My favorite location. Plenty of parking, very clean and covid ready. Been going to this gym for 2.5 years. Very polite staff, hydro beds, tanning. Massage recliners, hydro recliners and a plethora of equipment. Right about now some mental and physical treatment is valuable.

I’ve been to planet fitness all over the country. Just recently moved to Parker Colorado and it’s really a very nice location with extremely nice staff. Except for one. Her name is Angela.. not sure if that’s correct because she may have lied, white middle aged female with glasses... She has a sever power trip problem and when ever you cross her short attention span she snaps and is very passive aggressive. She is not able to intake information from more than one source at a given moment, causing her to become frustrated and rude. I’m not one to ever write a bad review but with all of my travels I’d say she’s probably the worst staff member I’ve come across. I tried to explain to her that the way she’s spoken to me is not polite and she only got more “nasty.” I just feel as if planet fitness should be aware of poor staff in regards to costumer relation. It’s really what makes or breaks a location. She’s poor quality.

I like how it is and always has been super clean with a visually appealing layout, the machines and equipment is of the highest quality and very well maintained, the staff is always friendly, very personable and helpful, but more importantly, compassionate in what they do and how they treat their members. One of the best things about this gym is it truly is nonjudgmental. I never feel uncomfortable and people working out there clean the machines after use and are respectful. Family of three, all members, who actually enjoy going after coming from another gym. In and out under an hour easily! Great location, easily accessible.

If you are going to another gym, stop. This is the only place where you will be treated with respect. Kendall, sorry if I misspelled your name is awesome and friendly. Devyn moved, which wasn’t cool, but he was awesome too, and Elijah is awesome. They take their jobs seriously, are the consummate professionals, and have fun doing it. Give them all raises.

The Planet Fitness in Parker, CO is great. The staff is very friendly and they keep the place clean. Highly recommend, especially for the price. $10 sign up fee, $10 per month with a $39 fee every year in March. There is no pool or hoops court, but for $13.25/month it is a nice place to work out.

I came into this institution on the 7th of December wanting to get a membership for a month or two while I’m here and I communicated that to the blonde kid that works nights, he told me I could sign up for a $10 a month plan and I can cancel it anytime. So I pulled the trigger, went in today to try and cancel as I haven’t been going as much as I should for the money and they want to charge me a $60 termination fee, they stated it was in a “contract”. The store needs clear policies of what happens if you cancel. I was never informed about it being in a contract or I wouldn’t have done it for 2 months. Very bad customer service when they said “I can’t help you when my rep doesn’t say something” umm excuse me he is YOUR employee, which means it’s YOUR responsibility to fix it. I will not be paying the $60 term fee and I want my account canceled now. This is not okay that you are gaining money from me for false information from your rep.

The Parker Planet Fitness is a head above other facilities I have visited, including other Planet Fitness locations out of state. The Parker management and staff keep the equipment spotless and well maintained. They take seriously sanitation standards and regimens. Staff is extremely attentive and hard working as evidenced by them always being on the move with cleaning and maintenance. The management is superb. I can highly recommend the Parker Planet Fitness. Working out there is the highlight of my day.

One of the most vile and disgusting gyms I have ever been too. This locations set a new low bar even for planet fitness. If you like to work out while cigarette smoke smelling people listen to right wing conspiracy podcasts on their phone speaker then this is the place for you. Even with a month to month contract beware of the hidden buyout fees.

This location is never overly crowded in my experience which makes it nice so there typically isn't any waiting to use equipment. Friendly staff and a huge facility.

Good variety of equipment and never feels too busy. Love the TRX room. Frequently see staff cleaning equipment.

I like this location. Friendly people without the pressure of being a body builder. Nice eye candy too.

Love this place! Extreme variety of workout equipment. Amazing Aqua Massage machines and the red light therapy machine is awesome. The fact that is open 24 hours a day is a humongous bonus. Cuz I am a night owl and a flight attendant therefore I fly weird hours and I'm awake unusual hours as well.

If you like a shower in the morning here after working out don't come here was told by front desk they don't care but you come to late you get a girl that is no where to be found unless on bike rack on the phone

CANT GET MEMBERSHIP. Used to be a member here. Actually, paid for black card membership for years during Covid and never used it because of my job, I couldnt be exposed to gyms. So theyve made alot of money on me in the past. Tried re-joining for a year, wanted to pay up front for everything so Im good for the year. They won't let me do it. Haha seriously? Literally won't let you pay them...they want your bank account info on file. Makes zero sense. So inquiring with corporate as I like this gym, but I dont know if its the owner or front desk people are just not informed, but why would you ever reject someone who is going to pay for their entire membership and everything up front? That's just business sense 101....but hopefully corporate can help out so I can join.

Honestly, some of the reviews made me very nervous to come here. My experience: I called to talk about transferring home club to this location. The gentleman picked up the phone quickly and was very helpful. In the gym, every employee has been so friendly and so helpful. Some people complained of cleanliness, and I've only ever seen a completely spotless gym. One of the 2 members is always wiping something down and even lifting up treadmills to clean under them. Very impressed with crowd level, there always seems to be plenty of room to do any of the machines. I'm very happy here.

It's clean, many different machines/equipment to choose from, never over crowed, open 24 hours, non judgment, locker rooms are well maintained, and the spa area is amazing. I just really like the over feel and environment. Everyone I have met are very friendly and supportive.

Love planet fitness, have been a member for about a year now and their black membership is hard to beat. Most locations are open 24/7 but some have limited hours. Highly suggest checking this location out as a guest!

The price of membership is hard to beat. The club is always clean, and I always see staff making rounds cleaning. The staff is friendly. All equipment is in good condition - no signs of wear (and if there is it is usually fixed pretty quickly, rarely are there out of order signs on the equipment (and even if there is, it is few and far between.

Heads up that this is not an LGBTQ+ friendly gym. They have a gender neutral bathroom but it is only for staff use. There are no facilities for trans+ folx to use for toilet or changing.

This Planet Fitness has a great team and is always spotless. These fitness clubs provide an amazing value for the money. I say join 24hr and Planet!!! Daniel Read IV

Now that Federal muppets agree the Plandemic is over [until after the next election], one can return to the gymnasium [24/7]! One can wash all the [pretend] from their skin in one of the gym's showers; then get all swollen by hydrating, exercising, then hydrating again. Bring a padlock to store your gear in the locker room. Two-a-day you say? It is appreciated here.

Update… 5/29/2022 Response to review stating they would like an explanation and to help resolve does not exist. There response was no better than the managers in duty. Price is great been a member for a few years. This last month has gone downhill. Bulbs in beds out and three time now the booth shuts off after 2 minutes. No manager on site worker tells me to come out and go to another booth. Manager arrives denies bulbs being out and some excuse why he was not onsite. Loved my membership but cancelled as 2 minutes to tan is not worth the money or the attitude of a manager that instead of fixing or coming up With a solution made the customer feel it was time to find a place that will treat them with respect. Called corporate office to get a solution and office is closed. Not looking for freebie just lookin for relaxation.
