked it up and no honey mustard. Says on the receipt that I should have gotten 3 honey mustards. Last time, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and I received 2 McChickens. Not even close. I also had to wait in the parking space by the drive through for 20 minutes for them to correct it. It’s a good thing I have nothing better to do with my day. My recommendation is that you reserve 30-40 minutes out of your day and THOROUGHLY check your order before you leave with it.

We came here after youth group at church. We probably should have called ahead as we had a larger than normal group. They did great. Manager Nate did a great job and made a special effort to make sure everyone got their orders and any desired refills. This an interesting McDonald's as it uses screen ordering and a pickup area. There are no ordering counters.. We had a fun time.
