I've been coming here for several years for various things. They repaired a collector's edition watch, engraved silver jewelry for gifts, and I bought some exquisite and unusual pearls. I'm planning to take my engagement and wedding rings to be cleaned and checked next, as the prongs holding the stones are getting quite worn. These people do the highest quality of work at very reasonable prices, and everyone there has always been both professional and unfailingly polite. Since I first discovered Pinetree Jewelers I've never gone anywhere else, and I don't intend to go anywhere else.

What else can I say about pine tree except that I absolutely love it. I have some expensive pieces, including an Omega Constellation watch and Samantha is just the most amazing person. She has been able to fix things that other jewelers that specialize in Omega's we're not able to fix. She's so nice and friendly and takes the time to really help you. I took my wife's ring to a jewelry repair shop at the mall, and they quoted me just over $500 to resize it by 1.5 sizes. Granted that shop said they could do it the same day, but even for same day service I didn't think the cost was reasonable. I brought the ring to Pinetree, who quoted me in the ballpark of $50. The 90% difference in price speaks more to the over-priced nature of the other shop, but I did speak to another jeweler who quoted in the ballpark of $170 to resize. So even when compared to a reasonably priced jeweler, Pinetree's final cost (under $59) was music to my ears. The work was very well done, and my wife is extremely satisfied with the end result. I don't frequently need jewelry repairs, but I'll definitely be back when I do. :-)

I have used Pinetree Jewelers a couple of times over the years. They replace the crystal on a few watches and I have bought a few gift pieces during wine walks. Last week though I needed help resizing a watch I bought and they took care of me better than expected. What set the experience apart further was the catalogs they had on hand. This was the first time I learned they have thousands of options for just about everything. I'm in the market for a bracelet and will be back soon to select the one I want.

The customer service was fabulous and while my husband’s watch was being sized we found a beautiful necklace I couldn’t live without! I also had my ring cleaned and walked away very happy. I’ve been going to Pinetree Jewelers for the past 15 or so years, and it is hands-down the best jewelry store around! They have a great selection, of which me and my husband were able to pick out our wedding rings, and they were so helpful with the entire process. We got the engagement ring and wedding bands there, and they helped with sizing/resizing, appraisals, etc. and always take excellent care of us. I’ve been there on many occasions to get replacement watch batteries, and I’m always greeted with such friendly faces. I’ve known Scott, the owner, for years and he’s always been super helpful with everything. Pinetree gives quality, professional work and I trust them with my jewelry. I moved out of Parker but I will go back to Pinetree whenever I’m in need of something – I won’t go anywhere else. I cannot recommend Pinetree enough! They’re the best.
