The bread is a bit hard sometimes, but the service is excellent. There is another store in town, but we stopped going there because their drive through is frequently closed and the service is poor. There just is no comparison of the way we are treated at this store. The employees are actually nice, whether they feel like being there or not (I mean, it's work, after all 😁). They do a great job of putting our order together in the context of the company's motto, freakishly fast, for sure!

Very clean. The sandwich makers were very polite and friendly. The food is always decent.

The bread was cooked to perfection, the sandwiches were amazing and the staff was pleasant and efficient with their sandwiches I had a complicated order and they got it done with no issues.

They lack customer service skills. They lack the ability to admit that they have done something wrong. It is evident that the employees and owner lie in order to justify themselves.

Every time I order from this place. It's well over an hour nowhere near Freakishly fast Call a different sub shop. And this stop only has one driver on a Friday night.

Just ordered five sandwiches and was told I have to pay extra for Mayo packets LOL 😂 this is a sandwich shop. I ordered sandwiches and wanted Mayo, so weird to have to beg or be told I’d have to pay for that????? We normally go to another Jimmy John’s and we don’t have to beg for Mayo packets. Get outta here with that weird customer service

Ordered 4 sandwiches and only 2 were delivered. Called the store and the owner refused to do anything about it Won't be coming here again
