I’ve been to 30+ Sport Clips locations across the US. This location proved to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The stylist was indifferent and I don’t blame her because she seemed like she was battling a cold or allergies. The haircut did not turn out very well and did not go as expected. After the cut (which did not include shampoo, or neck massage), I was charged for a “New Client MVP”. I did not receive any MVP services. I asked if I had received the MVP (knowing that I hadn’t), and was told “it’s just the new client cut, it will go away”. I just paid the $27 just to get the heck out of there. To make matters even worse, as I was sitting in my car writing this review after leaving the store, a woman who eventually walked into the store (not positive but she looked like an employee), opened her car door and banged it into my car. Accidents happen, but people should be more careful and provide at least a somewhat reasonable level of service, especially in a service business.

Multiple times I have called to reserve a spot, been told the wait time is 45 or so minutes and then shown up 45 minutes later only to find out that I still have a one hour wait. Terrible location.

Clean welcoming environment. Had sports playing on the tv in the lounge and in the hair cutting area. The sitting area offered a lot of seating and a nice display of a wide variety of men's products to choose from. The check in was super easy and I love how it displays on a large screen so you can see where you are in line.

I am attempting to find any reference on line to how much a haircut costs? Each time l have had my haircut at this location l have been charged a different price. I am referring to just a haircut without any add ons. My visit today cost $25 for a cut and l left the stylist a $10 tip. I am thinning on top so the whole haircut takes no more than 10 minutes.

I wouldn't go anywhere else in Colorado. Outstanding place. The manager, Amber, cuts my hair & she is fantastic. If you are in the Parker area the Sports Clips on Parker Rd. In front of King Soopers is the place to go.

I like the online check in so you arrive just in time for the cut. Friendly staff and a clean, well lit environment.

5 stars for Kasey!! The cut and MVP experience is always great, but she did an especially great job today! But only 2 stars for the app / on-line check-in and hair cut lineup board. Not sure what is going on there. Checked in on the app, had a 2 hour wait, which is fine. So eventually as the clock started going down, I started on my way there, only to see my wait time go up, then back down… and then back up a 2nd or 3rd time. The app wait time was all over the place. When I got there and checked in in-person, it was a 30 minute wait, which is longer than I like. Kasey MVP treatment was still worth the wait.

I was able to get in quickly and two weeks later my cut still looks good
