The
haircut
I
got
was
really
bad.
I’m
still
giving
two
stars
because
the
salon
was
exceptionally
clean
and
everyone
was
very
nice.
When
I
called
to
make
my
appointment
I
requested
a
specific
stylist.
I
was
told
I
couldn’t
have
the
stylist
I
wanted
because
I
have
curly
long
hair,
but
they
had
other
stylists
who
have
specific
training
in
my
hair
type.
I
booked
with
their
recommendation.
While
the
stylist
was
doing
my
hair
I
found
out
that
she
had
no
specific
training;
she
was
just
familiar
with
curly
hair
because
she
has
it.
On
that
front
I
feel
lied
to
and
because
my
cut
is
so
bad
it
upsets
me
that
I
wasn’t
able
to
choose
who
I
originally
wanted.
The
hair
cut
I
showed
her
isn’t
even
remotely
close
to
what
I
got.
I
have
a
literal
hole
in
the
side
of
my
hair
and
it
is
extremely
uneven.
We’re
talking
a
full
inch
difference
in
length
between
hair
pieces
that
are
in
the
same
location
on
opposite
sides
of
my
head.
I
also
expressed
that
I
didn’t
want
more
than
a
half
an
inch
removed
from
the
bottom
layers
of
my
hair.
She
took
off
4
to
5
inches.
When
it
came
to
styling,
she
curled
my
hair
while
it
was
wet
which
does
a
ton
of
damage.
I
realized
this
because
on
my
way
home
I
felt
my
hair
and
it
was
damp
all
over.
My
roots
were
left
curly
and
frizzy
while
the
rest
of
my
head
was
curled.
She
also
wanted
to
leave
my
bangs
undone.
When
I
left
I
was
honest
about
not
getting
the
cut
I
wanted
and
was
clearly
disappointed.
The
stylist
told
me
I
could
come
back
in
and
she
would
only
charge
me
a
bang
trim
to
adjust
the
layers.
I
got
home
and
realized
exactly
what
the
damage
was
with
the
hole
and
uneven
layers.
Plus
she
left
the
top
too
long
and
cut
way
too
much
off
the
bottom.
I
will
say
I
had
a
lot
of
hair
and
maybe
there
just
wasn’t
enough
time
in
the
appointment
for
a
full
cut
and
style.
